What is wrong with this picture? OMG. So his mother and his grandmother left him in the care of a drug addict and didn't give said drug addict permission to take the child "shopping"? Not only does the uncle need investigating, so do the two women. First place to check is inside their heads to see if they have functioning brains, which I doubt. What is wrong with parents???
