We reported yesterday that a source had claimed that Chuck Ingram had been arrested on some gun related charge. Well we can confirm that both he and his wife were indicted on federal gun charges yesterday. We do now have copies of the indictments. While there is no direct involvement in the Haleigh Cummings case, Chuck Ingram has been a name that keeps cropping up when discussing the bit players involved with the case.
I think it would be fair to say that were it not for the Haleigh Cummings case these indictments would not have occurred.
Earlier this morning some interesting background to the case against Chuck Ingram came to light. For that reason we have decided to air a radio segment about this development at 1pm central today.
You might be surprised at what we have to say. Joining me for this special program will be WSKY 97.3 reporter and director of programming and news TJ Hart. Also joining us is a man who knows a great deal about Chuck Ingram and his operation in Palatka, William Cobra Staubs. You might be very surprised what Cobra has to say, however I have researched the ‘BOMBSHELL’ and it is absolutely factual.

Does anyone know if the contaminated mattress and screen door were checked for DNA anyways? I mean, there would be information to be learned if there was semen, or urine, or stranger DNA on mattress. Even contaminated a strangers DNA should not be on door or mattress. Then they could investigate people with records if there is a hit. Tobyimo–Let’s hope it was checked for DNA. I would assume that was police procedure. I am growing pretty skeptical of LE. I am just hoping it is just inexperience not something sinister with LE in this case. If there was foreign DNA found, besides the key players, would they be calling Misty the key or would they be looking for a match? I think the MH might not be the actual crime scene (as far as a murder). Since we’re not privy to any of the evidence, that is pure speculation on my part. By the way welcome, Tobyimo, glad you could join us.

There are a number of informative sites and places to blog and express your thoughts and ideas regarding Haleigh without being attacked or made to feel like you are the one on trial here. I know I should have stayed off of here and did for over a year. I still find the articles and information from Simon and Jan top notch and very much enjoy listening to the Blogtalk Radio on Sun. afternoons and will not give any of that up, but as far as trying to be a part of or contribute anything or posting, I am finished. Somebody always comes back with something rather ugly because they do not agree, or they say it isn’t so, and ask if you have proof and that is no fun along with the constant petty squabbling amongst the same old few in every subject that is posted on here.

Tommy is not listed as an inmate in St Johns County Detention Center. Anytime they have moved him to Putnam County it goes like this. But he didn’t have any court dates today, so SOMETHING is going on.

tobias, whenever they have been moved from St. Johns to Putnam for court dates, it shows immediately that they were “released” from St. Johns, but they never show up in Putnam’s detention center database. I think it is because they are never actually “booked” into the center just transported to the county for legal reasons.

The day that Misty was escorted to the dock she showed up as “released” from St. Johns. Same for Tommy when he met with PCSO, and got to go to Burger King and smoke a half pack of cigs, LOL. But Tommy has no court appearances today, so something else is going on.

Shayshay- From the time I started writing last night OJ was in a bad mood and going afer people, as he often does, and gets away with a variety of things. Being condescending, dismissive, rude, and belligerent is abusive behavior. Mean spirited too. I never had any disagreement with OJ and avoided as long as possible saying anything back to him ,but he just wouldn’t stop causing troubl and picking at me. I was encouraged to day by posters to stand up to him and I did. If you don’t understand what abusive behavior is then, unfortunately that says something about you. Was Chuck Ingram’s sexual offenses against an adult or minor? If I recall he is a RSO on probation. I would imagine he was charged with a felony for that (not for sure) and yet he was indicted for gun charges? How did a felon get guns? Unbelievable!

Thanks WhyLie and Tobias. This guy runs a bail bonds business (under his wife’s name I would assume) and yet he is a criminal too. What the He** has been going on down there? Have the cops turned a blind eye to everyone’s indiscretions and crimes and NOW want to clean it up because of the MEDIA attention Haleigh’s case has brought and the scrutiny LE is under? The FBI needs to come in there and clean house, starting with the police department and working its way down. How does a RSO run a bail bonds business and the cops not bust him before now? This guy has been attached and posted bond to about all criminal dockets I have seen in this case. What a shady man! JMO

Its because legally his wife could run the company and Chuck was not on the payroll. The way Cobra made it sound, Ingram was still conducting business. As a convicted felon he should not be allowed to even be around other felons.
If PCSO can set up stings for small time pill dealers, surely they have the intelligence and ability to set up a sting and take down a convicted pedophile working in the bail bonds industry.
But then again that might be expecting to much from PCSO. We saw that the FEDS took it seriously. Maybe that is why Haleigh’s case is now a homicide, to keep the FEDS out of it.

JenM, yes that is possible but that is why in my first comment about this I offered for Tonyimo to email me and explain it to me. The rule might sound crazy to some but for the last two years in here there have been a lot of people that would change their usernames only to stir up trouble. It has happened numerous times so I finally made the rule, that if you change your name then you should let everyone know or email me, so at least I would know and I would be able to keep a fight from starting.
For the record you are correct about the IP’s. That is how I can see someone is using the same computer or in the same house as another one posting in here. All I asked of any of them was to just tell me or tell others in here that they are talking to who they really are. If they have a good reason I allow it.
It isn’t too much to ask someone to just tell everyone who they are, well they don’t have to tell their real names but they can say who they have been posting under.

If Tobyimo is using DSL for internet conection like me and millions of other people. Then every time we turn off our modems we have a new IP. We are on an IP that nobody else is using at that time. But somebody else might have used it at some previous time.
Ok just a thought about the IP address issue.
A duplicate address could happen. If the address is a Class A address or Class B address.
If the blogger is coming from behind a secure environment (firewalls, etc) you would not see
the address. The number that can’t be replicated is the mac address. If the mac address is different it’s two different systems. The mac address is coded in the firmware and the network adapter card and is issued to those vendors with IEEE standards.
It could be that these folks could be at work
and the world only sees the ip address of their
gateway router.

Have the cops turned a blind eye to everyone’s indiscretions and crimes and NOW want to clean it up because of the MEDIA attention Haleigh’s case has brought and the scrutiny LE is under? The FBI needs to come in there and clean house, starting with the police department and working its way down. How does a RSO run a bail bonds business and the cops not bust him before now? This guy has been attached and posted bond to about all criminal dockets I have seen in this case. What a shady man! JMO
