		<description>I work with the homeless in Calgary. We have the same issues. In fact we have a new one, for the last week the temperature has been dipping down to -40f. This is death for anyone outside.

The city responded by threatening to do late night spot inspections of the shelters to make sure they were not over capacity, and to ensure compliance with the fire and health ordinances.

Go figure!
