My grandchildren recently had chickenpox and made an excellent recovery with no complications. I was fortunate to have a chance to care for them for three days and get a good booster for my resistance to an outbreak of shingles. It didn’t cost $185 either.

I did not know anything about the shot being available for people like me. For several weeks I was unable to sleep or rest. I was in constant pain. Finally, I gave up and went to the Dr. She informed me that I had shingles and that I was almost over it. Wonderful. I still have some nerve pain. Wish I would have known about this before suffering so long.
