Yes, the sherriff announced it as a homicide and that they have persons of interest. If you ask me, that was either a premature, over zealous claim on their part, OR it was done for publicity because they are getting pressure from the top to close this case OR they did it to put pressure on the 3 to talk.
Because they aren’t saying why it is homicide and they haven’t even named the ‘persons of interest’, much less have a suspect.

Yes, I have brought up the theory that NayNay was involved. So, Maybe she left her car somewhere, maybe she dropped her keys that night, lost them (possibly helping put something in the dumpster?) and that ‘someone’ picked her up in that van and ‘someone’ dropped her off in that van. And yes, that maybe her and Tommy were fooling around that night and maybe that is what Lyndsy found out.

I think that the death was not full of strikes or stabs or anything like that. It was short either through drug ingestion in some way or strangulation.

It could be the neb didn’t casue the death but they knew they’d done dope through it and dint want that to be found out.

If they were sniffing some kind of powder or using some kind of drug in the nebulizer that is missing, that could have been what did it. I keep looking for a reason for the missing nebulizer. They may have gotten rid of the nebulizer to keep it from being checked.

Where was her lawyer to tell her not to say anthing, to anyone, ANYONE? I hope that attorney had her sing her representation agreement with that spelled out in bold lettering so when she squeals the ‘justice system, including my lawyer, we corrupt’ and I didn’t get good advice and my lawyer was working with the prosecution blah, blah, blah.

If no struggle was put up, which really, how much could a petite 5 year old do against a grown up of even mistys size. But I wonder if mistys hands and nails were checked. She would have Haleighs dna on her but not a heavier than normal concentration under the nails.

If she had stuck with one story, all the time, I’d tend to believe her more.

She could have fingered joe early while the evidence would have been fresh and he would have been locked up and never made bail and never got to her.

If she hadn’t pointed at ‘the other side’ of the family and any, any evidence was found that might link them, I could buy that.

If she had kept quiet after the initial questioning, we wouldn’t have to wonder which story is she going with.
