This family has ISSUES..Lindsay says on the tape “you can be your perfect insestious family”.

Here is my take on the Croslins. ME, ME, ME, and hey my husband lied to me, so I am going to vaguely threaten him so I can see what his reaction will be, and then talk about me! To all the Croslin children and their spouses its about ME! To the two sitting in jail it is…I am all that is important…do not buy your children food or pay the rent so I can get minutes on the phone to bug you every day. Jeez!

The only one who has any do “right” in him is the daddy..he so obviously does not believe a single word that the MC or TC says, yet he loves his children and wants to believe that they are not capable of such an act.

Mama Croslin..Lisa I would not trust, she loves her children but would certainly lie for them if she felt like it would help their situations. What has really made my Blood pressure go through the roof is on the tape I think it is 10, she is heard in the background and I clearly hear her say “F*ck Haleigh”..does anyone else hear this? If she does say it, she is clearly not worried about a innocent child, she just is looking to lay blame and protect her little monsters!

My take on the tapes. On the tape titled “Missing Tommy-Lindsay tape”, Lindsay is pushing Tommys buttons, he loves her..it is not enough…rumors of other BF already have reached TC. Oh, by the way don’t I look Tan?
Meanwhile Lindsay tries to involve one of the kids and Tommy does not even want to talk to or about the kids. Another indicator is in the tape I think 8, his Aunt Vicky is leaving a message on Lindsays’ voice mail for TC and SHE is the one that adds “tell the kids daddy loves them”..I have never heard TC tell his kids he loves them on any of the tapes..he can only repeat the family creed “I did’nt do nutin wrong”. I have noticed the mama said it in tape 9.

My other question is WHY is TC desperate to speak with Timmy?

Who did he send what to? Would it be LE or Leonard maybe? Why did hank sr get arrested? and how can timmy get him out if there is no bail?
Is this the a letter they are talking about?

What does lindsey know that he is so concerned about her telling?

You know, Gabby, I always felt in my gut that Tommy killed Haleigh. From the very beginging. But I can totally see the logic behind what you’re saying here. Wouldn’t suprise me if this was how it’s come down.

On the other hand, Tommy is pathetic, it’s all about him, very selfish. Every time he mentions wanting to see his kids I want to scream, “what about Haleigh, I bet her Dad (RON) would love to know where she is!”

Or,

They are smart enough not to leak anything of value.

Or,

LE is letting things go, closer to the drug trials to keep the pressure on for a break. I think they’d be doing a disservice to Haleigh not to trying anything legally allowed to trick these knuckleheads into the truth if it exsists.

Lindsy is long gone I hope.

I am wondering why there haven’t been any of Misty’s tapes released since the river search.

Why hasn’t mom been on tv asking us to all be looking for her child, when she says she believes she is still alive. I would think she would want to refute the claims she is deceased and get people active in searching. But she is not, this has started to really bother me the past two days. I wonder why? Has she been told not to?

I think the root of it all is their drug taking and their drug selling. They all know they can go to jail for the rest of their life if all they are into comes out. They may have know that if one starts talking, they will all go down.

Tommy’s lawyer says that he and Misty’s lawyer agree that Tommy and Misty have pretty much the same story, now.

I wouldn’t think it would be Jan or Simon. They said “news people” gave them the money. Jan and Simon aren’t on the ground, handing out money to Croslins, as far as I know. When the (aunt? grandmother?) said that, I took it to mean tv people.

It was on a call between Tommy and (either Flo or the other old lady who they talk to in Tennessee?). She mentions that Action News was in “Momma’s” house today, too. The comment about Joe and his lawyer answering everything with “no comment” is right before she says that Joe was drunk for the questioning.

LE is putting unbelievable pressure on that whole family to get someone to tell them the truth. They knew LC’s vulnerable place was her kids, so they are threatening to take her kids. They may be wanting to divide and separate LC from ToC and his mother and dad. The more anger and division, the more someone may get mad and tell all they know.

Yes, I do remember about us speculating that LC found out ToC knew more than he was telling her. I believe that ToC would have gotten involved to protect MC. You can tell by the look on his face that he really loves MC.

I remember one thing the sheriff said after that river search. He said that Misty knows she is in trouble. He didn’t say anything about Tommy or Joe, but he said Misty knows she is in trouble. He said she is calmer and quieter, now. In other words, she knows some of the truth has come out, and she is in trouble.

Another thing that struck me was on the last video we saw of the senior Croslins, Lisa was crying. She said Misty just cries and says, “I don’t want to be in here forever.” That is quite a change, because Misty had been talking about going to boot camp for awhile or getting out with a monitor. She knows now she is in big trouble, so she knows some of the truth has come out.

Another deputy helped identify the pills as possibly illegal narcotics, along with a “piece of a drinking straw that appeared to have some form of powder residue on it–” and a “small baggie in the cup holder … which contained a white powder residue,” (and tested negative for cocaine), according to the report.

Soon, Tommy’s wife, Lindsay, and his father, Hank, Sr. arrived and asked if his son had any “roxies,” because some had been stolen from him the night before.

When officers told him no such drug had been recovered, he split, and they read Tommy his Miranda rights. He denied the pills were his, said officers, and insisted they belonged to his father before he was placed under arrest and taken to jail.

The report identified the pills as alprazolam, oxycodone and methadone.

Lt. Greenwood said no officers would have any comment on the arrest.

He told officers he was tried and taking a nap after dropping a young son, Austin, off at the school bus stop. Ironically, it’s the same spot where Austin once hopped the school bus with his cousin and best friend, Haleigh, who used to chase him around the yard and kiss him, his mother, Lindsay, tells me.

After rescue personnel woke him up, and determined he was okay, a deputy leaned in the open passenger window and “saw a prescription pill bottle, and a small sandwich bag containing several blue pills,” according to the police report obtained by The Bald Truth and posted below.

“I placed Hank in handcuffs until I could determine whether the pills were his or not,” the deputy reported. “Hank immediately began telling me that the pills belonged to his father, Hank Croslin Sr., and that Hank left them in the van. Hank (Jr., aka Tommy) also told me he did not know the pills were in the van. (He) said he had dropped his son off at the bus stop at 8 a.m., and had taken a nap because he was sleepy.”

Either LC’s grandfather or LP may have bought that car for LC, I would think. LP wants to stay attatched to this case and be in on the know, one way or the other.

I can’t be hard on LC, she is being threatened that her kids are going to taken away. How can she leave them with Hank Sr or Lisa,not knowing what condition they are going to be in?

Where does the venerated lady get this info anyway? From Joe himself?

Not that I don’t want to hear this material, but the news people shouldn’t be spending/contributing money to make sure they get audio. There might even be an actual law against it.

I just wish after one of his many requests someone would just say NO!!!

RC said he was scared of him and then he got interrupted. I wondered if he meant he was agraid JO was armed, and he didn’t want to walk into an armed situation, not knowing what to expect.

I think one reason lE is talking to LC and ToC parents is to put more pressure on him, and they have succeeded.
