It gives "religion" a very bad name. Those who truly love God will love others, whether or not they are different than themselves. This is only a selfish, egotistical power grab. If they were true believers in God, they would find a way to share. I feel for the innocents hurt in the process. All the money that is being pumped in to support the Palestian nationhood by the US and the world-why is it not being used to build up the economy and jobs? As we saw with Arafat, their leaders steal many of these monies and purposely keep the situation down. Where are all the Arab nations trying to make these regions prosper? It is a well known fact that Hamas terrorists hide in locations and homes that have innocent women and children as well as in ambulances in order to have these innocent people targeted and our sympathies raised. These extremists are the ones that have no respect for human life. Bill Clinton and Ehud Barak offered up a clear 2 state solution and Arafat refused. The extremists are not interested in ending this conflict, since they are backed by many nation states using the conflict as a negotiation play with the US.
