Let me add another comment to the video above I just posted. The Anthony’s knew darn well jail tapes get recorded. Both audio and video, they also know they would get released to the public because of the sunshine law, and that this case was going high profile. Hogwash, they didn’t know. You bet your buppy they knew.

I dont know about anyone else, but I can’t seem to help myself of thinking that the myspace letter ” my caylee is missing” june 2-3 2008 was an intentional post. Meaning the one person who gave all the love, and excepted a child that was the daughters best mistake, has something very big she is hiding. Besides, when Caylee was still unfound, and the words spoken were” when Caylee is found while Casey was incarcerated everyone will be to blame”.

We can all assume. Casey seems like an idiot…so how did she manage to get away with this. Leaving zero evidence and zero fingerprints behind?? And dumping the body so close to home? Does that make sense? Just because someone is a liar doesnt mean they are capapble of murder.

Per Florida rules, Baez is not qualified to defend a death penalty case (he passed the bar, barely, just a short time ago - to say nothing of the fact he graduated from one of the lowest ranked law schools in the country & took 8 years to pass the bar).

How then can he sit as “lead” attorney during this case?

Of what purpose is the rule prohibiting under-experienced lawyers from “leading” DP cases if it can be circumvented by their hiring ‘DP qualified” lawyers willing to play ’second-fiddle’ ?

Bottom line is that Casey’s ‘lead’ attorney is NOT qualified & this will ground an “ineffective assistance of counsel” claim if she is convicted.

Then the tax payers will have to foot the massive bill for a do-over with a qualified lawyer.

Why then has this poorly-educated, dwarf-sized, amateur buffoon not been removed from the case/ forcibly relegated to a secondary role?

Tax payers deserve to know.

A lot of lewyers are publicaty[sp] seekers and they don’t care.I have a relative who is one.This person was in private practice for a little while,but just couldn’t defend some people. They soon went back to being a prosecuter. I dk about this but heard that Lee’s girlfriend is pregnant.They better run like H away from Cindy with that baby. I wouldn’t want her near one of mine. jmo

I still don’t understand why she is still keeping all these lawyers if she has been declared indigent. Why is she still be getting all these experts and extra costs? Does everyone get that? Assuming of course all the lawyers on her case are working pro-bono.

I think we have a judge here who knows every thing we taxpayers are so worried about,i really do not think he is going to move this case, 2 much money!
The state is already paying for her defence. Mr Mason did not look so happy, even looked kind of worried so did casey!
I don,t this case is going to be a walk in the park for the defence.
I think little Caylee is smileing down from heaven now because she knows she is going to get justice!

For me the first clue of guilt was not reporting her missing for what was it 31 days?? Then it took Cindy getting involved for it to reported then or else how much longer would CA have waited to report her child missing??? And in those days she is out partying and watching videos shopping with stolen checks at target and who knows what else. In my mind I think perhaps she figured well I guess I better have freedom now and party it up cause it will soon end. I still to this day do not understand how George and Cindy did not realize Caylee was missing for all those days and not do more. I want to see Justice for Caylee as she will never dance a first dance, have a first date, walk down an isle or smile that sweet bambi doe eyed smile she had again. How can these people live with themselves and have no guilt or remorse. If they do they sure have a hard time of showing it. I do have to say the only one who does show sadness seems to be George, however I still think He is in denial about his daughter. And yes the lawyers on her side do seem to be getting thinner and thinner as the money goes bye bye. Children are so precious and they are the future of this country, but it seems lately so many want to exploit , kill, traffic them for sex or drugs it makes you ask yourself what is this world coming to and how can we stop these horrible crimes? and yes I agree to the comment Ms. Anthony and the truth are strangers and they should be introduced, but someone has planted in her pea brain head oh we can probably get you off with reasonable doubt. If that happens Ms. Anthony will live a life of a reculse (spelling), it will be another O.J. Simpson story. It is sick and sad the way her whole family does not see the truth. I pray for Justice for Caylee, she deserves Justice may her little soul rest in peace. I do not usually speak out a lot but 2 weeks sunday I had emergency surgery and I watched a lot of news shows about this case and Haleigh’s case while I was in the hospital and there are so many in this world (like ME) that cannot birth children and I would have taken them both in a heartbeat and given them the lives of princess’s.

And I still find it odd Brother Dearest has literally dropped out of the picture. It makes one wonder if CA had help!

I really want to know what all Cindy thought was so funny, as she sat with her devious smile. It is sad that even when she is smiling, she looks so evil and mean. Is she ever really happy? It makes me really wonder about her. I don’t think she helps Casey by being there because of her demeanor. I also was disgusted by everyone pretending to be buddies. I think the prosecution has something up their sleeve as to why they would be so accommodating to Jose.
Where has Lee been?? hum…
I think if someone is found guilty and they lie as she has all along, and they deliberately drag things out like this, that they should have to pay the costs of everything along with their jail time, this is just another way the perp can victimize people. Now she is not only murdered but she is stealing from the entire community legally as mom smiles on…
I also noticed how once the pays started being regulated, Casey’s table attendance shrank dramatically and over the phone, her other council seemed to not be really paying attention at one point. I had hoped to hear from Mason too, but he was awful quiet.
I had hoped Jose would have been stopped from further shenanigans, but it seemed on the surface at least, that he was somewhat patronized, and it really rubbed me the wrong way.
Will this ever end? They should just advise her to come out with the truth and be done with it. Even with all the evidence that has come out, nothing is in her favor, nothing points to any of her stories and everything proves she had her hands in it and maybe help, it would serve her better to be honest. I just remembered what the other judge said, how the truth and Ms. Anthony are strangers… wish someone would introduce them.

I think today while watching that hearing it made me just sick the smirk on mommy dearest’s face when they mentioned change of venue! I do not live in florida but i do pay my taxes and I think its a waste of money to move that trial. I do not understand why she is allowed to keep the same attorney if she is indigent she should have to have a public defender like the rest of the people who cannot pay! And where is Brother Dearest you never see him with Mommy and Daddy at the hearings to support her. I agree with the prosecution though that she should get a fair trial it is everyone’s right, however at what expense?? Is there really going to be a jury pool that is not polluted by this story? I would like to think if Casey had even a morsel of remorse or for that matter regret she would ask for a plea change and admit her guilt and take the punishment the judge hands down.

I want to make sure that we give that monster a fair trial and make sure every loop hole BOZO may be looking for closed. Casey needs to pay dearly for what she did to her daughter. I do believe the appropiate place to hold the trial would be in orlando. It would cost us taxpayers alot less money to put this monster Away!! All I want is Justice for Caylee!!

I look at that picture of Caylee and wonder why such a MONSTER would want to kill such a precious rare jewel (as each child is)or for that matter why would anyone kill a human period! This picture of Caylee you use for your articles is so sweet and so painfully sad at the same time. I pray she gets the Justice she so deserves!!!!!
