Thank you to all of you that support us completely. It is good to know that some people actually have faith in of knowing we would NEVER write an article just to get the traffic in here. We honestly only want to keep Haleigh’s name in the headlines. Regardless to what “They” are saying we want Haleigh’s case not to go into the cold case files, we want her to be found and to find out who is really responsible for her disappearance.

WhyLie, those are both possibilities. I’d also add that T’s story kind of backed up SKB’s theory and considering all the “communication” between SKB and Werter, I wonder if T was led to believe he’d get a deal for telling it (and SB get the reward/recognition). Just a thought.

For me there are only two reasonable choices and that is, TC did it. Misty has suspected him all along but has no real first hand knowledge. OR TC made up the entire story to get out of jail, and went along with the Croslins original story of JO taking Haleigh, and that would leave the question open, WHERE IS HALEIGH?

If neither of them had any kind of understanding or deal with LE or the SA before those stories were made public, then I truly wonder about the integrity and competency of their lawyers.

Back to our topic: Haleigh!

WhyLie @ 7:27 am made me wonder if LE offered M or T any kind of deal for the truth. If not, I think it was a mistake. A missing, possibly murdered child trumps other charges imo. Or maybe LE did and M and T could not provide proof or just didn’t know the truth?

TN might be afraid that Misty will tell all the real reason the 911 call was delayed so long. And that they all searched for Haleigh before that call (including TN). Misty may of begged TN to help her find Haleigh before they had to really call the police. TN probably knew there were drugs somehow involved and rushed in to rescue Misty and possibly keep her son from getting busted if the cops came over and found drugs or guns, etc??

Also, all that effort on TN’s part and LE so R would not get mad? I don’t think so. And why would M ask TN to GO to T’s to see if Haleigh was there - when she could call him a lot quicker?

Effort on TN’s part so that they could find Haleigh (if they thought she was around there or with a relative). Keep the situation quiet. Maybe they didn’t want LE involved on an “official” level yet. Didn’t think it was that serious.
Second question: maybe Misty’s phone was dead or maybe Tommy had it or she couldn’t find it or ? maybe she even asked Timmy and Chelsea to go over there too. We don’t know the calls or who had what phone when. Misty couldn’t leave because of JR. TN may of been out looking for Haleigh and when she got to TC’s, she heard some story from TC? Who knows. But it sure explains how she got the 8X10 pic and her work jacket at 3 am or so and showed up right behind the 911 officers on the scene.

Also, apparently there was no call that night. No call to Tyler. That’s a misunderstanding or fabrication. So the transcript is easily misinterpreted. No way to know what it means.

They are all covering for each other.

True. That is the point. There are ‘holes’ in this transcript that have not been addressed. Seems that info pops up out of no where. My son is a dispatcher part time for the city, and he said that sometimes they make phone calls to other officers instead of discussing everything over the radio. I am thinking that this very possible that this may of occurred here. Could explain a whole lot.

The whole purpose is to TRY AND FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT FOR REAL and WHAT HAPPENED TO HALEIGH!

Since we have very little facts about that night, how can we say what is true or not and what happened or not? I think anything is possible. I don’t take a transcript from a dispatcher as being 100%. The “official” initial police report I just looked at has Haleigh as a Male???? Go figure.

I would not dignify the allegations of AH, KP and my gosh “13 year-old gossip-girl Hedda Hopper wanna-be Levi” by questioning Jan and Simon who have a two-year history of sincerity and honestly striving for integrity as far as I’m concerned.

The same “questions” have been asked and answered by J & S many, many times and long-time BNN posters know it.
What happened yesterday was not so much asking innocent questions as casting doubt and insinuating that J and S were lying and/or skewing their articles in some way. Just check the posts.
Sure it’s a free world and a very liberal, indulgent blog, but come on! Asked and answered. If someone is not satisfied, there are plenty of other blogs to post on.

Read the case of the Cecil Mills murder in Putnam. SA DROPPED the murder charge on one of the participants from murder to BURGLARY in exchange for his testimony and he walked away with probation. Charles Coring was set free to walk the streets after participating in a burglary and murder of an innocent human being, just last month, so there is no way I believe that the same thing would not happen if one of them had talked and spilled what really happened to Haleigh.

It’s Putnam county after all, and anything goes.

While I choose to believe S&J are NOT making money, just as they have stated… I do NOT feel it’s disrespectful to ask a question that is troubling you!!

Here is a suggestion, All of your Police Dept. and Sheriff Dept, should have a ride along program, whereas they allow citizen to sign a waver of liability, and allow these citizen to ride along with them on shift. Now, my suggestion, if you don’t understand police procedures, sign up, ride with them.. But, choose the Graveyard shift, and watch how they handle calls, at 3:30am in the mornings. Then come back and lets discuss this..

In fact Putnam County Sheriffs Office welcomes this, and they actually encourage you to choose the graveyard shift. Their main “rule” is that you dress appropriately, collared shirts, slacks and sturdy shoes.

TN sure seemed to side with Misty and take up for her when all this happened. It seemed a little too cozy in a strange way. There seemed to be some dysfunction with the two of them when it came to Ron. It was like they both enabled him and walked on eggshells around him for fear he would act out.

So, then started thinking about the 911 dispatch script posted above. Seems to me that there was a call made “prior” to Misty’s call. Also seems there was some conversation on a phone which isn’t seen on this report.

So, since there is no report really on an earlier call, I just wonder if Misty called TN and was freaking out that Haleigh was missing. This was the first she had turned the phone on since the fight with Ron. She may of told TN that she thought maybe Haleigh had wondered off to Tommy’s or something???? (she decides to call Timmys herself to see if JO is there, etc). Misty says to TN, I can’t leave because Jr is asleep, etc. so will you go to TC’s and check? …… TN advises her to stay calm, and that they will find Haleigh.(TN was in rescue mode, protection mode, and dysfunctional mother mode) Im sure she knew of all the drugs and that someone might get busted in the process, so she covered??

Anyway, TN heads over to TC’s to find out what is going on!! Nobody knows nothing. Eventually, TN makes a call to dispatch (maybe the 911 number, but then asks for a specific officer) and has that someone come out and meet her at TC’s. (she does not want to draw attention to Ron’s MH) She is friends with the officer, so she says she needs help looking for Haleigh. (She thinks maybe Haleigh just wandered out the MH somehow). They start looking. During the search, TN runs home, grabs a picture of Haleigh and puts on her jacket (the other report says she is employed as a dispatcher, so the jacket makes sense), and she is headed back to TC’s. (?Maybe TN convinces them to not make more of a big deal than what it is?)

Meanwhile, Misty is frantic this whole time. She gets nervous, starts cleaning, etc. She knows Ron is gonna kill her for letting Haleigh get stole, so she tries to call him as if she just woke up and as she heads for the front door of the MH and opens the door. Ron makes her call 911.

Dispatch then calls the other officer in the area, who reports to dispatch…”Im at 116 Tyler”. She couldn’t say what was going on, because it was not an ‘official’ report, etc. It was a favor to TN… Anyway, when they say 10-51, in that report, that means they are ‘following up on a previous reporting’? I think TN had a private phone conversation or 2 with dispatch or an officer about what had been going on. Then on the transcript, the one officer asks, are you back on green lane, uh at the house. And that officer says yes she is going back to green lane. (Maybe she had already been over there searching around the place for Haleigh and was headed back to TC’s place to let TN know, when the call came in. The officer lets TN know that a 911 call was made by Misty, etc. TN jumps in her vehicle and followed the officer over there (picture in hand).

I think LE and TN can’t come out and be truthful about waiting to make that call. I think Misty was following orders from TN to hold off until she could get her LE friends to come help find Haleigh before Ron came home and went ballistic. I think her attempts failed obviously. All of this delay is a real issue. I think this is why TN sided with Misty so much, because she didn’t want Misty to spill the beans. Misty and TN both know that Ron would hate them for this.

And I bet LE is keeping it a secret too, because they know it was improper protocol and may have delayed the locating of Haleigh.

I don’t understand all the other marking out stuff…where they are describing where they turned the car, etc? Anybody know what that said?

Also, if TC was there and did all what he said, why would he not of been there when the cops showed up and got his name on the list? I mean, if he is so sticking by Misty, especially with the story, why would he slime on home that night and leave Misty to face Ron alone?

Also, if him and Misty thought the JO did it story, why did Misty tell LE (on tape and video) that the ‘back door was set up just like Tommy sets them up with a brick when he robs MH’s’???? Why would she throw him under the bus if they were in cahoots together? My thought is that she wouldn’t.

Considering what is going on now, my guess is that Misty is going along with this story. She will help TC if she can, even though she probably does suspect he did some of it. And I think if TC and JO did do this for real, I think they were very very high on Meth (not angry about a gun or whatever). Just trashed out of their minds. Misty still may of been asleep when it happened and woke up to it and so drugged up herself, didn’t know if it was a dream or not. Her mind is very easily swayed. Maybe she is now realizing that it wasn’t a dream OR she is being convinced that it was real.
Doesn’t mean it was.

when I was 15. First 2 guns I shot were a M16 army rifle and a .357 magnum. Bought my first gun at 21 when I could legally buy a handgun.

When there is a nut behind the wheel of a car it’s deadly, same can be said of a knife, baseball bat, bow and arrow or just about anything else.

TJ was in contact with Teresa, and it was Teresa that would have had to get the phone records, so I will go with what TJ says as far as the number of calls made, versus what AH’s “source close to the investigation” says.

Croslin tells cops: No one was home

Croslin told investigators he went to the house about 10 p.m. on Feb. 9 at the request of Ronald Cummings, Haleigh’s father, who had been trying to reach Misty Croslin by telephone for two hours.

“He had tried more than 20 times, and those calls went unanswered,” sheriff’s Maj. Gary Bowling said Monday, citing telephone records obtained by authorities.

In addition, Bowling and other sheriff’s officials have said Misty Cummings’ statements to investigators have been inconsistent and that she has walked out of at least one interview.

On Monday, Misty Cummings’ attorney disputed her brother’s statements to investigators.

“Misty says she was there, so that’s that,” Robert Fields said. “He didn’t go in, so there’s no way he could have verified that she wasn’t there.”

Fields said there was no proof Hank Croslin Jr. went to the house that night.

“He might just be telling investigators what they want to hear,” Fields said. “He might not even remember that night. There’s so many problems with that it’s almost countless.”

Ryan said that phone records show that Ronald Cummings made 20 attempts to reach Misty during the evening of Feb. 9. Hank Croslin, who lived down the street, told investigators that Cummings asked him to check on Misty, Haleigh and Cummings’ 3-year-old son, Ronald Cummings Jr., who Cummings believed were all at the mobile home where they lived as a family.

Hank Croslin told investigators that when he arrived at the home at about 9:45 p.m. there were no lights on inside and no one answered the door when he banged on it.

“What Hank Croslin told us is contrary to what Misty told us,” Ryan said.

Misty previously told investigators that she put the children to bed and was doing housework before she went to bed sometime around 10 p.m.

Going with the Sheffields theory (which is one of my theory’s), I have written on this before. I think they knew that CS would not get those kids back. She was due in court, etc. and owed money and could possibly be locked up. Ron had moved already, had custody, and they were faced with not getting to see their grandkids, etc.. NON-custodial abductions are VERY common, while stranger abductions are rare.

(Will mention, since I know there are a few who keep asking this over and over after I post that…*they didn’t take Jr because Misty woke up and scared them away before they got him.)

Ok, back to the story…..I agree that they would not tell CS. They want Haleigh to have a chance at life and there was none with CS or Ron. I think they very well could of arranged for Haleigh to be illegally adopted, maybe for some serious cash. I still wonder about the mysterious ‘enabler’ that paid CS’s back child support. Why??? Sorry, but none of that adds up to me.

Also, why would MC and TC implicate themselves in this? Gee, where to start! One, they are both dumb as a box of rocks. I think they were drugged, don’t know what happened. Have guessed at different scenarios. One leads the other and the other leads right back. They know that they are being blamed. Now, they are faced with how many years??? for drugs. Well they better take the advice of the lawyers if they ever want to see the light of day.

Remember, the lawyers are most likely telling them that no one will ever buy the JO did it story unless they say they were witness. So, Misty is innocent because she was scared and hid under the covers, but knows what happened and TC is innocent, because he was forced to ride along with JO, but knows what happened.
They don’t know anyone else to blame, bottom line. He was the only other one there that they can remember!

Misty tried to get LE to look at the other side of the family, but LE was dead set on Misty providing them with answers. And when she couldn’t, then it all got conjured up through forceful interrogators, lawyers, over zealous LE, and irresponsible journalism. (JMO). Yes, they are in a predictament, but it is by their own stupidity they are in this situation.

I still say that LE needs to go down a different path and look at other things and people. We are still at square one (talking about timelines) and still NO HALIEGH.

I have to ask WHY does LE keep doing the same thing over and over and over (focusing on Misty to do their detective work) and expect different results each time.

It totally baffles me! She is not a mastermind criminal! and neither is TC! WHY won’t they at least look elsewhere for answers??? Are they that determined to prove they are right? Is their tunnel vision at a pinpoint view?

I would really like an answer to those questions.

Why would the Croslins immediately think it was not an RSO or stranger that took Haleigh? They knew something, and they were protecting that person/s.

However, can someone clarify the part about Misty saying she walked with the kids to TC’s that night? Im not sure Ive ever heard that before.

Also, I have a good friend who is a detective (not trying to sound important or anything), and I asked him about the situation and he said that his first thought was that the two officers were ‘foolin around’ when the calls came in, so they gave different locations or mixed things up to keep from getting busted.

Well, now that is a thought!! He says it happens more often than you think.
