I do not know the date that this tape was made, but it was prior to the latest search. It is between Tommy Croslin, His wife Lindsey Croslin, and his father Hank Croslin.
As the video is huge (and boring) I have removed it, the remaining audio stream is a more manageable 20 meg better suited to the online world.
While there is nothing earth shattering in it, there are some interesting examples of the strange dynamics that operate in the Croslin family.
Tommy offers the sage advice that Misty should stop making stories up! He also expounds the interesting theory that she is holding back something on Ronald Cummings. This is the first time I have heard this interesting 180 degree switch on who is holding back on who.
Another snippet of interest is a brief exchange between Tommy and Hank on the subject of talking to lawyers. Hank volunteers the information that he had recently been speaking to Steve Brown, who Hank claims is ‘rooting for you’. Hmm I’ll have to really think about that one, that does not gel with my information.
Anyway, make of this tape what you will.
This short tape between Tommy and Lindsey is another interesting conversation. Tommy waxes lyrical on brother Timmy and why he will not return to Florida. Is Lindsey fishing for Haleigh information and why doesn’t Tommy want to talk about it?
Ah, the light bulb goes on! I have seen enough of these Jail Tapes to know the format of the DVD’s. This particular one did not fit the norm, it was way too small. I have just verified that this the true size on the physical DVD and not a problem in us moving it around in the net. Lindsey is hammering Tommy on the subject of Haleigh. My guess is that Tommy starts to talk about Haleigh and the PSCO have redacted the rest of the conversation. We know that this tape was made prior to the search. One wonders what he said……

I wouldn’t be surprised if Leonard paid the filing fee for the divorce.
Don’t mean to “look a gift horse in the mouth”, but I would love to see Tommy’s body language when daddy brings up Misty/Haleigh. I could/would stomach that rolling eye of his.
If Lindzy needed the financial help, I’m sure her family was going to be more than happy to assist.. this became very clear, when they told her that the croslins were not welcome to come to that condo, nor could they stay or live there..
Also, was very clear when the trailer was turned over to Lindzy’s Grandfather, the only Sapp that is involved or related to these people, not related to Donald.. evicted Hank sr. and Lisa from the trailer.. that message was loud and clear..
Anyone trying to guess who Misty is covering for, guys its only speculation.. because there is a very big void in that area..

What does tommy know.. or suspect, that too is a huge void… Until, an arrest is made, and it possible throws all of us for a loop.. we will not know anything…

With the info that Simon released on his document.. read it again and again.. he has given us two very important clues, if you caught them or not.. And both lead to one heck of a motive to remove Haleigh, and only Haleigh from that home…. Alive and taken to safety.. So, there is your 25 percent…
And I will tell you one thing, and this you can take to the bank. So’s are made into SO’s by So’s.. They are not born SO creatures.. Anyone, male or female can be an SO.. And I know, I will catch flak for this.. But, anyone insisting that Misty was abused in such a manner as a child, she falls right smack into the same catagory.. The thought has crossed my mind many times in this case that Misty is equal to Melissa Huckaby and was sexually abusing Haleigh. I think that is what Mlee is referring to, if not my apologies for misunderstanding, but I do think it could be a very real possibility. With this case, anything is possible.
This is just my opinion.
Misty is the key. WTF. Is there any evidence whatsoever that Misty used some sort of tool in the act of raping haleigh? NONE. That is a crock and how can you compare a sick twisted monster like her to Misty? No Misty is despicable and may be a lot of other things, but there is nothing and I REPEAT nothing in the way of evidence to raise her to the level of Huckaby.
Or should I say lower to the level. Either way speculation is fine, but that is waaaay out there.
Tommy tells Lindsey she looks really good, she tells him he needs to shave.
Lindsey sounds a bit irritated in this visit. She starts out complaining about Tommy’s facial hair. Tommy is very demanding..tells Lindsey she better call that dude. Asked her about her next visit, she says maybe Mon or Tues. He complains about her spending money and not taking care of the van.
Tommy asked Linsey if she was going to go talk to Misty. Tells her, you don’t have to if you don’t want to it’s not like anyone is forcing you. Lindsay says, I don’t know I might. I will be mad if she is lying. Tommy said, yeah I will be mad to.
Tommy tells her she needs Keep a eye on the van…tells her don’t lie. Put antifreeze 50/50 get an oil change before you blow it up. Stop being lazy. Lindsey says, maybe lazy with the van but nothing else. Says he is acting like a jerk..that he sounds like the old tommy makes her want to just hang up and leave. She explains to him they wanted her to wait 3 hours for the van and she was with the kids.
Tommy says, I am far from the old Tommy just want you to take care of the vehicle, so you can come visit me and have transportation. Claims he is just tired he got his canteen and was up late last night.
After the little spat, they say they love each other and Lindsey tells him that she is trying to get him out. She hopes he doesn’t get a long time.
Tommy talks about missing taking the kids to park, playing ball..he regrets putting himself in there. Lindsey tells him he should of thought about that before he got himself in there.
Tommy now talking about putting his life in Gods hands now and he will not do drugs and be a better person when he gets out.
Tommy feels he is only getting 3 yrs because he hasn’t doesn’t anything real bad. He said he knows Lindsey will wait for him, she says she will. Lindsey tells him to call her, but to call Timmy Chelsea first. Tommy tells her he will call who ever he feels like calling, he will call Lindsey first.
Hank Sr. comes on next:
Hank tells him he is barely hanging in there. Austin gets on the phone and tells him he loves him. Hank said he doesn’t think he will make it. He can’t pay his fines, can’t get back to a doctor, trying to get disability, talks about needing surgery and not being able to get it due to no insurance. Also talk about needing to get the pins out of his knee but he can’t because Lisa is on probation.
Hank Sr. tells Tommy that Misty may of messed herself up, that Misty’s attorney may not want to represent her any longer. He is not sure if he will leave her or not. But that Misty messed herself up, her attorney is mad at her right now, upset about the letters and that Misty did things that he told her not to do.
Tommy says he spoke with S.Brown? that day. Hank feels that Tommy’s lawyer is good. Hank doesn’t see how she can be charged with all those drug charges, Tommy agrees. Talk about LE needed to charge the dudes that were selling it.
Tommy said he might get out sooner than Hank thinks.
Hank Sr. tells Tommy to Listen tonight because Misty is going to yell through the door and tell him she loves him. It sounds as if they are now on the same floor in the jail. Maybe that is why she asked to be moved? Maybe they are passing letters and that is how they came up with the story about the river?
Tommy said he loves her to, she makes him mad with her making up stories. Tommy blames Misty for putting him in the middle of the drug charges.
Hank Sr. feels she will get 25yrs if they don’t find Haleigh. Hank Mentions he feels Misty is holding something back about Ronald, Tommy changes the conversation..says he doesn’t know anything about it, it’s not his business. Tommy I don’t want to get in the middle of it, it’s not his problem.
Tommy stll claims he does not know what happen to Haleigh, Tommy gets upset and says if she doesn’t FN* know anything how can she tell them anything. He wishes he knew because all this BS would be done. Then he says the truth will come out and they will see they were messing with the wrong people.
He says he doesn’t want to talk about it anymore, it upsets him and he is sick of the cop messing with his life and his families.
He says he hopes things work out for Misty. Tommy says sometime you say things that are not true because your upset.
Hank mentions that he gets his check on the 12th and owes Timmy and Lindsey some money.
I really wonder what it is that Misty knows about Ron? Tommy cut Hank Sr. off real quick when Hank Sr. mentioned Ronald.
10:27 on the first recording, Tommy says “I’ll call you “if” I get out”.

One minute it’s said that Misty needs to quit telling stories but that they don’t believe that they are Misty’s stories, then they are talking about Misty hiding something about Ron and then that Misty don’t know nothing.
IIRC one of the jail house visits from a few weeks ago has Hank Sr. telling Misty that Haleigh needs to be found and Misty said something to the affect that she knows but that she can’t just bring her back.
I’ll have to hunt that video down to relisten to what Misty said there exactly.
Again, Tommy talks about Misty not getting 25 years. (That is the minimum sentence for only one charge correct? Because Misty has multiple charges so I think they are a bit confused on the actual amount of time that Misty could be sentenced to.)
I also notice that Tommy says that he loves his little Sister and that he is praying for her.
No matter what Tommy loves Misty and I do believe that he would cover for her no matter what had happened.

Well, I am aware of the Huckabee case and it never crossed My mind to compare it her with this, but my first reaction is, “ridiculous”.
Beast, there is no evidence that anyone did anything.. Tommy, Joe, Misty, Ron or anyone else.. And no one in this world though Melissa Hucklebee was an SO either, and in a Church??

Crooks waiting for sentencing on multiple charges always forget about the difference between consecutive and concurrent guidelines when being sentenced. They always assume that a judge will too. And that never happens. They will be sentenced to consecutive sentences. That’s where NG gets her 120 yr sentences.

The signs were abundant that little haliegh was in a bad situation, however that still cannot be compared to Huckaby. Though that too was a surprise. There is no eveidence to suggest 1, she was raped, 2 it was done with some sort of tool, so I dont think that comparison can be made at all.
Lindsy is also a fool if she thinks she can stay in Florida even if she divorces Tommy.
She needs to leave the State under a new name(all of them) and start fresh. No one is going to hire her or give her peace after her husband and his family have been involved in all these crimes.jmo
The only thing we now FOR SURE is that haleigh is missing. Even her death has not been confirmed although at this point it seems very likely.

Just a note but what gets me is that MH was raised up with relgion within her family. I am not certain how that might have had any significance to the case if at all but too I leave some respect for MH’s family members.

Things haave cooled in the Tommy and Lyndsay marriage drastically. Lyndsay’s tone is disgusted, biting. I get the feeling that she knows something that Tommy has done, and she is already thru with him. I wonder, at this point, if she is trying to get something out of him to help the police. He says several time that he loves her, and she avoids answering him for an uneasy length of time.
And Misty waiting for Ron to get home before calling the cops is weird, as ir Ron not running around the house and then outside yelling her name and looking for her. I dont know, just seems like it was all an act from the get go.
People can say what they will about LP, but I think he might help Lyndsay get a job out of Florida. You know he was talking about moving Hank Sr. and Lisa. I believe he would help Lyndsay.

I believe that Lyndsy(sp?) is fed up with Tommy’s non chalantness about this whole case to be quite honest. I too believe that Lindsy knows more but that she is trying to get Tommy to tell the truth once and for all. Lyndsy will not place either herself or her Children in any jeapardy over this case.
By Tommy choosing to continue on with his attitude he is basically choosing deceit over the love that he has for Lyndsy and his own Children.
What other choice does that leave Lindsy now?
If it was an OD, would she not call 911 for an ambulance? Or even if Tommy found her after checking on them. I just don’t get why they would then dispose the body because of an accident. Are they THAT stupid not to realize that doing that is WAAAY worse than being careless or giving her drugs as a sleep aid. Yes all that is bad but not so much as disposing the body and then making up this bizarre story.
I think Ron was in deep with the drug sell and prostitution business. I think it is connected to work somehow and he can’t say or else. I also think there may be cops on the take and that puts his life in danger. How this relates to Haleigh? Not sure, but if a main person in one of those rings ordered Haleigh taken from the house that night to teach Ron a lesson, then he isn’t going to rat them out or himself. It won’t bring Haleigh back. And I think Misty knows all about it. Tommy probably suspects it too. That’s my two cents on that.
Just maybe Timmy and Chelsea clued her in on something that Tommy had kept from her. Lindsey and the kids just got back from a trip to visit Timmy and Chelsea. Wonder who paid for that and why? Wonder if it was a financed fishing (info) expedition? We know Lindsey really didn’t have the finances for a vacation.

She can legally change her name back to Collins in the divorce process. She needs to be with her family to help her through this,so I doubt she will leave FL, plus her family has the money to help her.. I wonder how hard it is to change the last names of her children to her maiden name? Sad those poor children will have the last name of Croslin.
In the beginning months following Haleigh’s disappearance Lyndsy’s attitude was very different and the tune of her tone about Misty seemed very forced imvho.
It could be that Lindsy went there to talk to them about coming right with themselves, their family and telling the truth once and for all also.
Her family paid for the trip to MA. Apparently they are pretty well off and that is why she is in a condo being paid for by family.

Interesting post. If I get your drift correctly, I did pick up on one of them. To add to this, think about the answers to three questions. 1) What was Ron’s worst fear? 2) What was Misty’s worst fear? and 3) What did Misty do when she was most angry with Ron?

I think Lindsy is just trying to salvage what she could of her family but after the LDT she knows Tommy put protecting Misty over his own family and now is divorcing him. Should have done it long ago when the whole family moved under her roof imo.

In the short tape Lindsy presses Tommy and he blames everyone for where he is at except for Misty and his drug use. The LE and the Haleigh case thats who he blames for all this mess he is in. it was the afternoon of the 9th not 10th, last time she saw Haleigh. She had Lindsy’s van so I guess she picked the kids up for her before heading home which is only 13 miles away. Apparently Santos mistook Chelsea for Misty that day.

Padilla made a good point on NG April 20: Chelsea and Tim were ‘automatically eliminated’ and blame put on Joe, when Chelsea told the media the keys were moved, and van was moved, damaged.
Jason, Good point and all that info came from them. There was no proof the van was moved or even when the scratches were put on the van.
The van story just puts the focus on Joe and how he could have gotten to the MH. Joe is more than likely the Croslins scape goat so focus is taken off of Misty, Tommy and possibly Timmy. jmo

Chelsea knew about drugs laying around the MH, but didn’t report it?
Chelsea thinks Misty was good with children, and would never hurt Haleigh, even though Misty (and Ron) left drugs laying around the MH?????
Chelsea says she was at the bus stop, but WHY?Her own children, if in school, surely didn’t have the same bus stop as Haleigh, so Chelsea wouldn’t be there to pick up her own children.
She says Ron picked up Haleigh, so what was Chelsea doing at the bus stop?
How did Chelsea get to the bus stop? In Lindsy’s van?
Maybe Misty and Chelsea rode the van to the bus stop to pick up Haleigh, but when they arrived, Ron had already arrived and had Haleigh in his car.
Butterbean and other children could have been in the van with Misty and Chelsea.
On NG April 16, Chelsea said HER DAUGHTER was waving at Haleigh at the bus stop.
She’s placed herself at the bus stop, with at least one of her own children with her.
On the same NG show, she says she lived at least 3 miles from Tommy and Lyndsy Croslin, who lived about 6 houses from the MH.
Could it be the people who claim to have seen Misty in the van hitting Butterbean, mistook Chelsea for her?
Or, Misty and Chelsea were both in the van at the bus stop, along with Butterbean, and Chelsea’s daughter.
Another Croslin selling herself to the highest bidder? Why does this not surprise me in the least? The trips to MA..Lindsey could not afford this on her own and I am willing to bet her family would not finance them considering they want her away from the Croslins (all of them). Its obvious she is fishing for information and its probably obvious to Tommy, too. Lindsey with a backbone..thats what is suspect..especially with Tommy`s extensive record. Somebody is financing her now! JMO

Chelsea most assuredly told LE in Feb that she was in Lindsy & Tommy’s van at the bus stop and picked up Lindsy’s kids. This would make sense since she & Timmy borrowed Tommy’s van at that time. It sounds like the neighbors saw Chelsea in the van and mistook her for Misty who was in this van at the bus stop at other times. I don’t think they purposely lied; I think it was an honest mistake. In fact, it could even have been Chelsea who swatted one of her own kids and this morphed into the story that Misty wholloped Ron Jr.
What date was this audio tape?
If I recall correctly, Chelsea was picking up Lindsey’s kids from the bus stop, because Lindsey and Tommy were at the hospital with Hank, Sr.
The incident with a parent saying he or she saw Misty backhand Ronald, Jr. is from prior to that day.
As for the suggestion that Chelsea is just now coming out with the story of being at the bus stop…maybe this would be a good time to remind everyone that the media and law enforcement are not one and the same. Just because Chelsea didn’t tell the story to the press, that absolutely does NOT mean she didn’t tell it to LE.
Just sayin’.
Also…making assumptions about where Lindsey gets her money from is simply ridiculous. For all anyone knows, I sent her the money to go to MA. (Of course, I didn’t…but I’m sure you get my point.)

No idea. But in one of them LC talks about snow, so I’m thinking maybe February/ early March? I dunno.
February 12-14 was when snow hit all 50 states at the same time. I’d bet my bottom dollar this is when the “snow” call took place.

I would bet it’s her family or Padilla who is financing her trip to get some breathing room for a little while. Her family perhaps doesn’t dislike Timmy and Chelsea possibly. I also would bet it’s LP who is paying her filing fee for the divorce. I imagine it’s sitting there on hold for when she feels the time is right and she will give the go-ahead and be done with it. She cares far more for those children than Tommy does. My own opinion of course.

Within the last month, Padilla paid for minutes on Lindsy’s phone (per a ocmment she posted on her YouTube channel). On jail audio of one of her conversations with Tom shortly after she bought a computer, it sounds as though she doesn’t want to tell Tom what all Padilla has paid for, or how much money he gave her. In the audio, she tells Tom something to the effect she won’t talk further about it due to people hearing their recorded conversation.

I also notice that Tommy says that he loves his little Sister and that he is praying for her.
No matter what Tommy loves Misty and I do believe that he would cover for her no matter what had happened.

I think Tommy and Misty are communicating they are probably sending messages to each other.
What messages are they really sending to each other if each knows they were both involved?
Don’t worry I’m not ratting you out, I won’t tell what really happened. Don’t believe what the cops say and don’t tell on me.
Tom knew about Misty’s letters in the tape. She just made sure Tom’s role wasn’t a primary one. She accused Joe not Tommy.
I’m probably giving them too much credit for this but then again they kept it all from the cops for 14 months.
They really need to put this video with subtitles, because I can’t understand a word the idiots are saying. I know we New Englanders have accents but these people don’t seem to be speaking english!

Hello- I am faithful follower of Morgan Harrington, the college student who went missing after a concert, and was found about 3-4 months later, deceased….Now the hunt for her killer(s) is full force. I was surfing, and found this blog site regarding the little missing girl in Florda, Haleigh Cummings. I have a question…..
But first, let me tell you WHY I have this question….. I was reading some blogs where a person named Steph, Steph A, My Opinion Only, etc…had posted (all the same person) Re: Morgan’s Death…..Here is my thoughts (posting) I found posted on Blinks Blog:

Was dear Morgan’s body partially skeletonized when it would be expected to be more complete, or the other way around. Could she have been weighted down in Blandemar pond until the BG/BG’s began to fear that people would start fishing again, and then moved to the treeline/field. OK – Notable: 10 minutes from JPJ, the wooded type location, could have been in the water and maybe now on bank, by creeks, water, river, etc., this is a close description of where she turned up.
In truth, Morgan was found about 10 minutes from JPJ in a field next to a wooded area with creeks, and a pond nearby. This psychic/ feelings kind of person “could have” instead intuited that she was 1000 miles away, in NYC, in a Canadian river, on a train, hidden in a warehouse, living with a rock star, etc., etc……..but she didn’t. She hit it on the nose, with distance, the area, etc……
I just found this interesting. Hope I haven’t offended anyone…..
SO- My question is, does anyone know if she has done any readings re: little Haleigh’s case? I found her personal email, and thought about asking her…. know all too many psychics are out for nothing more than a scam and quick buck…but this psychic asked for nothing, only wanting to help….and she did a damn good job if I must say so myself. I do believe that she is one of the few who may be able to possess this gift and would be very interested into hearing her thoughts re: Haleigh?.?.? Does anyone know who she is? I just don’t have the time to go through the many, many, BNN blogs…Thanks

I have read you’re posting and I thank you for the vote of confidence….Doing psychic stuff, especially in a case as sensitive and close to the hearts of so many is very difficult and I get a lot of bashing, so I try to post very little, it even at all….I just read the newest blogs when I have time. I work in the LE industry as an Officer for the ISD….so I stay pretty busy myself and still recovering from major surgery…. That being said, I got a lot of bashing over the Harrington case, I think in part to how graphic my posting was. I wish I’d been more tactful, but because this is not something I do “for a living” – I am not used to posting such info. and only posted everything I saw, heard and felt…..I learned a lesson with that posting etiquette, and even more so, save my thoughts for LE, if they are interested in hearing them. I have revealed to a LE investigator regarding the Haleigh case, with quiet interesting, and some accurate and some not verified yet information….It has been an ongoing communication up until the last month, at which a gag order was placed on LE there to discuss the case with no one at this point, due to where the case is and not to jeopardize it’s progress. Therefore, I believe that posting my revelations to them, would due more harm than good right now, revealing the course this case is taking. I am happy with the information I have been giving them and feel that very soon they will have it all in the form of a “solid” case and be able to start making arrest. I would be happy to give you my email address, but you stated you already had it…Therefore, feel free to shoot me an email in private….But as I said, I am not comfortable in posting any information about this case at this time…..PLUS- there was a lot of drama re: my postings from many indicating that I was a “snitch” or something like that, leaking info. revealed to me from the PCSO- which was further than the truth…So, by the advise of my bud on the Haleigh case, he said to just keep it hush, hush when it comes to revealing anything period on my opinions, at this time….Too much time invested in this, being so close to ending it, and didn’t want to jeopardize any progress being made….understandably.
Again, thanks for the support….what I can do isn’t easy and takes on a lot of criticism and often I take harsh words very personable….no matter how hard I try to avoid the negativity. Brand1972- I got your private email, and will try addressing some of your concerns or question’s the best that I can….But in answer to your question on whether I ever mentioned to them the area they are searching now…I never told them “St.Johns River” – However, several months ago, I told them that I kept getting something to do with “Grove” – saw a drainage type tunnel – with a small drainage creek or pond leading from that tunnel into a larger body of water…among many, many other very detailed info…..If you goodle map where they’ve been searching, interesting enough, you will see the area at the search site called “Grand View GROVE”…and next to it is a drainage tunnel / outlet for overflow of the river into a creek type area…..coincidence? Maybe, but – very doubtful in my mind….That is really all I feel comfortable revealing right now, since I am not revealing anything the public isn’t aware of at this time anyway, I see no harm in telling this. Can I confirm this….that I actually gave this info. to them BEFORE this search ever happened? Yes – I have emails, but can’t and won’t reveal any of those at this time, if ever at all, due to the need for confidentiality at this time….(I’ve also detailed the way I believe things happened and who’s involved – a long time ago….with each passing day, I am proving to be right, or very close….until it’s over, I will not know 100% my accuracy….I can’t wait for this to all be over…just shoot me an email…Thanks
Why is Hank sr referred to as “magic man” on the blogs? I also wanted to address the person that says we bloggers should get a real job. They apparently take the time to read the blog enteries before he posts his comments. Also wanted to make this person aware that each year individuals in law enforcement converge and look with fresh eyes cases that have gone cold. I see these blogs similar to that forum. People caring deeply for a lost child. In this day and age it is comforting to know that people care for some one other than theirselves.
Bio, I started that Hank “Magic Man” Sr. because of what his daughter-in-law said in a Art Harris vid. It was about whether he was a suspect or not. She said he was in the hospital bed, and couldn’t be involved, unless he was some Magic Man. (paraphrase)

Look, the Croslins know by now that their conversations are being taped. They are feeding the public and authorities what they want to hear, or better pointing the finger elsewhere to take the pressure and heat off themselves. They are all making up stories in an effort to confuse the public and law. However, they are self destructing as not one of them will be able to trust the other. The truth will come out, with what may seem like a plea bargain.
We Know Tommy had the yellow rope found in his trailer. Why in the world would Tommy cover for Joe- does not make since. I feel that Tommy covered for Misty. Maybe Ron Knows Hard to tell But Misty Killed her I believe. by accident.
