1. It was dark at 7 according to the weather site sunset was at 6;11pm ,it was 60 cold for a floridian to be out on a porch eating.
2. Misty claimed she cooked at 6-630 (we heard from sources it was Chefboyardi) so its microwave or 15 min. prep time.
3. She said Misty changed their shirts. Why did Misty say Haleigh had on the shirt she wore to school?
4. Until GGSykes made this statement on the 19th Misty never mentions her being there until August when she took TM poly.

To answer your question above I think she is messing up like most do when they are lying.

I have had the utmost respect for Simon & Jan’s reporting on this case because they have put all self-egotism aside in their reporting by including statements such as, “make of it what you will”, which clearly tells the reader that, while they’re reporting what they’ve been told by a particular source, it does not necessarily mean that the source is being truthful – that is up to the reader to discern and decide for themselves. Unlike Art H, who, by making presumptious statements, has, IMO, contributed to much false/mis-reporting in this case, which has only further added to the confusion. Now take someone like yourself who does exactly the same thing as Art H, if not worse IMO, with your zero credentials and an anonymous cyber-name, you don’t even have the decency to make reference to a source(s), whether named or unnamed; you simply post it as fact, “facts” that imply you’re “in the know”. That darn red truck was taken by LE into evidence and LE never said one way or another what they found! I don’t think it has even been returned! Oh..Simon if you find time to check into this it would be greatly appreciated!!!

It takes months for forensics sometimes to come back. What if decomposition or other was found in the red truck? What if dirt from the area of the St.John’s river was also found on the truck? It was also rumored that a red truck was spotted in the area earlier that night! Maybe the van is something they are throwing out there to take the focus off the red truck and the white truck. It would make sense for Tommy to go the MH in the red truck after Lindsey got home. Maybe Timmy and Joe met up with Tommy later that night? Even Ron! Around 1am?
There were rumors of a white truck being seen at the dumpster near the MH that night as well? The dogs hit on it, but nothing was found per LE? Pfffttt to that…I don’t buy half of what LE says either. Every time something is found LE recants their statements!!! Every time..I will buy it once or twice…that is it though!

They went from missing to homicide case for a reason and I don’t think they would of done so just because Misty or Tommy said Haleigh was dumped in the river. JMO

In the voice analysis interview Misty points fingers at her brother Tommy, saying he raped her as a child, and could have done something to Haleigh. She then says people claim they saw a red truck near the house that night (we know Tommy was there smoking marijuana earlier that evening) Tommy drove a red truck that he sold after Haleigh disappeared. The day after the interviews, Miller asked Misty if she knew where the truck was. She had mentioned to us she knew who had bought it and Miller wanted to see the location. Ronald and Misty took Miller to the guy’s house who had bought the truck. Although it wasn’t there at the time, Miller returned to the location with me right after and we recorded the address and went to the police with the info. The title was never transferred to the new owner so the truck is still listed in Misty and Tommy’s mother name. The police were going to get the truck and process it.

This whole case is just pathetic period!!! I see so many passionate people here posting theory’s that like everyone would just like an honest answer about what really happened that night. He was being publically attacked by his own family members so he “vitually” puffed up for all the world to see.
His behavior was defensive and reactionary.

We have the alleged Rope that LE found at the river.
The alleged rope that was in the van.
The all edged rope that was found in Tommy and Lindsey’s home/van that LE found recently.

The mis-reporting or over looking that ROPE WAS ON RON’S MOBILE HOME TOO!..THE SCREEN DOOR IN THE FRONT. YOU CAN SEE IT IN EARLIER VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF THE THE MH ON GREEN ST.

Ronald Cummings has been the only one that I recall telling this tale about Joe fishing at the river and the tale of feeding the alligator, not Cousin Joe.
Ron originally said, he and Joe used to visit the very spot on the St. John’s river to fish, he never told Art it was Tommy!!!!
(Keep in mind Joe had been there for 2 weeks, Ronald told Cobra he met Joe for THE FIRST TIME on the third day of his visit, which would be sometime around 1/30/09. It is also said that the fight over the gun was the weekend prior to Haleigh going missing, then it was changed that the fight occurred the night she went missing. Yet, Ron denies a fight ever occurred just like he denied using drugs, selling drugs, and abusing his children and women in his life.

Ron also told Art Harris about fishing with Joe:

Ron saying that Tommy told him that he (Tommy), Joe, and Tommy’s son Austin were at the river and that Joe told Tommy that the river would be a great place to get rid of a body. Yet, Joe is from TN he has no idea the gators are not active in Feb.

Go back and listen to the audio, Ron telling Cobra that Tommy told him about when they were fishing. It was allegedly Tommy, his son Austin, and Joe.The first thing that struck me odd was that Ron started out telling Cobra that “He was the one who told”, then changed it to “He” (Tommy), told him that he went fishing.

What if Tommy did go to the River with his son and that is why he lied about the time he was at the MH? Lord, I pray that Austin didn’t witness anything. Or, maybe it was Ron himself that dumped Haleigh’s body on his way to/from work?

The many stories about the van:

It is said that the van that was used to take Haleigh and her cousins to the school bus.
Now there is talk that it was used as( hearse) to transport a dead Haleigh to the river, where rope was tied around her with cinder blocks and then she was thrown in the river.(If that was the case LE would of found decomposition in the van and would of kept in in the crime lab. LE returned the van to Chelsea/Lindsey after they tested the van. Which leads me to believe if Haleigh was in the van she was still alive and was never in the van after she died. IMO)

Tommy’s lawyer Warner said, one reason for Tommy taking a poly was because he need to clear up the time-line Tommy went to the trailer that night.

Tommy stated during questioning that Ronald, had called him from his work and asked him to check on Misty. (It is alleged that phone records show that Ron did call Tommy, Misty and I assume others. 90+calls that night!)

TOMMY saying he went by the MH around 10PM and Misty was not home, now recanting that and saying he did not go to the MH at 10PM. The question is, did he not go at the time stated? Maybe he went at another time. We know he was at Ron’s MH with the kids around 5pm that day. We also hear that he was there around 6PM smoking pot with Misty.

Lindsey was in school at that time and did not get home until around 10:15PM that night and she claims he was home then and also the rest of the night…hmmm…

We also have Ron and the Croslins since day one pointing the finger at Joe..If you listen closely to the audios that Simon was so kind to share of Ron he starts out by saying

Chelsea claims she was up LATE doing insurance paper work (that does not take all night), and had just went to bed when she received the call that Haleigh was missing. she claims that Timmy was in bed sleeping on pain pills due to an accident. Then she claims she awoke to find keys moved from where she’d put them on the kitchen table and the van was parked in a different spot in her driveway. Chelsea said Joe normally slept in boxer shorts, but jumped out of bed fully clothed when she got a call Haleigh was missing. So, we can assume Joe STAYED AT TIMMY’S HOUSE THAT! (YET, Ron mentioned that Timmy saw Joe in his boxers at 1AM on the audio on Simon’s site!) So how did Timmy see Joe at 1AM if he was sleeping? How did Chelsea not see Joe at 1:00AM if she was still up doing insurance paperwork? You would think she would of known what Timmy and Joe were really doing that night, she was awake! How would she no know who moved the van? She was AWAKE!

I do understand that everyone is frustrated with the wait for this case to be solved and that our little Haleigh is found one way or another but sometimes it is hard when we feel as though someone is blaming us because there is no new news on the case. If I was wrong in assuming that you were calling us liars then I apologize to you as well.

Simon and I are reporting what we can on this case because we care. We don’t ask for any popularity in the news media, we don’t step on peoples toes for the fifteen minutes of fame (as some describe it) by getting on HLN’s Jane Valez Mitchell or Nancy Grace.

We do the best we can. Unless I am mistaken I thought Simon did tell someone that he was still working on those tapes and he would get them ASAP but the truth of the matter is we are still trying to get them. Simon will, as he has said, have them posted on BNN when that time comes. He has not given up on it, he just has to wait until he gets them to publish.

Please try to understand that we can’t always answer every comment directed to us in here. I try to keep up but when we are getting hundred’s of comments a day it is not easy so I hope you can understand.

I pray that Haleigh is found soon and the mystery in this case is solved so we can all relax, but I can almost assure that another case will come up after this one. It is so sad to know that our children are not safe on this earth anymore. It breaks my heart.

Jan and Simon so sorry that got dumped on ya’ll!! You all take so much time and put so much into bringing us this information it’s a shame there are a few who can appreciate it. Thank You again for all you do!!!!!!

PCSO then declared within days that it was not a stranger that abducted HaLeigh and have maintained that theory and focus for 15 months.

PCSO stated that they believed HaLeigh was alive and hidden, months into the investigation.

PCSO has now stated that they have not found HaLeigh nor have they confirmed that they recovered evidence from the river or any where else for that matter,but feel confident in calling it a homicide.

Now this is also what makes no sense to me with the above out line; I have to ask what evidence did they find since day one to present that would of directed the investigation in this direction for 15 months if none of that evidence has led them to a suspect? Even after a massive search in the St. Johns river and “eyewitness statements” we still see no POIs named or even a suspect.

From the beginning PCSO has stated that the families where cooperating and did not seek legal council for the first month.

The Croslins have been the preferred focus and have been picked apart to the point I do not believe they are responsible for HaLeighs abduction (JMO) or know for certain who, how or where HaLeigh is (JMO).
IMO the fact that LE took Tommy serious based on a LTD and discussion with CS’s PI indicates to me that all the BS was again a theory being ruled in or out that would involve Jo.
Tommy is innocent, but, knows something? Right. All of sudden LE is taking the Croslins word because it is being collaborated by CS’s PI?
Misty is not guilty of anything but child endangerment based on Steven K Brown investigation?
Is it just me or is this seem like Ground hog day to anyone else?
On to everyone else…..

Crystal was the first to Lawyer up after Kim P. showed up in Satsuma the evening of March 11 and I will remind us all that Misty stated march 16th “Lawyers are for guilty people, I have nothing to hide,”. Someone must of finally told here you are guilty until you can prove you are innocent and she retained an attorney. Ron soon had no choice in the matter if he was going to be able to legally fight Crystal’s, Marie’s and Kim P.’s attacks and keep Jr he needed a lawyer.

I would like to remind us all that the second day after Haliegh’s abduction, HaLeigh’s mother’s family drew the line in the dirt and have been at a war ever since. The Sheffield’s came out swinging with public allegations made to news media, DCF investigation that was initiated and made public by Kim and last but not least the www smear campaign that ended up being confirmed in a Bar Complaint.

Jan 57 your are so right a free pass has been given and it is obvious we are not dealing with dumb, drugged out criminals that have turned on one another when the heat is non stop and LE refusing to look in any other direction. 15 months………IT pisses me off.

Haleigh, I am so sorry many seem to be so selfish or stupid to have not found you in time!

In July 2009, a rumor went through Satsuma alledging that Haleigh had overdosed. First she was put in the dumpster and then removed to be put elsewhere. Aug 6th I believe 2009 Misty was suppose to have called Tommy and their parents to come and get her. Ronald and Tommy fought and Ronald went to jail. Misty took a restraining order out on Tommy and then Ron and Misty put the decapitated rat in Tommys mail box per Ronald to Tim Miller and I believe Tim is credible with this info. Soon after on August 17th 2009 PCSO relased a statement that Misty is the Key and that Ronald and Crystal were not suspects in their daughter Haleigh Cummings disappearance. Then came the failed poly, voice stress and hypnosis from Tim Miller. Sept. 21st Tommy tells LE Ron called him and wanted him to go over and check on Misty he could not reach her. Tommy puts himself there at the mh. Ronald said he and Misty had a tiff, nothing big and called Tommy to see if Misty was over there and he did not ask Tommy to go the mh. Putnam Authorities did confirm the call from Ron to Tommy at 9pm. Then we hear about a Joe Pytco and NAY NAY letters alledging a party where Haleigh OD on Oxy Contin and was disposed of by WBG story and the draining of the momndex pond. Misty taking off with Donna Brock, road rage with these two, then the divorce of Ron and Misty and Ron finding out that Donna was an informant and texts Misty warning her of who Donna really was. LE was informed of a possible overdose with Haleigh well before those letters appeared. We already know that it was not Tommy, Misty , or even Ron giving LE this info, so I wonder who it was. I do not think it was coincidental as it being Haleigh was overdosed and it lead to her death. JMO

I think people forget that nobody would rather know more about Haleigh than her family members who aren’t involved and truly don’t know what happened to her and loved her dearly. They are hurting most of all. They are the ones who “deserve” an answer.

Ron’s behavior from the very beginning has shown knowledge of or involvement in something to do with HaLeigh’s disappearence. Starting with making all the calls to Misty that night and not leaving work to check on his children and from there it just got worse.

For some reason Hope believes that this is all a “game”. Hope lied to her Mother about her own level of participation in the drug deals, not to forget mention that she was extremely disrespectful to her own Mother.
imo Hope believed that she was large and in charge enough to sit there and say that she wasn’t going to do this or that in regards to her sentencing.

I believe that these people have all likely been doing illegal activities and have built themselves up as untouchables. They knew how the laws and court system had worked in the past. (Note Ron’s previous arrest records and how he seemed to have skated out of those charges.)
Thing is….There is a new Sheriff in town and if you go by the drug stings that have occurred in the area since he took charge then it would be easy to come to the conclusion that this new Sheriff is well aware of the “game” mentality and that he obviously means business.
This new Sheriff imvho is the game changer.

As for Haleigh’s case and all the lies that are being told,
What is the difference between a Pathological, a Compulsive, a Chronic, and a Habitual Liar?
They all have the same goal which is to tell lies.
People lie in order to deflect attention away from the truth.

Some people are saying that Misty and the bunch are lying only to get out of jail. I don’t 100% doubt that. I think that they are very possibly lying to get out of jail but too I think they are also continuing to lie to deflect attention away from the truth about their own possible involvement in Haleigh’s disappearance.

imvho the inconsitancies began long before the lot of them were arrested on the drug charges. They began when Haleigh was reported as missing and when Misty’s account of what happened that night/early morning just didn’t add up.
