We will be running our regular program this Sunday at 3pm Central. Our panel will be back up to full strength. Joining Jan and I will be ace reporter and the News and Programming director for The Sky 97.3, TJ Hart, state investigator Peter Hyatt, crime writer Denny Griffin, and journalist Dave Knechel. I suspect that we may also have some other notable guests dialing in.
This week we are going to expand our coverage to include a new case. A couple of days ago Jan received an email about another missing person, Eric Preimesberger. This story is so strange that we could not help but get involved. You can find Jan’s article here. We are hoping to have Eric’s mother Kay Wilson, and also Valhall the owner of TheHinkyMeter.com join us to bring us up to date on this case. We are really hoping that by giving this case some air time we can help Law Enforcement bring it to a swift resolution. Unlike many cases LE seems to welcome the press’s assistance. BNN has readers and listeners across the country, I do hope that someone can reach out and help solve this case.
The Zachary Pittman case took an interesting turn this week. After almost 6 weeks of non returned phone calls mother Christy Ragas ‘fired’ the detectives! Oh, it is not as wild an idea as you might think. On Monday she has been invited to a meeting with the Sheriff’s office.
Maybe now someone will listen to her. I admire Christy’s go gettem attitude. My guess is that on Monday she is going to ‘Rag’ on some Law Enforcement ‘Ass’, sorry for the bad joke, I just could not resist it.
The big news in the Haleigh Cummings case has to be the 15 year sentence handed down to Tommy Croslin on Friday. This must have sister Misty Croslin quaking in her boots. I have no doubt that the panel will have lots to say on this subject.
It has not been quiet in the Caylee Anthony case either. Jan has been working her way through the latest document dump, and I am sure will have lots to say on some jail house letters. I am certain that Dave Knechel will be weighing in on them as well.
I also received a couple of very interesting emails this week. While I am not at liberty to name the person, they are somewhat involved in the case. Baez’s PI has been asking some questions, the object supposedly is yet another court motion. Did this person smell anything or see any Buzzards while out searching? And even stranger, what does this person know about Mark Nejame hawking a tell all book?
What is the motion?

Val is awesome and is so knowledgeable with facts. I can hardly wait to hear her comments. Val and her posters on The Hinky have done so much for Kay, i.e., Facebook, articles on their blogs, designed posters, flyers, distributing flyers, etc.
It will be so nice to hear Kay talk about her son’s case. I think our heart will go out to her like our hearts went out to Christy Ragas, the mother of Zachary Pittman.

Due to a family emergency, Eric Preimesberger’s Mother, Kay will not be able to join us on today’s radio show but we have reassured her that we will just postpone it for today. As soon as she is able to join us we will have her on the show.
I am asking that you all say a special prayer for her and her family. Kay has more on her plate than I think I could ever handle. So please pray to God to keep giving her the strength she needs and also for him to show her the way to find her son.

So has any of Tommy/Misty/Ron suppliers arrested,an charged.Where were they getting all the dope to sell from . Was the person who met Tommy in the black truck arrested.Was wo ever was in the home Hope Misty/or Misty an Kelly went to to get pills to sell/were they arrested.O was all the dope with Mistys sales comming from UC/Donna Brock.I remember Misty was tryng to buy dope,an her purse was snatched. WHO WAS THE SUPPLIERS OF ALL THE DOPE THAT WAS BEING SOLD BY THESE PEOPLE??? AN HAVE THEY BEEN ARRESTED ALSO???

GMa Sykes’ apparent response in regards to wether or not she believes that Tommy knows anything about Haleigh’s disappearance:
“I believe that he does, I don’t know why he won’t tell it, I really don’t know, I believe that both he and Misty know - I don’t have a doubt in my mind,” Sykes said.
She REALLY doesn’t know why he won’t tell?
The opposite of that would be that she really does know and has no doubt in her mind about that then either right?
If AS thinks Haleigh is alive where does she think Tommy and Misty took her? She did say she believes Haleigh is alive so Tommy and Misty couldnt have killed her right? I think she needs to go back to saying she doesnt know anything since all her statements are so opposing. jmo

I think the problem is that we just don’t know who is lying or why. It can be very frustrating to hear the same arguments over and over, and until someone finally fesses up (if they ever do) all we have are questions.
I do think LE knows a lot more than what they are releasing to the public, since it is still an ongoing investigation.

No, I don’t flay JS or MG. Not at all. I have said they could be responsible for Haleigh’s disappearance. They are part of one of my theories. But I do not make up stuff about them or trash them or spread rumors about them under the guise of “jmo” or pick apart every word they say and assign the worst possible interpretation to it.
I’m glad Christy fired them! They couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag, much less a missing person.

I think LE is going to stick to the original theory NO MATTER WHAT. I think they have nothing–NO EVIDENCE to point to anyone or for that matter if Haleigh is dead or alive. I think Tommy and Misty have been proven to be easy prey–someone they can intimidate, whether they cough up lies or not. If they do lie, LE can claim inconsistency in their stories and travel on the same path they have been on for the last 18 months. If LE can lie to an offender to get them to confess, don’t you think they can lie to us–the public? We are not privy to the evidence, but since the media is reliant on LE for a story, don’t you think LE can spin the story, give details they want out, to the viewing audience, so we can “buy” they are on the right track? I think in this case they have been on the wrong track all along, but I believe they will never admit it. JMO

As for Annette saying she thinks Tommy knows what happened. There are other possibilities other than he killed her. He could have unlocked the door to allow someone to access the home that night, just as one possibility. If we keep open minds, there are a lot of things that we may not have considered. Tommy was heavy into drugs, as he himself testified. People that into drugs would do anything for money and/or drugs.
Not saying that is what happened, just a possible scenario.

i believe this to be true. How easy—LE thought this case to be initially—and how very wrong they were. It defies logic for them to believe that a drugged out teen could be sleeping so heavily (or not even be in the MH) that someone could come in and take Haliegh. Does it defy logic that this same teen could HIDE such a high profile MURDER for 18 MONTHS? This clan with no education, drugged out and just plain ignorant CAN, however, FOOL LE, FBI, FDL, NEWS MEDIA, seasoned PIs for 18 MONTHS. Does that defy logic? I would say “YES”
oh, and by the way, for those who argue that the clan are seasoned criminals—–they GOT CAUGHT dealing drugs when they KNEW they were being watched—-how seasoned is that???

A small 5 year old would stand a chance of fighting off anyone or surviving a blow to the head or a choke. I hope it didn’t happen and she’s alive but for arguments sake, I think she was met with harm by someone. Imo
