I wanted to write something for Caylee yesterday but for some reason I just couldn’t. Yesterday this little angel would have turned 5 years old. She would be going to school and having fun playing with the other children her age. But no, poor little Caylee will never see her first day of school. She won’t be around to play with her school friends. The sad part is that she has been robbed of all this. She will never have a life on earth anymore all because someone (and I am sure we all know who that is) has taken her life in such a cruel and heartless way. Someone was apparently so jealous of a two year old because the child got more attention that a certain someone.
I will keep most of my opinion to myself here, but I know most of you know how I feel about this case. Putting all that aside though, Caylee should be alive and enjoying her life, but since she isn’t I know she is in a much better place now. God will take good care of her.
So with all that said I would like to send Caylee a belated birthday wish.
Happy Birthday Caylee Marie Anthony!!!! We love you!
I never had the privilege of meeting this little angel yet I feel like she is a part of my own family and I want to see the person responsible for taking her life pay dearly for it.
We all know the mother is in jail charged with first degree murder of her daughter, Caylee Anthony who was only two years old at the time. Caylee’s mother’s wannabe dream team has some weird tactics on how they are defending their client. The mother (sorry if I can help it I really don’t want to mention her name, she doesn’t deserve any more publicity that she already gets) is facing the death penalty if she is indeed found guilty.
The defense team has played the courts from left to right with their little games with the judges. In fact they managed to get rid of one judge, Judge Stan Strickland, which may have been their biggest mistake in the case, because Judge Strickland was way more lenient with them than the new judge is but I personally think it was only to keep them from coming back later for a mistrial.
Now we have Judge Belvin Perry. Judge Perry doesn’t put up with any of their nonsense and he sees right through their games. He is an honest man and makes fair judgments in this case.
Recently there was a motion filed by the lead attorney in this case, who btw… isn’t legally qualified to lead a capital punishment case so I still don’t understand why he is still considered the lead attorney, about a phone call he received from an inmate called Robin Lunceford. He didn’t want the phone call recording to be made public because he claimed he didn’t know the call was being recorded. Judge Berry denied his motions and ordered the call to be released. Yesterday the transcript of the call was released and you can read it here thanks to wftv.com out of Orlando.
Now from what I could find out about Robin Lunceford, she apparently has done this before in several other cases causing some to question her motivations. In one case back in 2005, where a suspect was being held in jail for the murder of her foster child, a judge decided to grant the suspect bond after suggesting that the prosecutor’s office had a weak case against her. He made the decision after Lunceford , then 42 yrs old, repeatedly invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination when asked questions about the case. Lunceford had told authorities that the foster mother had confessed to her in jail about killing the foster child. I guess she got cold feet and decided she didn’t want to take the stand and tell her story after all.
There were also tons of documents released on August 5, 2010 of letters sent to the psychopath, which included letters from Cindy Anthony. You can go here to find the letters. Apparently Cindy got caught mailing letters to her daughter using Bozo’s address. I guess anything from her lawyer is considered private and they aren’t suppose to open them, but it was clearly marked on at least one of the letters that she sent using Bozo’s address the words “legal mail do not open†written on the envelope. I would think this could be considered as mail fraud yet she openly denies it in one of her letters to her daughter by saying, “They must think I’m really stupid. Why would I send you a card and put another address on it?â€
Well duh! Cindy, by using the attorney’s address you thought it would go through without the jailhouse opening it so it would be a private letter between you and your psychopath daughter but you got busted and it didn’t work. You knew exactly what you were doing. I don’t know why she keeps getting away with breaking the law, she certainly is not royalty and it is so obvious that she is breaking the law. She should be in jail along with her daughter.
I have to wonder if anyone in this family actually remembered Caylee’s birthday without someone else reminding them or by seeing an article online about it being Caylee’s 5th birthday. This is so sad and it breaks my heart when I think about her own family has used her death as a ticket to making money so they would never have to work again. So sad! God bless this little girl that has captured all of our heart. We love you Caylee.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI hope everyone in the jail where Casey is sang happy birthday to Caylee yesterday.
JAN – God bless you Janny! Great article! I feel the love and compassion you have for Caylee and all of the missing/murdered persons you write about. Thank you for all you and Simon do! We love ya!
I too had difficulty in talking (or blogging) about Caylee yesterday. Somehow the words just wouldn’t come. My heart ached yesterday and I know it was Caylee and the justice she has yet to receive weighing heavily on my heart and mind.
Kyron was in the news all day yesterday so missing and murdered children were on my mind too. Everytime I hear someone complain about their parents or childhood I remind them that they could have had a mother like Casey Anthony.
I loved the article, Jan. I quit following this case and I am not as well versed on it as many, but I think Casey had help in disposing of the body. She had help in a cover story, and that help probably came from her own parents, George and Cindy. No way could grandparents of a murdered child take blood money without batting an eyelash. No way could they defend tirelessly for the one responsible, even if it is their own daughter. To me they are just as responsible, if not more, for allowing Casey to walk free while thousands if people searched tirelessly for Caylee, gave donations of money, time, and support, when they knew all along that precious child was dead. Though Casey was ultimately responsible for causing the death of Caylee, they are accessories after the fact. I think in the end, George and Cindy will lose everything they have–their house, their material possessions, and their daughter and I hope (if they never see the inside of a jail cell which they so richly deserve to see) they ask themselves one question –Was it all worth it–Was Casey worth all this? Happy Birthday Caylee–God Bless You Always! Justice Delayed will not be Justice Denied!
So sad that all that is left of little Caylee is some sick cremation jewelery, worn by the very people that let her down. At least her spirit is in a far better place than it ever was during her short sad life.
God will take good care of her.

That he will Jan and she is in a far better place than what she was before with that whackadoodle Anthony family.
Does anyone remember the jailhouse conversation George had with Casey shortly after she was jailed? Something George and Casey said has always bothered me. He said something like “Oh, now we’re all going to look really bad” and Casey says something like “Don’t worry, I didn’t say a thing”. I have ALWAYS wondered what THAT was about! Does anyone else remember that conversation? TRULY bizarre and I SOOOOO want to know what that was about!
M2C – have you read the transcript of the Bozo/Robin call yet? There SURE is a lot of info redacted. Waaaahhhhhh! I want to know what they took out and why, don’t you?! LOL
I sure remember that conversation, JB. I have to keep sitting on my hands here when it comes to saying everything I’d like to say.
CA does not fool me one bit. She is as sly as a fox. She, along with the rest have always knew what was what, sorry. They are so crafty and so manipulative, but as the saying goes, the truth always prevails.
We all need to pray hard for the facts to come out regarding this whole issue. The jailhouse conversations that Bozo so protested are now available to the public. I agree that it has been edited so badly that there is hardly a conversation to hear. I am however glad that Judge Berry turned it loose so we can see what kind of crook Bozo really is. As if anyone has a grain of doubt about that. This trial should be moved up in order, there has been far too much time allowed for Bozo and his decreasing dream team to prepare for the whipping his butt will get in court. The prosecution is ready and I feel confident in saying that so lets get on with it and watch the worm on a hot rock squirm a bit. The longer this continues, the more stupid his actions get and the more ridiculous the Anthonys look to us. Judge Berry should just lower the boom and have the court date moved up and see how hard the squirming gets. This should be really interesting to witness and it is sad that it probably won’t be televised so we can all be entertained by seeing Casey,Cindy, George and Bozo bottom out. Justice must be done for Caylee, and God shared her birthday with her yesterday as she celebrated in his care. What kind of birthday would she have had with her murderous birth mother? Casey does not even deserve the title of mother, maybe I will refer to her as the birth vessel only from here on out. I think someone should make sure there is never another opportunity for her to bear another child, how about a caulking gun? Happy Birthday Baby Caylee, we all love you and pray for justice for you! SOON!!!
LadyDay – wasn’t that a strange conversation and doesn’t it just KILL You wondering what it was Georgie was so worried about? What was it that he didn’t want LE to know? Was it about the arguement she and Cindy had where Cindy strangled her? Was it something else? And why has Casey continued to keep it a secret after accusing her brother and father of molesting her, and throwing everyone under the bus for countless other things. Why was Georgie afraid that she would talk? It has to be something that was done TO her or she wouldn’t talk about it. Something that would get Georgie and possibly Sindee in deep doo doo.
DANG! I wish I knew what they were hiding! UGH! If I were the prosecution I think I’d play that little snippet in court and ask them what exactly it was they were hiding and worried about and watch them squirm some more!
Nanna Bee – yes, Bozo keeps filing those motions and keeps losing. He just doesn’t get it. But I’m with you! I think the prosecution is ready to roll and will win. So let’s get on with it, save the tax payers some money and get this show on the road!
JB-Actually, no I do not question it, only because of the inconsistancies of so many statements. I still hol on to my opinion that the only one who saw Caylee last was in fact Cindee, everything else to me is heresay, especially when George came out with a very detailed account of who was wearing what the next day when he saw them leave. The same idetical items that were found, not only in the car, but along with Caylee. for him to just ‘in passing’ say to the towyard man what he did is not normal conversation especially when Cindee nor him ever called the police especially at the towayrd-former Detective, Nurse of Decomposition(had to throw that in), he brings gas with him when he doesnt even know what condition the car is in-or did he? It could have had a burnt up motor, but he brought gas. That George, he IS a man who knows a lot about a lot of things.
You know, the one thing I do not understand is we kept hearing that George and Cindee didnt like Boez at all, but his Investigator Domminick C. was glued to the hip with them. Soemwhere in that mess, isnt there a huge conflict of interest? I think so!
I keep going back in my mind to the original dates they said Caylee was missing-until they got tangled up. I think they zeroed in on that day because KC was out running around and wasn’t coming home with Caylee (around the 9th). We really dont know for sure if KC was even in the house on the 15th, still out messing around, but this time Cindee had the child. I question why the pants were washed, to get rid of the smell? They could have thrown them out, they were washed for another reason. Then the washer was replaced. You just dont run out and buy a new washer when such a dire circumstance is going on and had been – for 31 days. Cindee said missing for 31 days. Cindee said ‘I gave you 31 days’. Well, which is it?
Im sorry, this case REALLY winds my clock up good and proper!
Great article, Jan!
I feel Caylee flew up to Heaven on the wings of angels. She now walks hand in hand with Jesus in God’s glorious Kingdom.
Caylee is in the loving care of God, playing with all of the little children, and no one will ever hurt her again!
Amen, Ann – Tx. Amen. She deserved better and as bad as it is to think about what happened to her, she truly got better and is in a much better place. That family didnt deserve this precious angel. I think people the world over care more for her than the family ever did.
Morning, Everyone!
And Hi, nanna bee. I agree with you. Just wanted to let you know that I think the trial will be televised and shown live on the net like they do now with the hearings. (wftv.com and wesh.com and other sites show them and make the recordings available to see later, too).
I don’t think the old Court TV is still around but some TV channel will show all or part of it live, I’m sure.
I miss old court tv.
Hi, Jules! I do too. I didn’t even realize it was gone until I tried watching a hearing in this case on TV and they cut it off halfway thru for a bunch of jabbering chimpanzees who didn’t know what the heck they were talking about. I guess I’ll be watching this on the net from now on.
Jan thank you for your artical. You are really a good writer,an know how to word things, wich is great when writing from the heart.
We know Baes is always trying to make something seem like a bombshell,or like hes got a major brek in the defence of his client. If he had of been granted the sealed call.He would have played it out in the public ,like he really had something.I myself think that, the state in no way needs any jail house snitchs to get a conviction in this case. The evidence,an her actions speak loud,an clear to who Caylees murder was/is. I dont think either snitch should be allowed to testify.
This woman Robin, clearly got mad at Maya, when she started getting the attention,an letters from outsiders, probably money to.An Ronin has a vendictive plan to get back at her.Not only do we clearly hear shes comming up for a hearing. An i have dealt with criminals for yrs they will lie.She clearly thinks shes going to somehow get a favor in her hearing.I think if any would have been on the up,it would have been MaYa,but then i see where later on she brings in the cloroform. The sad thing is,all of this has been on the news so long. That everyone has heard all the details. An could easly state anything they have heard AS BEING SOMTHING THEY HEARD DIRECTLY.
Robin is clearly a long term criminal,an has trouble with those over her,by her own making.Unreliable,an unbelievable,is how i fell about her statement.I would believe MaYa way before her,but im also uncomfortsble with the way she later added the cloroform. But i dont think either should be used at trial.Time to weed out all the side show bull,an get down tho the meat of the case. The evidence…An Caseys actions,an lies for this whole duration. But when i listen to both these wemon.I hear MaYa taking responsability for the crime she comitted,an Robin never taking responsability. She is blaming everyone else for her short-commings,an problems in prison.
Its like Baezs jumping on the lieing Jill Kerly. Now if anyone compaires the tv appearence pf Roy Kronks interview. To that of Jill his exwife. It would talk a blind person not to see,all of her signals of deception in her interview by the PI.
I belive the defence is wasting their time on trying to get somthing out of this Robin tale.Sure Maya had visits from those wanting to here what she had to say.But they were privite visits im sure when,an if she spoke to one of the detectives,on the case.If i was Robin,i sure would not brag that i had any schooling in law,an wound up being a 15 time or more robber. If that stament about her schooling is even true.Im just disgusted that a case, thats really so cut an dry,as to who Caylees murder is.An is such a wast of valuable time for the defence to run after every lier out there, wanting to be involved in this case.Look at what we have now found out about D Casey (PI) on the emails released. What a nut,or nuts.An the fact they were trying to throw this case,by fabracating. He should be charged,as well as all those involved in the making of lies they planned to use.
D Caseyan Cindy need to have charges brought against them.As well as Cindys mail deal.Did she /does she think she so above the law, that she will walk clean of this.Everyone knows you dont fool around with any kind of mail fraud, now days here the mail system wont even let a letter go out unless you have a return address on it.Because of all the terriost,an not knowing if they mail a letter with somthing deadly in it..Cindys just not as smart as she thinks she is.
Its so sickning that she had to result to trickery to try an get Casey to open,an read a letter from her.Or to think she could out smart the jail system.lol stupid,is as stupid does. Those people have seen a little bit of all kinds of trickery used, when trying to get something to a inmate.
Oh my sorry lol i got carried away when writing.I didnt know my comment was that long.If its taking up space,Jan you can delete it,an ill write a smaller one so sorry People.
Looks like im typo queen today lol—-
It Judge Perry right? I keep reading Judge berry, but I believe his name is Perry. JMO
Yes Karri, it is Judge Belvin Perry. Thanks for pointing that out to me. My typos get really bad when I get tired.
Jan Barrett
Caylee with your brown eyes that just captured our hearts.Your little dances. We will forever hold your memories in our hearts….Rest safely in the presence of Jesus…..
You know, after reading Cindy’s letters to Casey I can’t decide if the woman is complete wacko or what! Is she THAT dilusional? She sounds like a total nut job. And sounds jealous that Casey had a friend in jail! TOO freaky! She even apologizes for calling someone else her BFF as no one could possibly hold that position other than Casey! It is about creepy! And even Cindy goes on about how Bozo lets his ego/pride get in the way of doing his job! TOO funny!
JB, you will have to watch the Anthony’s interview that was on the Today show this morning.
