How the heck can a passenger have enough control over a car and driver to instigate road rage?

I see it all the time on highways and roads. I drive a long way to work everyday back and forth. A passenger hangs out the damn window and is yelling, cussing and calling another driver everything in the book, not to mention the facial expressions and the hand gestures! Yes, this instigates road rage and is even worse when the driver is doing it too plus driving. The lady said the passenger was yelling that she was gonna beat her A$$ and flipping her off repeatedly.

mistys trial will be a good examination of what is what. We’ll see who acted like what and if that is improper per the law, by a jury. Never know the way that will go.

I don’t know. I don’t know why Crist’s website has not been updated since April or we could see what it was for, but I have a feeling that you are going to see his charges disappear. Meth and making meth is 1000 times worse than some pain pills and there was 2 YO involved too.

I am glad she is in jail and weather or not it’s right It has been good for her. She has had some health care lived indoors and off the streets. She is way too seasoned for a juvie
program. Misty has not interacted with kids her own age since she was in 6th grade. She has lived the lifestyle as an adult not a juvie. She would corrupt children there even more.

I have never been arrested but I would think that it would be devasting. These folks don’t blink an eye. Then they start looking for a way around the system. Even the sheriff’s son.
You wait until the FBI gets fed-up they will take Putnam county by a storm.

don’t know but LE is satisfied with his work hours so I go by what they say.

I feel bad for the Croslins but they did bring some of this on themselves.

Ron - Motive- couldn’t get anyone to watch the kids for him, one gone,everyone feels sorry & jr has instant babysitters! He could have asked Crystal but didn’t want to lose custody or he would be in the child support boat.
Misty - motive- she wants to party, she has been Ron’s slave, maid, child care & sex provider and wanted some time off!
Tommy- No motive
Joe- No motive
Crystal- Motive- would want both children so no more child support!

I also had not realized that the UC PAID Misty $100.00 for brokering the drugs from Donna to him.

She looks to be a text book trafficker form out of state doctor shopping to hand to hand deals. But, she’s entitled to her day in court too.

I wonder if she will plead out?

Barbara Flowers was locked up in Putnam County Jail after her talk with Cobra (see criminal docket for same).

Josh Imm has an addition dated today on his Putnam County criminal docket mentioning the Governor. Please explain if you can.

I think hanks knows that misty was predisposed to selling pills or weed or whatever which the d/a will need to show per florida law. There probably will be others testifying to the same thing. Imo

Not answering the phone, letting it go to vmail and erasing that vmail, deleting texts, …all this could have been done to the UC.

Misty could have threatened the UC that she would tell the police on him.

She could have just said she couldn’t get them at all until he went away or she just started avoiding calls.

Many things could have been done, but she went the trafficking route, imo, anyway.

We’ll see in august.

She tells the UC that she can’t get in trouble in so many words becasue of who she is, yet she still does it. I didn’t see anyone holding a gun to her head or holding her hostage in the car. Why didn’t she just walk away and let ron do it, or hope?

Donna was so dumb, she got herself caught up in to it. Bet she’d like a do-over.

I just doubt Ron messaged Misty while she was doing the Early Show to tell her anything.

I posted about this on the last thread, it didn’t show up right away due to the link, so you may have missed the post.

Merchant is the head of homicide at PCSO. He worked the case early on, and then stopped as there was no evidence of a homicide. He was NEVER “removed” from the case.

He is back ON the case as the lead. There is a fairly recent article discussing Merchant meeting with both Crystal and Ronald and what their options are regarding HaLeigh and whether or not they might want to have her declared dead (without waiting the 7 years and no body).

According to Merchant he presented two options to parents Ronald Cummings and Crystal Sheffield about a funeral for Haleigh: The couple could wait seven years for Haleigh to be declared dead by the state of Florida and then be issued a death certificate or they can go before a judge before the seven years lapses to request a death certificate.

In addition to the “story” of Ronald texting Misty, it has also been reported (I’ll have to go digging to remember where I read it) that Misty did in fact learn via the media that Donna was working against her - I believe it was on Nancy Grace via Art Harris (and Art reported it).

So, which story are we to believe? Oh wait, I know, the one that makes Ronald look guilty, of course! (rolls eyes)

It could very well be a District Grand Jury. I know they are secretive but goodness I can’t find anything.

I am trying to find out when the Grand Jury convenes in Putnam. So far I have found nothing.

I looked too. I wonder if they have a local county grand jury or a combined grand jury for the 7th district?? Like the state’s attorney works for the 7th district and not just Putnam County

Jeremaih was there at the fake search and he is not someone we really know who he is. I know the pastor that was there isnt his dad no one knows who he is either.

I see him with cobra picking up naynay on the video pretty sure thats him. He came here before Haleigh went missing. (however he had a cane in pics with wayanne kruger on her FB and MSpace) so either he is undercover or?? who is he?

then Im not sure if it is true but docs stating the pastor told wayanne the cops were involved in a child prostitution ring?

all of this is so confusing.

He took and passed an FBI LDT and was basically cleared back in Feb or Mar. He was interviewed again some months later. There are no forensics in the van or it would not have been released. LE got all of Joe’s clothes he had with him down in FL. He stayed around the day after Haleigh went missing and helped put up fliers with Misty.

So Joe Overstreet did take a polygraph for the FBI? and passed? I was under the impression that Joe did not take one, under the advice of his attorney.

back in the beginning he did take one and he had the same attorney back then. If I am not mistaken it was after the sighting at that restaurant and the red Rav 4 or something like that.

We really don’t know much of what le has been doing to figure this out. We will before the summer is out, I’m betting anyway.
