I am sure most people know the name Caylee Marie Anthony, the two year old Orlando Florida girl that was murdered in June 2008. The ironic part of this case is the part where she had been missing for 30 days before she was finally reported to the authorities as missing and even then it was the grandmother that made that call. The mother claimed she was trying to locate the daughter on her own but there were a few problems with her explanation. Evidence shows where she was out partying in dance clubs with her friends and never once mentioned to anyone, not even her then boyfriend. She would always just tell someone when asked that Caylee was either with the nanny or with her grandparents. She was hardly portrayed as a distraught mother desperately trying to find her missing, presumed kidnapped daughter.
Casey was arrested in October of 2008 after a grand jury handed down an indictment against her for first degree murder and the state of Florida is asking for the death penalty. Caylee’s remains were finally found on December 11, 2008 in the woods dumped, as though she was yesterday’s trash, within walking distance of the Anthony family home in Orlando.
We have heard many different motions filed by the defense team since the case began. I reported before that to a lot of people the defense team has clearly made the case look like a big circus with Jose Baez, or as some refer to as “Bozo the clown” as the ring leader along with his sidekick Cheney Mason. The trial is scheduled to start in May which is closing in on them fast now
Now the word is that apparently Casey Anthony’s defense team could be in a little bit of trouble. They are being accused of misstating facts to the court. The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that a claim has been made in a letter to Judge Perry by a Knoxville, Tennessee based court reporting service that was hired to handle deposition transcripts.
Gerald Stogsdill wrote to Judge Perry on February 8 that a dispute over payment for deposition transcripts between his firm, Stogsdill Court Reporting Services and the defense team, Jose Baez and Cheney Mason.
“It obviously has been represented to Your Honor that my office had initially agreed to provide court reporting services at rates significantly lower than normal rates and then refused to honor the discounted rate and I believe the reason given the Court was my alleged claim that the job was difficult6 and took more time than expected,†said Stigsdill in the letter.
He goes on to say in the letter, “These statements are not true. I cannot ignore the attack on my integrity and reputation without responding.â€
“Although it has been represented to the Court that I tricked Mr. Baez and Mr. Cheney, I believe that our court reporting services were obtained under false pretenses,†he said. “I would not have agreed to provide court reporting services under the substantially lower rates and terms established by the JAC guidelines.â€
Mr. Stogsdill’s business has been operating for over 20 years now and has a reputation that is considered to be fair and ethical. He does feel he has been wrongly accused by the defense attorneys in the Casey Anthony case.
He has shown as proof to the court to support his complaint a series of emails between his office and the offices of both Baez and Cheney.
What’s up with this? Did they really think they could lie to the judge and get away with it? I was just thinking that if Cheney Mason had a reputable reputation before he got involved in this case he can almost be assured that Baez will be taking him down with him and he will lose everything.
Neither of the lawyers could be reached to make a comment on Monday.
So we have another laughable motion here as the defense is asking that the so-called smell of death in the car be excluded. How can anyone exclude the infamous 911 call made by Anthony’s mother when she reported Caylee Anthony, then 2 years old, missing. I am sure they do wish it could be left out. They know it can be quite damaging to their case.
The trial date is getting closer and closer although it is way overdo. I can’t wait for Caylee Marie Anthony to finally get some justice in all of this once the trial is over. The world awaits with me I am sure. Caylee we will never forget you and we will be praying for you to finally get this over with so you can rest in peace.
Let’s not forget the other children, missing, abused or murdered in this world. Haleigh Cummings and Adji Desir along with so many others are still missing but we still pray that one day they will soon be found and brought home. God bless all the children.

Casey Marie Anthony is like many manipulative women whose venomous tentacles stretch out to destroy countless lives around them. I don’t know what allure she has, but she could be the fourth Siren.
Jose has absolutely no concern at all in telling bold faced lies to Judge Perry. He just opens mouth and goes full steam ahead.
Does it worry him that his words will come back to haunt him? Not at all.
Look at what he did to Brad Conway whild BC was sitting in that same court room when Jose
lied……..BC was furious and fired back at JB’s untruths, or half-truths….BUT WAIT….THEY ARE PLAIN AND SIMPLE LIES.
JB has been hanging out too long with his FELON client Casey…..because it’s rubbing off on him now. But wait again, I stand corrected, because he most likely has been lieing his entire career…..I’m bettin.

Finally, a posted article that doesn’t state Casey didn’t report her daughter missing until 31 days later. Because Casey didn’t initiate that 911 call. FINALLY !!
Thats a big point in this case. She wasn’t the one that initiated the call, but I do question three 911 calls, and the second 911 call stating a possible missing child w/o concern. This raises a flag, in the delay, time spent w/ car, and returning to work, at the same time mentioning the dead body smell while at work. Time for refection on what to do ? Maybe.

Don’t worry about some type O’s, we live in a world where everything is rush rush to get the news out. Nothing that Bozo or Mason does anymore surprises me. Bozo was the goofie clown from day one. Then Mason hoped on board not only for fun, but IMHO I think Mason figured this case not only be fun, but a gravy train “fund”. I don’t know how well he knew Bozo before this case, but getting involved in this Antichrist Dufense Team, he should of bailed out while he could. I imagine all these Pro Bono Attorneys, could see their names in lights on the Big Screen. So with Bozo and Mason, they have got both feet in a swamp land, and sinking more each time they open their mouths. For lies, deceit,cover up, and anything that is illegal they will do or try to do until they get caught, and then they will smirk, laugh it off, or tell more lies. The Dufense are also thieves IMO, for they are not honest with Judge Perry for they cry more hours are needed, & which requires more money. So the Tax payers are the ones paying for the lies. There are soo many untied ends, just in the funds alone, besides all the BS the Dufense brings to the courts, and their motions. Stop the Dufense and their dirty tactics, and Lets get on with JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE she certainly deserves it.

However, what I do disagree with is everyone that comes down on George and Cindy Anthony. Think about it. They are living a nightmare. Casey is the only thing that had to hold onto to find out what happened to their grandaughter so of course they had to and have to stand by her. They need their answers and they are in complete shock and possible denial. WOULDNT YOU BE? Its their daughter. No parent, at least caring, loving parent would turn their backs and never see their daughter again without knowing the truth. I certainly do not consider any of us simple minded. I consider us all as concerned for justice for Caylee. To those who throw rocks, that is their problem and does not concern the rest of us. I can not truly say that if I lived in that area I might now want to throw something at them myself. The Anthonys have lied through their teeth and after all, Cindy is the one who began all this herself. They are not blameless in this. Yes, Casey is their daughter and no, I am sure they do not want to believe that she is this much of a monster but in the court room, they will find out just what she is if there is any doubt in their minds. They have lost a precious grandchild, they are about to lose a daughter. I still feel that as Casey grew up, there had to certainly be some signs that were visible if they had taken the time to notice. When your son or daughter lives in your house, can you just lose sight of what they are up to? I didn’t and I am sure most of us feel the same. If you are a good parent, you notice everything and every move your child makes. Casey is self centered, self catering and they knew this. She stole from her own parents and her grandparents. She would not know the truth if it slapped her in the face and they know this. George says very little, he is aware of this and no he is not blameless either. But,Cindy is trying to save face for her own benefit. Now is I am simple minded, I can wear that title. I just want to see justice for that poor baby girl who had no mother!

I’m sure they have had their supicions of her but with her being an adult there is not much you can do…what do you think they were thinking? My daughter stole, lied to me so I better get her help before she kills her daughter? There are plenty of good parents that have kids that do bad things. They had nothing to do with the murder of this young girl as they loved her so much as they did with Casey. They could not kick her out, as the baby would have went with her. All I am saying is that they have been through hell and I don’t think they deserve grief for standing by their daughter without knowing the truth. I would be more than audacious to put any of my writing online since I know how to spell and use proper grammar. Yet English is not my primary language. I do not really care what purpose you have for posting articles. Very well said Jan. As far as Britney, she must be the type of person whe gets pleasure out of starting fights and trying to keep them going. So, maybe we should all ignore her in the future, and she will have no amunition. I know that’s easier said than done, because I’d like to tell her off as well, but that’s what she wants, for everyone to get off the real subject and fight. I used to post on her quite a while ago, so long that I don’t even remember the username I used. But, people like Britney, and the arguing, is why I quit. I just felt like I needed to interject this time. Keep up the good work Jan. I also cannot wait for the trial and am hoping she is found guilty.

This was the 1st case I really started following while I was home on bed rest. I don’t believe the grandparents had anything to do with caylees murder. but I do believe they could of saved her.I love my oldest son but I also love my grandson and if I ever thought he or his wife would harm him, he would be out of there.sometimes I think parents love and give into their children so much they cannot seen the wrong they do.

It will not surprise me if Baez is disbarred after the trial. In my opinion, he is the most unprofessional and unethical attorney that I have observed in a high profile case.
As with many criminal cases, especially murder cases, appeals are filed almost shortly after the trial. It will not surprise me if Casey’s appellate attorney will file incompetent counsel as one of many appeals.

I watched the initial interview of Cindy with Police, (4 hours) she told Police where and what Casey was supposedly up to, and then the Police told her exactly what Casey was really up to, for 2 months prior to Cindy calling it in. Casey’s version was a big lie! I think Casey’s parents realize that she took part in the death of their Granddaughter, (accidently or not) you would have to be an idiot not to! I think they have forgiven her so as not to lose her too! Just a selfish,immature, lying, partygirl who never should have kept that baby, she wasn’t mother material! Too young mentally!
Cindy must feel guilty in the fact that she probably faces “what ifs” every day, what if I babysat more for Casey! etc; And I’m sure by virtue of Casey’s self centerness that she has made her parents feel partially responsible. She is evil through and through!
Oh! and Brittknee, I purposely didn’t use the spell check just to peeve you off lol! Sometimes you just have to separate what is important and what is not.
