I hope more and more dads will go to the media with their story. I know of many young men that are being alienated by the mother, and it is heartbreaking. The children all want their daddys and many of the mothers are truly mentally ill not to allow the love of a dad simply because they are selfish and self centered.
Shared parenting must be done in all states in order for the innocent children to have a chance to grow up "balanced".

God, is Good. He sees all, I believe all good parents deserve their children equally, their children need both paretns equally. Shared Parenting is the only justice that is justice.

Let it be

I am an ohio mother who is not the custodial parent of my children. The reason for this was decided upon equally. However after 5 years it is apparant that one of the children is not the fathers biological child. I have exercised all visitation possible every holiday, every weekend, all summer as custodial dad doesn't care to spend time with kids. I too as a non-custodial parent pays child support to custodial dad--whom never spends time with kids. However my dilema is this, child 1 is not custodial dad's child. I've been continually fighting for custody since divorce decree was filed. The child is 8 years old and custodial dad continues to fight for custody. DNA test was done through Children Services and admonished him as possible father. Attorney for Custodial Dad says since I kept the information from custodial dad that it makes me an unfit mother. i'm afraid with other problems that are apparent in this certain county court i may not be able to get custody of my children, even though the custodial parent is not the biological parent and I am. I've exhausted hundreds of thousands of dollars, i just believe DNA testing should be a prerequisite to any Divorce, custody hearings and legal discussions.

Another thing to take into account is that mother's are changing. How many accounts have we heard of the last two years where filicide has occured. The mother killing her child. One case I read about the father had acual custody of the son, and the son went to stay with his mother on summer break, and two weeks later was dead. he was a four year old. Casey Anthony, Terri Hormon(stepmother). I understand that the father should have equal rights to the child as the mother. Also I feel that if the father is better equipped then the father should be given sole custody. Use to be that the judge wouldnt dare take a child from their mother, but look where it has gotten so many dead, and hurt babies?. JMO.
