What happened to Haleigh drove home?

We know that Haleigh had disabilities, I have read that Ron and Amber’s son has some severe disabilities. What about Jr? Pretty sure that when Crystal got pregnant with him both she and Ron were doing drugs (and yes it matters if the father is because it can harm the sperm) and more than likely Crystal did drugs the entire time she was pregnant. Does Jr have any disabilities?

RONALD CUMMINGS: I pulled into the yard. The front door was wide open. She was standing in it. I asked her what she was doing up. She told me that the back door was wide open and Haleigh was gone. I turned the house upside-down and told her to call 911.

GRACE: has she explained it to you why she didn`t go to the restroom in the middle of night right there in the bedroom`s attached bathroom? It`s kind of all one big, huge master bedroom. Why would she choose to crosses kitchen and go to a different bathroom?

RONALD CUMMINGS: I don`t know, Ms. Nancy. I`ve never really heard that side of the story, to be honest with you.

If there is any merit to Haleigh passing away due to some type of accidental means then where does motive fit in to this scenario?
Intent?

How about the possibility that Haleigh may have passed on due to some type of unintended physical injury as some have suggested Haleigh might have gotten into the cross fire between a potential fight between Misty and Ron?
Intent?

Is rage a possible motive?

The courts do not necessarily care what a person’s motive would have been rather that the concern is whether the person had actually committed the crime.

(Just some thoughts I have been pondering today.)

Anyway, so after that maybe they`ll do that recording, and the reason why they done it is because they went to the jail and was talking to her, and Jason said, man, I`ve never seen her cry. Real tears, you know, she always — you know, has to jerk a tear out.

Jason said no, man, this (EXPLETIVE DELETED) was like pouring, and you know when it started? And I said when? He said when we started talking about you. Being locked up. And losing Junior.

He said she didn`t give two (EXPLETIVE DELETED) about her brother, her mama, her daddy, nobody. When I talked about you, being locked up, she started pouring them. And they were real. So.

He said and she said — she was so proud to show everybody her tattoo, see, it says Ronald Sr.

NEVES: They made a big deal about that on all the TVs and everything. I said you got Misty in that cell over there which nobody else would do.

CUMMINGS: Nobody else could do.

NEVES: Yes. So you know, you`re just — I`m very proud of you. Don`t you let anybody tell you that I`m not.

CUMMINGS: Well, the way I see it, I already told you.

NEVES: Yes, I know.

CUMMINGS: If one of the two of them, the whole time we figured it`s got to be one of the two of them. If it`s one of the two of them, then they got it pinned in a corner now because Crystal could wait six or eight months, she just pops up over here or wherever in Texas and move to Montana, whatever. You know and — or the worst, so, either way we`ll know.

NEVES: Well, you just hang in there, baby. What are crying for, sweetheart?

CUMMINGS: Because I wish I knew where my daughter was.

NEVES: I know, honey. But we`ll find her. You know? One way or the other, like you said, one of them is going to mess up, so we`re going to find her.

I find this call very interesting.

IMO, TN seems to be trying to get Ron to tell her something but Ron is clueless. Then she asks Ron if he thinks Misty will talk. At first I thought that was suspicious. But then I realized it was a CLUE to remind Ron what he needed to tell her.

Ron once again missed what TN is trying to get him to say. He seems to think TN is worried Misty will talk. So he AGAIN makes sure to let LE know that he knows he is being recorded and does not care. IMO, another attempted “I’m innocent so I have nothing to hide and am proving it with this story.”

Ron tells how Misty is still so in love with him that she not only cried but cried real tears for him while not caring about her own family. Ron did not want to say no so he tells a story to show that Misty is still in love with him. IMO, “No she is not going to talk because she loves me.”

When Ron is done with that story, TN gives him the clue to get the story out that they want out. TN first makes a comment about the story Ron just told then gives him the clue “I said YOU got Misty in that cell over there which no one else could do.”

Ron starts getting it and repeats what she said because he has not figured out what to say yet. TN tells him that she is proud of him suggesting she is proud that he was willing to go to jail to get the truth about Haleigh.

Then Ron now remembering the story they want to keep out there says it is either Misty or Crystal, Haleigh’s mother, who are responsible for Haleigh being gone.

Then another prompt from TN “why you are crying” because she knows Ron’s tears will be discussed and knows Ron has forgot to talk about the most important think…his daughter. Ron realizes cry for Haleigh so knows what his response should be and finally mentions he is upset “because I wish i knew where my daughter was.”

IMO, it was obvious that TN “scripted” that conversation for Ron. Every piece of bait she threw, he caught too quickly for two innocent people who have not had tons of experience at getting their story out. Ron trusts his Mother completely to not only have his back but save his behind by letting her run the show.

Tim: he said that if he wouldn’t have married her she probably would have taken off to Massachusetts or Tennessee or some place with her other relatives and they’d never be able to talk to her and I said Ronald that must be very very difficult to live with and he said it is and he said but if I find out that she had anything to do with it or did it.. his exact word were her teeth will be going out the back of her head

Tim: and um I don’t know if he is protecting Misty but he is really slowing the investigation down and Misty ya know I’m not at rest here after all but you know after spending 12 days with them people my head was just spinning
