I find it odd, that Ron was not the one to call 911! Why would he have Misty do it? She was ‘supposedly’ already to scared to have done it before he got home. She called her brother Timmy before 911 was called….odd, unless she was calling over there to find Joe and what he did with Haleigh??? If I was Ron, I would of been the one calling 911!!! Instead, if you listen to the 911 tapes again, Ron is in the background talking about how he isn’t scared to go to prison….huh? What does that have to do with the moment? His child is gone!!!! AND, if you listen, Misty tells the 911 operator, ["WE, I woke up, and OUR backdoor was open, and MY daughter was gone.] Now, if it were me, I would say, I woke up and my back door was open, OR I woke up and the back door was open. But she says WE…which matches with OUR. In fact, she was WE and changes it to I a few times. Another thing that bothers me is when her voice completely switches (like someone broke her hysteric voice routine) when she says, “numeric, whats that?” Then she goes back to her upset voice. Then the dispatcher asked her When did you last see her? Misty says: [We uh, just you know, it was about ten oclock, we were, she was sleeping.] Strange how she keeps saying WE and then changes it and throws in the ‘just you know’ part. I think the questions were throwing her off. Then when the phone disconnects….I think Misty intentionally hung up because she didn’t know the answer and paniked.
In my opinion, the way her and someone else? rehearsed it, didn’t go as planned.

The part about Tobias and what she is doing and what not well I was posting a general comment to all that it would apply to not specifically to you.

While Crystal Haleigh’s mother is not going to win any mother of the year award and has some serious issues, she did not commit this crime. She is still salvagable, provided she receives help, counseling and education and the Croslins and Overstreets are beyond that help. They have very severely crossed the line, no doubt all first covering for one another, now all pointing the finger at one another. The blame needs to focus on who committed the crime. Crystal will have a lot of soul searching to do now. This is a time where she can take steps to turn her life around – people are reaching out and help is available. Hopefully she does this, and becomes a responsible parent and decent human being. It will take work and counselling. Let’s see where she is in a couple years, has she improved, or done nothing.

Either way, it doesn’t take away from what the Croslin family and Overstreet family are and have done. They appear very seedy and not to value or respect people or life.

In reality I would never have spent 1/10th the effort to mention C that I have if so many had not tried to whitewash her and hide her “mothering” skills since Day 1. That is how and why changes don’t get made. That is how and why SHE won’t have to really change and other girls will get the idea “it’s okay.”
It is not. If only people had been honest about it and recognized it from the start I would never in a million years have had to do this or STILL be talking about it.

And why do you ask what I’m doing to improve things? Why not ask Tobias what she’s doing since she’s pounded away on R and M without taking a breath like an enraged toddler with a toy hammer for over a year. Why do you just ask me what I’m doing?

You don’t advocate for violent offenders because they willingly hurt someone. Well, um, how about a mother taking drugs while preggers? I imagine you would not approve. Would you?

As far as helping C (and her family? you’ve got to be kidding) there is nothing I can do directly and no I will not send them money.
Unfortunately there are plenty of mothers like C and fathers like R.

Many of the problems are society’s – both in attitude and law.
What I HAVE done is mention on this blog many ways to help change the system, help moms (those who do and those who don’t want their kids), help families, and children through changes in laws state and national, and thru private organizations. And I’ve chosen from among such activities and groups what I want to be involved with. Everyone can do that.

Meanwhile C has custody of two children (and when she was dating Chad, she also had his two kids around at least some of the time) and I do not want DCFS to take their eyes off her for a minute or get the idea that society thinks C’s just great so DCFS can slack off on her. She needs watching for the sake of Chloe and Jr.

And that’s another thing – how can kids just drop out of school like M and Hope Sykes?
And DCFS agencies in every state are underfunded and don’t have enough employees. AND foster care families need to be screened better and better families need to be encouraged to become foster families. But IMO more kids should never be returned to their neglectful abusive families anyway so more adoptions should be encouraged etc. Sorry, but yes, I DO THINGS.
And I’ve tried to encourage others to as well because it takes a lot of people to make these kinds of changes and a longer commitment too.

I heard it also. LC and TC are talking (on tape) and she out of the blue tells him she threw out his work boots. He asked why, saying they were good boots. And she replied they were old, and that she threw out Timmy’s boots, too. And then the subject was quickly changed. I don’t remember which of the jail tapes it is on.

Please, please don’t post as me. As you all know, I had surgery and have been out of “commission” for quite a while. As a matter of fact, I have had a few Minor complication this past week and hospitalized again, until yesterday….I got online to do a Haleigh update and saw the posting by “MOO” above. I’ve cleared the air with my friend at PCSO and he too agreed, that my previous postings were of no harm to the case, and posted as JMO, in most cases. We are good and I want it to stay that way.

Now, the one who posted as me, “MOO” did post my true thoughts on this case…..which I found interesting…..Stating MY OPINION ONLY, I truly believe this:

IF Joe and Tommy went to Misty’s to steal some guns, it was more than likely to sale for $ or drugs. AND, if they didn’t find any guns, what in the world would the motive be for CJ to snatch up Haleigh? The only reason would be if he were a pedophile and he wanted to rape her. And seriously……he’s gonna just up and say, “I’m taking Haleigh and I will kill either of you if you say anything?” Nope……I just can’t see it. Now, if they would have “come up” with their story a bit more carefully, they could have maybe sold it….Like, saying that they came over to steal the guns, Misty woke…..they discovered there were no guns, and left…..Then, around 1:00am, Tommy woke up and Jo was gone again….. Furthermore, Misty says Tommy left alone, and Jo left with Haleigh…..Yet Tommy says he went with Jo and watched him dump the body….. So, they’re trying to sell, that not only did he take Haleigh, but he staged the door with a cinder block……plus, got rope and more cinder blocks from the property to take with him also before they left….while Misty and Tommy just sat there, together, helplessly? That’s a load of BS if I ever heard any. Not only that, but both Tommy and Misty decide to call good ole Grandma Hillbilly in Tennessee and spill the beans, not only on the same day, but within 30 minutes of one another? Maybe that was the plan….for Grandma to collect the reward money and share the wealth….that is if there is even any reward money left to be found….IMO, I don’t even believe they went to the house, period to steal guns. I still believe and will until it’s proven otherwise, that Ron is involved. And if Misty was at home when Jo took Haleigh, how does she know where the spot is that Haleigh was taken to? I mean, sure – Tommy could have told her…..but she wouldn’t know an exact location other than “somewhere around the ramp / boat docks off shells harbor way” How would she be able to “point” out a spot or location unless she knew specifically by being there?

Now, coming clean….Yes, as I told all of you, I work as LE for a school district….but, as skeptical as many of you are about me already, I never meant harm in my postings. That being said, I am fixing to give you all something to really chew on. I have the ability, somehow, to “see” things…I don’t like to call my self “Psychic” though… I am able to see things and hear things that not even I understand. I don’t do this type of thing for a living or for profit. I use this ability, when I can, in trying to help solve cases, as Haleighs, with no strings attached – other than trying to being justice to such a horrible tragedy. I NEVER claim to be exact in what information I “get”….I only relay, to the best of my knowledge, as I “interpet” what I “see” or “hear” or “feel”…That being said, When I do a “reading”, to begin with, I like to know absolutely nothing….Nothing to jade me or my thoughts. When I did Haleighs original “reading” long ago…I didn’t know anyone’s names, (not the dad’s, misty’s, nothing..not even where she was abducted from) I didn’t know what they drove, who they were…All I knew, period, was that a 5 yr. old little girl named Haleigh from Florida was missing. I “asked”, first thing….who was responsible and the first name I got was Ron or Ronald….and then I started hearing/seeing the van, drugs, got Misty’s name, and MANY, MANY more things, that to date, as things play out, have come to pass….It’s weird, I know….and to some of you, BS….But all I can say, is, at least for me, I believe in what I “can do”….ANYWAY, everything I revealed in my first and second readings done about Haleigh and the case….Those are usually the best and most accurate readings because my mind is uninformed. Like I said, it doesn’t mean that everything is accurate, I just try to interpret what I see and hear the best I can. And one VERY strong feeling that I keep getting is that, still, even in the location (St.Johns River) that they are not being honest with what they gave LE. I keep getting “separation”….Not sure why, but it could mean that haleigh is separate from what they’re finding. Could be, either “real” evidence was thrown there at the time the crime was committed ~ as part of their over-all plan, if ever needed, to lead cops to evidence, BUT NOT HALEIGH, to prove their “Jo” theory, OR “Fake” evidence was put there, for the same reason……OR, it could just mean that haleigh is separate from where they found the evidence recovered. I did reveal they needed to search for Cinder Blocks, (the same type used to stage the back door) BEFORE they found them…..But, that is neither hear or there….However, I wonder if there anyway for them to be able to tell how long the blocks were under water? I would venture to say, that if they find no “haleigh” evidence on any of the items, etc….then, it was all staged to appear to be the crime location……just like the door was staged. I am not saying the Jo wasn’t involved….I think it’s very clear, that Jo, Misty and Tommy are for sure involved…..And I would even suggest adding Ron as well…..but that’s just my feelings about him. Furthermore, I don’t think they want LE to actual find Haleigh…..just enough “evidence” to prove their “story” and hopefully convict CJo, and them receive lighter sentences……simply because they are tired of the Haleigh questioning, and KNOW that it isn’t going to end until there is some kind of resolution, period, IMO. Unfortunately, I don’t know if they will ever know the entire, “real” truth. So much time has passed, that even finding Haleigh’s body wouldn’t reveal a lot of evidence, I don’t think, from my experience.

And One more thing…..if Haleigh was simply taken to the boat ramp/docks, why is the van returned scratched and a headlamp busted? Where and when did that happen? The wife (either Chelsea or Lindsay, can’t remember) says it wasn’t like that before that night……This case is just eating at me. The least they could have done is get their lie straight before presenting it to everyone. I do think, that if I am right, and this is one of their newest “stories” – or at least part truth / part lies, that if CJo is arrested, and he DIDN’T kill Haleigh directly, he will be the one who will tell the truth faster than any of the others. I guess that’s all I have to say.
And for the record, I did share all of the above with my PCSO friend, for none of it is “factual” and thoughts of mine, based on MOO.

As all of you do, I want this to end….But this bunch of liars will never come clean. Hopefully LE has facts and other evidence that we are not aware of to put the true puzzle together and end this, once and for all….

How funny is that?

I have seen no evidence whatsoever that substantiates the notion that Crystal had anything to do with Haleigh’s disappearance. Ron won custody of both Children in a court of law. Yep Crystal lost that’s right but she did have continued visitations and before, during and after her mistakes are her own to bare.

Not a single person that has been attacking Crystal on any level has made any REAL effort as far as I know to help Crystal or her Children to live a better life.
The day I do is the day I appologize.

I suppose that it’s possible that if there were some type of physical altercation that had occurred after GGma Sykes arrived that night and Haleigh may have somehow gotten caught up in the crosshairs and ended up with some type of injury.

I do not believe for one split second that GGMa Sykes nor TN would “cover” for Misty. No way, now how on that one either but they sure did manage to sugar coat the situation up until it suited them. I was shocked that GGMa Sykes had such negative things to say about Ronald all of the sudden also. SHOCKED!

All some of us ever wanted was some acknowledgement of the WHOLE situation – especially when MG and crew were on the warpath and there was no evidence to prove WHO did it. Why ignore all possibilities when we’re supposed to be looking for the truth? Their refusal to shine a light on C and her family made her look even more suspicious IMO.

MANY on here have made it their life’s mission for over a year to throw every stone imaginable at R while protecting C as if she’s above reproach. Well sorry. She’s not.

All we are pointing out is that those people conveniently did not admit, acknowledge, agree with, and/or ever mention the obvious problems on the bio-mom’s side. It was and still IS extremely important (IMO) that her role in this (as an absent, irresponsible, drug-addled mother) not be forgotten. Saying that DOES NOT excuse Ron or protect Ron or support Ron. It is simply recognizing the facts of poor Haleigh’s life. I find it appalling that all these people who pretend to really care about Haleigh and what happened to her seem to want to hide or deny the facts of her mother’s involvement (or lack thereof) in her life. That was a BIG part of her little life and IMO played a part in her tragic death. It should not be swept under the carpet or “spun” into some kind of lie.

The “you all” was described as “Crystal bashers” and “this group” If you were not in that group, it is not lumping you with them. They know who they are and so do many others who have been attacked and run off by this group.

It’s also fairly easy for me to turn and face my own family and evaluate how we might all be regarded by the media and bloggers etc. if we found ourselves in the middle of a similar tragedy. It wouldn’t be Croslin-ugly — it would be an ugly all our own, but it would be ugly. These situations always are.

Also, I’ve lived in Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Ohio, and West Virginia and there have always been families like the Croslins everywhere I’ve been. There have always been small, neglected children in those families. There are children in need around us at all times. What do we, as a society, and as individuals, do about it? I, for one, haven’t done a damn thing. I’m really too far away from Florida now to have had anything to do with this, but what if a child went missing from my neighborhood? And what if it was a child I’d seen before and thought “That small child shouldn’t be outdoors alone in just his diaper” or “Why are they pushing that tiny baby around in a stroller when it’s 6 degrees outside” or “I don’t like the way that woman just grabbed her child by the arm?” It seems so easy to judge but so difficult to act.

It was not a stretch at all to consider them suspect — they had motive; they made weird statements about Haleigh being alive and in another state; they orchestrated that crazy, useless search.

I suspected Crystal’s family from the start, as much as I suspected it was a sexual predator, which was as much as I suspected it involved Ron somehow. Everyone involved was a suspect to me, and honestly everyone still is until PCSO lets us know what they know.

And that theory was in the same list that included Haleigh being harmed by M, R, T, Joe, (or any combination) and even maybe an SO.
So my opinion of C is solely based on her record as a so-called mother.

Yes, it is, and I have not bought into any of it. I have always felt that Ronald, TN and GGS know exactly what happened that night and covering up something. It makes no sense that they were covering for Misty, Tommy or Joe if one of them were not somehow involved.
