We will be running our regular weekly look at these two very disturbing cases. Our panel is shaping up to be TJ Hart, Cobra Staubs, Peter Hyatt, Armando Aldazabal, and Denny Griffin.

I caught a whiff of something today, it seems that my release of the Tommy tapes earlier this week is not sitting well with a certain lawyer. I have extended an invite to him. I do hope that he accepts. I am sure that he could clear up many of the misconceptions that are swirling around concerning Tommy Croslin and his possible involvement in the Haleigh Cummings disappearance. We shall have to wait and see if he takes the bait.

Todays big news was what didn’t happen. At the last moment a hearing concerning Ronald Cummings exact status and also to attempt to lower his bond. The hearing was cancelled, that in itself is not an unusual occurrence, hearings get cancelled all the time. Someone is sick, another case gets in the way, it interferes with a tee off time at the local Golf Course, there are no end of reasons to cancel. But…. this was not a postponement, it has not been rescheduled.

I wonder what the story is?

Over on the Caylee Anthony case there was a pre-trial hearing with the new judge, and it seemed to me that it was Judge 5 Baez 0.  I am wondering if our illustrious lawyer Jose Baez is beginning to rue creating the stink to remove Strickland?

This new judge is not giving Baez much wriggle room. With the Tax Payers now picking up the tab for much of the defense I think it is fair to say that Baez can’t even pick up a Latte Grande at Starbucks without prior approval.

So here is the question. How is Baez surviving? He gives the impression that he is working on the case 24/7, he is working for free, how does he pay his rent? How does he keep the lights on? Something does not add up.

Join us on Sunday at 3pm central, we will be exploring both of these cases in detail. To listen in, point your browser to www.blogtalkradio.com a few minutes before we go on air, the link will be on the main page, or you can use this direct link.
