What the heck happened to mama and papa Croslin’s car? OMG, like anyone believes it was stolen and they just happen to know the person who stole it but didn’t call the police! The dirtbags were handed a car by LP and still managed to f up, I hope that no one hands them one darn thing after that shit. Listening to the other tapes released it looks like the main breeders are right back in to their drugs.
Sounds like Lindsy is fed up with him at the point this was recorded. He is telling her how to control her darn money and she doesn’t want to hear it. I do agree she needs to be careful but some people can’t handle money. I feel bad for Lindsy in a way but she knew what TC was like when she married him, anyone who talks to him can figure that out quickly. She should have bailed on his butt a long time ago for her kids sake. I feel so bad for her kids, she seems to love her kids but the one tape she is talking about not wanting to get up in the morning and how Austin gets himself up, gets dressed, feeds himself and then wakes her up. My kids never would have been able to do that at his age, how frigin lazy can she be. Both of the Croslin boys are lucky that they married woman who get help from their family. If they were my daughters I would tell them I would help them but not their low life nonworking husbands. Lindsy’s grandparents and father have been providing homes for them to live in for a long time, long before Haleigh came up missing. Hope they are ready to buy her another van since she has refused to get her oil changed and other basic car care.
Oh well, hopefully she gets her shit together now that she has filed for a divorce. I haven’t heard any word on her getting a job either hopefully she has found one by now.
Funny one of you mentioned Darth Vader, when a friend and I listened to one with Hank Sr, I made the same comparison.
LOL the messed up audio is distracting. Right now, both Tommy and Lindsy sound like Darth Vader (good comparison to whomever made that above).
I hope the sound fixes as the tape continues. This is freaky.
So, gonna take a swack at decoding Simon`s format protocol. The tape above appears to be the MARCH 31st visit. The previous tape cluster released seemed to be other dates in March as well.

HankSR had the car cranked up,he forgot something ran upstairs,an the guy took off with it.It was someone he, an Lisa had given a ride to before.
The law did have to find the car,in the end,it had a window broke,an trash all in it.The man,an his friends joy rode in it,the man either lived at the place,or near it..They got it back,After the law found it in another county.An this happened months ago.They arrested the fellow in another county.Hank sr told me that out of his own mouth.Sounds to me like Lindsy seems to think now shes better than everyone else.FACT she stayed,knew the gun had been stole from the neighboe,knew he had stole poor old Hanks sr meds from the wreck,had them in abaggie at the buss stop.She knows Hank was fighting with Tom about some stolen CD,an the Pills when he fought with his dad,the morning Auston was scard to go to the buss with anyone,he was on the pourch when LE was called there.But Lindsey stayed,even when he took the old mans gun from nex door,she stayed,ven when she knew Tom has dishwashing liq,towels an stolen thing from the last thieft,she stayed,hes not so innocent.Just soft talking,she just let us know she whined to NG,an Art for favor.An who can forget LP,an his puter web cam he bought her to see her when he wanted to chatt!!! Many drive from her to Charleston SC,or to Florence SC,ones 63 miles away,ones 48 miles away so some drive 120 miles aday to,an from work.I drove a hr,to work,an hr back.working 12 hr shifts,with a children in school.My niece is a reg nurce,but found a job working in a power plant,where i worked,an pay benifits ,an perks are great,so she went to work there,an always has her R nursing degree to fall back on.She took the first job that was good pay ab hiring.She stayed up many long hrs studing to be a nurse,but when jobs arnt out there.Work where you can.An she hooked a great job.Lucy thing lol

I listened to the Levi Page show this morning. According to G.Holler it was Misty that told her to call Annette Sykes to let her know what Tommy had said. It was then that Annette and Teresa Neves went out to the woods and searched. AS said they found nothing. It was Chelsea that told G.Holler the specific area to search off 309. G.Holler says now Timmy and Chelsea do not want to talk with her and they had their phone number changed. Grandma Holler agrees with Lyndsey divorcing Tommy.

G. Holler also mentioned that Timmy and Chelsea had guardianship over Misty in Satsuma. Chelsea makes claims of helping raise Misty during her teen years. They had no legal papers though. G. Holler says this was because Misty could do whatever she wanted living there. This just shows the closeness between Timmy and Misty along with Chelsea.

Holler did say Misty slept with her in her bed every night she was there and that she questioned Misty every night before they fell asleep. Finally on the 10th night Misty told granny someone would have to take her to the bus station because she had to leave and go back to Florida. G. Holler thinks she may have been getting too close.

There was also some commotion @ the mh sometime prior to 3am. I get the impression that Ron was not at work and maybe the tape at the convienence store is part of the ruse. JMO.

Tommy is very selfish! He does not seem to worry about his wife and childrens needs; only his. He is very controlling. Lyndsey is correct she would have no money left if he were not sitting in jail. I am glad Lyndsy is moving on with her life. I just hope she will make better choices in the future.

CathJo , I found Lyndsey totally different with Tommy this time around. They use to say the I love yous almost every other sentence even when Tommy told her about not spending too much money before. Lyndsey has changed a bit since Tommy first went into the slammer. Instead of saying I know Tom like before she is actually putting the blame where it belongs with a couple of insults even.
This whole fight started when he mentions hre putting 25 on his commisary that day and she says she only has 365 left. He goes ape about her going through 3500 in 2 months. She also mentions at one time just talking on the phone once a day. I think the tattoos were just drawings, but I could be wrong. I dont see her using the money to have Tommy put on her.
The $90 bed linens were a little over the top and lending out the money to Hank when she knows darned well she isnt gonna get it back.jmo
There was a report that a white truck, Ron had a white truck, was involved in an altercation sometime after 2am. The neighbors that reported it moved shortly after HaLeigh went missing. It’s @ Webslueths’. Something isn’t right. There’s alot more involved that we aren’t aware of. Too much covered up. Hence, all the lies and inconsistencies.
And I might add, there is no way that Teresa could have made it to Ron’s in under 5mins. That stinks, really bad……

Funny how Timmy and Chelsea are talking about moving to California where they can legally smoke pot. Tommy thought that was a fine idea.

The white truck.
Ronald Cummings, at the time of Haleigh’s departure, owned an Altima (believe it was purple(?)), and it was in the drive when LE arrived so it may have been the car he used for work.
But, was it searched — ever????
He owned an older white truck –
He had access to a GMA red truck – it is also stated that Hank, Sr., had a red truck.
A neighbor, an older man, saw a white truck the night of Haleigh’s disappearance at the big dumpster and said it was there for about twenty minutes.
Realize the blue van was taken in and carefully searched.
Wondering if anyone knows anything about the other vehicles if they were also impounded and searched?

As cruel as this may sound, my personal opinion is that no one should be sending any one of these people money, period.
Lindsy should be relocated. Her children need to be taken from her and put in foster care so that she grows up and finally realizes her obligations and responsibilities insofar as children one births go.
Perhaps when she experiences loss, she can get herself to work and be in a position to better care for her children. They have got to become her major concern.
I am beyond shocked at her behavior – this girl is too immature at this point in her life to be left to care for three innocent children.

Why did he never call work again? He was fired for abandoning his job.
So many people can’t find work and he can’t make a phone call to let them know he will be off for the next three months, or whatever he wanted. They said that would have been all it would have taken for them to keep the job for him under his circumstances. But, not a word from Ronald in all that time!
What about that boil? What was on the back of his neck? If it were a boil, then why no more boils in all this time? Either you are prone to boils or you’re not.
And, why, why, why, is Ronald Cummings not asked the hard questions?
Is everyone, including LE, afraid of this sorry excuse of a man?
He just keeps sliding by, says very little, seens to be always protected.
Who is his bio father? Is it someone holding a high position in LE who had an affair with Theresa?

Lindsy and her children.
She is twenty-three and is the only one these little children have in the world. Obviously, the Croslin family are in jail or enroute or on probation.
Lindsy worries me because she is worried about tatoos, going out, sleeping until 8:30 am,
and never says one word about those children.
Does she have food for them? Do they ever go out?
They obviously live with a drug infested home – by Lindsy’s own admission. Grant it, seems she doesn’t do pot. However, not doing pot and leaving your children in that environment is not being responsible for their welfare and well being, imo.
She needs counseling to start to begin realizing the seriousness of her situation and the peril she is putting the lives of her children in.
More money or relocating just isn’t enough, imo.
Those children should be number one priority for all adults, whether they be LE, Child Protective Services, DFS, or family members.
Lindsy’s own family don’t seem to be providing the help Lindsy desperately needs at this stage and position of her life. Financing this or not is not the answer for the long term.

Well all have good afternoon. It is getting ready to storm here. I will try and catch back up later.
This whole bunch are truly a despicable lot but, I’m thinking that Tommy and Joe are colateral damage and Misty is covering for herself and the Cummings. I think that Ron did flip out after not being able to reach Misty by phone and found Misty had left the kids alone. He called Teresa, she went to the mh and Ron took Misty back to the mh and all hell broke loose. Somehow, something went down and HaLeigh was fatally injured by accident. The reports were there was a lot of vehicle traffic in and out and Misty was on Tyler St. That was a police report. At the MH there were vehicles skidding around. Could HaLeigh have been hit by Ron’s car in a fit of anger? It’s all speculative but who knows at this point. But Misty has loyalties to someone and it isn’t her family. I think the Croslins are just stupid enough to get caught up in something like this and Grandma Hollars is gullible enough to let Misty pull her in because of the way she feels about the men in the family. Of course this is only my opinion.
There is alot of info out there about this case and I just hope that the right people are brought to justice for HaLeigh.

I never considered Ron leaving work but I did always question the eye witnesses that saw Haleigh after he left for work. I agree it is possible. I usually get yelled at and am reminded that he was cleared! I think looking for Justice is right about why Ron was “cleared”. When the person (ex FBI guy?) who “solved the case” said that he knew exactly what happened that night, etc… was interviewed, he said Ron was not involved as far as he knew. That even sounded contrived to me.

I believe that Ron knows what happened to Haleigh and has had Misty covering for him. But truely I can not imagine being in jail and having my Mom not answering her phone when I called. That poor girl (Misty)was raised by drug addicts and fools. I think Ron knows what happened and he told Misty to call 911 before he got home and was mad that she waited till he got there.

I feel like the most viable info probably comes from the initial investigation from witnesses. Too many lies from the players since then. I don’t think that Ron has really ever been CLEARED. In the first interviews, Ron stated that he passed the polygraph and was cleared by LE, that was never stated by LE. Ron also stated that Misty had been cooperating and had passed her polygraph, which we found later was not true. So, what was the truth. Did Ron pass or not? I don’t think LE ever came right out and said yea or nay…….. LE does not normally do that anyway. I still think the culprit lays within the Cummings family somewhere not the Croslins. The Grannys search at the River prior to LE is still to suspicious. What in the world were they thinking. They should be charged with interferring in an investigation. Maybe LE has something planned for them……

All maintanance on the MH would be through the landlord. AC would cover the heat too in MH its the same furnace. Thats why I dont understand why Ron would need to talk with him.

The last polygraph he ever took – had his attorney shortly thereafter and no more mention of him being retested. Attorney client privilege? Attorney advised client not to take another?
It was later, according to my memory, that Misty got her attorney – think they were both sharing (or, poor Misty thought she was ‘sharing’ an attorney with Ronald – perhaps) and then Misty was gotten her own attorney. She keeps going for those polygraph tests and I wonder why – does Ronald encourage her to make her look bad and him good, in order to keep the focus on her?
Find it hard to believe an attorney would continue to allow her to take polygraphs when she obviously is failing all of them because she is hiding something, or covering for someone, or was in a drugged state and honestly doesn’t remember what happened.

TES was the mos public with the polygraph and voice stress test and the hypnosis. Ron threw her under the bus on that one. Misty doesn’t see it that way. Ron and his family sure have been awfully quiet about her. She doesn’t get that either, hence, Grandma Flo sharing the search info with the Grannys………Misty is the key. She needs someone on her side before she ends up taking the rap for all of the parties involved. I think she’s involved but as a bit player. I don’t she contributed completely to HaLeigh’s death on her own or is the direct cause.

Nancy Grace mentioned Leonard Padilla wanted to get Ron out of jail. Does anyone know why he wasn’t able to get him out? I hope this case is solved SOON. Another day and no justice for Haleigh. My heart goes out to all the little children in this crazy family.

Padilla doesn’t feel so comfortable about Ron these days. He was on Levi’s show a few weeks ago with a shrink that thinks Ron is involved to some degree and she has kind of swayed Padilla’s opinion of Ron now. Padilla had mentioned that he talked with his team and I believe they have taken the offer off of the table to bail out Ron. Although, things could’ve changed by now. Not sure, haven’t heard anything new about it.

Agree with and I, too, feel sorry for Misty.
However, Misty seems to be quite the complex little girl/woman.
At times she seems defiant, spirited, demanding, manipulative, and self-centered.
Then you have the helpless little girl side, which I feel is what the family buy into and, hence, find themselves in deeper trouble than perhaps any of them ever realized their actions would result in.
Alone in NYC she didn’t have a problem and was quite the grown woman.
With Ronald in NYC she was the little girl who needed to be coached with every response.
The one that takes precendent over Misty is Haleigh – Misty may be young, but Haleigh was truly a child caught in terrible home life.

say what? Ron did not have any contempt of court fines or anything else for Haleigh missing school. The only contempt of court stuff happening was for Crystal not paying her support.

Lyndsy is very young, and she has been putting up with an awful lot for a long time. I get the feeling that Tommy wants to keep her away from her friends and starting a life without him.
Every time she has a problem he says, It will work out. He just wants to be centered on his needs. I believe it really burned him when she said they may have to cut the phone calls to one a day. He feels her pulling away from him, already, and he knows what is getting ready to happen when he takes that LDT.
He can’t stand to hear her having fun and being happy without him, while he sits there in that jail.

Yes indeed, there was a Contempt of Order and a court hearing scheduled for Feb 10, 2009, 8:30 a.m. regarding custodial issues concerning Haleigh’s extensive absences from school without cause for Ronald Cummings.

Ronald was in trouble for the truancy of Haleigh. In which was pure neglect in my opinion. Haleighs days were unexcused absences. All someone had to do is get up and call the school to excuse Haleigh from school that day. A child can miss up to 15 days on the phone in or wtitten excuse of a guardian. After the 15 days you must have a written doctors note. There was absolutely no reason for all of those unexcused absences.JMO

However, it has all been quite clear in my mind and have often wondered why LE has been so quiet on all this stuff.
There was a discrepancy in the time Ronald actually went to work – he said it was 4 pm to 3 am. He then said he was doing a honest day work of eight hours. By his own statement to some pastor (again, perhaps even on the Grace show) he puts himself as leaving work at one o’clock.
Ronald’s attorney stated Ronald went to work usually 45 mins early (really, can’t you just see it!) and that is why he thought it was 4 pm, when it was really 5 pm.
Word had it way back that he was missing from work between six to eight – but again nothing much came of that and no confirmation by LE.
Although LE hasn’t really confirmed anything other than the bones were not Haleigh, in my opinion.
Ronald always has a good answer whenever questioned on these ‘fine points’ – he won’t comment as it is up to the LE and the attorneys.

You can’t just turn off utilities or refuse to fix them even if the tenant is behind in rent. It’s illegal, and called ‘constructive eviction’.
LE has never cleared anyone to my knowledge AND even if they would have that means absolutely nothing legally. LE can still arrest and prosecute someone later that they once had cleared. jmo

As long as she is trying to get away from the Croslin clan and taking care of her children I don’t think it is right to punish the children by putting them in foster care to be abused, mistreated, used to make a family feel better about themselves, child labor, etc. I lived in 3 foster homes and 2 children’s homes and I still have nightmares about all of the nights my brothers and I huddled together wondering why we were being punished for being children.

Niterbug, I am not positive but I think he had a grey smaller truck prior to the white one. I do NOT know why he changed trucks but I have seen it posted on BNN before that someone said he needed a larger truck for the tree service he and his aunt have done off and on for the last few years but that is strictly hearsay.

I am so sorry you suffered that during your child hood. It breaks my heart how many children suffer at the hands of adults, when parents and the system all fail them.
I agree Lindsy should be able to keep her kids as long as she is trying and making good choices. I hope the “system” doesn’t fail her or her kids the way you were failed. I hope the system will provide her and her kids with counseling and classes and help in making a new life.

I take this as a sincere question and I am sorry I do NOT have a link for you but I will try to find one and bring it back later. I believe it was Hardy but not positive that said Ron and Crystal were not suspects. If someone else doesn’t post one for you I will try to bring it back later.
The fact is grey or white, whatever. It was 2am when the screeching vehicles were reported to the non emergency number @ the sheriff’s dept. Misty was reported to have been seen on Tyler @ 2am. There were also many vehicles that were traded, sold, gotten rid of right after HaLeigh went missing. Too many weird happenings. The tree service has been owned by Ron’s aunt for more than a few years. Teresa owns and owned a pick-up too. Tommy owned a red pick-up that was confiscated by LE from someone, uninvolved, that had purchased it.

Someone posted here the other night the county information and what was done on the 10th of February,2009 was the contempt order against Crystal was filed on this date, the order to appear was scheduled for March.

Both Ron and Crystal were facing Court action at the time HaLeigh went missing. Ron’s was for direct care issues and Crystal’s was for non payment of child support. Ron was receiving state assistance for HaLeigh so the action taken against Crystal was not from Ron. As the action against Ron was from Child Protective Services. What a mess.

PCSD is trying to keep as real and quiet as humanly possible with all of the lies and inconsistencies in this saga. I’m sure the truth will come out at some point and Ron will be found liable to some degree for his daughters’ disappearance. Ron has distanced himself from any assistance that was offered from the very beginning and that has not went unnoticed. He had knowledge of HaLeigh’s death from day 1 and didn’t do the right thing by her. There is a special place after this life for people like him. IMO

Does anyone find it strange that we never hear of any safety concerns for their children. I would expect to hear them discussing making sure the doors and windows are locked, etc. Even when the dog is mentioned nothing is said about protection for the family. Why don’t they discuss an alarm system especially because she is alone with the children. It just seems odd that everyone seems so comfortable if they think a SO or killer is out running around. I would be so scared for my children’s safety!

And, why can’t they be put on the phone and say hello to Daddy.
Why bother dragging them off to a jail to visit him when he doesn’t, or Lindsy isn’t interested in putting them on the phone for a minute or two.
Please God intervene and look after the children who are left in this family. It is obvious that Lindsy needs parenting classes – and probably not gym with now considering she has three children and limited funds.

I am looking at the civil docket for Ronald. There is NO Court hearing scheduled for February 10th. Would love to know where that rumor is stemming from. But it’s clearly a rumor because there is NO court action listed on that date.
The docket jumps from 2008 to a docket LISTING on 2-10-09 when the Contempt against CRYSTAL is listed in the docket, because that is when it is filed. You can clearly tell that is Crystal’s Contempt of Court, because it shows the March 27th Court date, which is when Crystal was to appear for HER contempt charges:

The Gravedigger truck is not Ron’s nor was it ever Ron’s, not even the same model truck.Gravedigger belongs to a local EMT in Putnam County
Crystal had the contempt charges and no one else. Ron did not have any contempt charges. There is not anything like that on the custody stuff, it’s not true.

Jamie Watts set that up and Ron had to have receipts to be compensated and it was only around 5000, so he didn’t buy any pickup with that money.

hi all. my 1st first post here. while i have much to say re: dear little haleigh’s case, i wanted to pop on real quick in particular response to the (laughable) reason that timmy & chelsea supposedly gave for moving to california…i can tell you, i’m a ca. native, and not now, not ever, has smoking pot been “legal” here!!! lol there is a provision for “medicinal marijuana”. however, this is identified and prescribed through one’s physician, after it is proven that one would benefit from this medicinally only. just had to laugh at that one!! like this site, you guys are great.
I have looked everywhere for the supposed court docket that Ronald was going to court for Haleigh’s excessive absences. I never found one, but I do see where that originated from. None other than Art Harris. It was mentioned when Kim Picazio, representing Crystal, called CPS about the abuse allegations. The article was on the Bald Truth on 3-19-2009. (Haleigh missed 31 days from September to February 10).
As for Ron’s donation spending I found this:

Watts said any withdrawals from the account must be approved by him and be used for a specific bill and certain expenses.
CPS court hearings are not for public consumption. They are closed and under the radar, so to say, to protect the child(ren). I’ve been involved in many of these hearings and only those directly involved in the case are allowed into the hearing. So, Ron’s situation with HaLeigh not attending school up to the guidelines established by the school district and the Court appointees, would not be for public record. On the other hand, Crystal’s situation with non-support, that was initiated by the State because Ron received aid for HaLeigh from the State. Crystal was in contempt for non-support by the State not by Ron.
The misappropriation of funds has been rumored about Ron from the get go. Crystal we haven’t heard anything about. Has anyone heard anything of a factual basis about Crystal? I was hoping that as long as Steve Brown had worked for her, 10 months, that she had designated funds to his investigation. If anyone has any information, please share.
I have only seen, in print and video, negative reporting of Ron’s allocation of spending funds.
It sure is awfully quiet out there. No news anywhere at all.
