If it is true that he was threatened by Joe with a gun, why wud he have been in the woods at the river?

Why wud Misty have gone on live media outlets over and over again sharing her suspicions of Joe and Tommy ?????

Why wud she have been at her grammas in Ten in the following Oct only blocks away from Joe?

Why wud she have not told this story to LE when we saw how uncontollable and hysterical she was upon being arrested ??

Why does Tommy have all the answers?????

I just saw on my news cnn that they were searching in the river they have evidence that leads them there and that Misty opened up to mention something to the LE. I read in one of the news that they talked with Joe Overstreet and his lawyer last night and Joe was sent home.

Its all coming out they all pointing fingers it all doesnt make no sense at all.. But someone talked cause of the length of prision time that they will face do to the drug charges.

If JO was involved, the others were not innocent bystanders too frightened to move, imo.

Apparently after Tommy failed the ldt he broke down and told that he couldn’t keep the secret anymore. It seems he implicated his brother Timmy and cousin Joe.

However, I also read (someplace) that a blogger had stated online that his or her father had figured out where Haleigh was and had notified the police yesterday (Monday) and that someone was going to be arrested today (Tuesday).

So guess we won’t know the real story until LE decided to release the information.

I do remember Misty telling Chelsea that two family members were involved, one that they cared about a lot, the other not so much. She said “just use your head, Chelsea, and you’ll figure out who it is.” Sounds to me like she was trying to tell her it was Timmy and Joe. Just my opinion.

He says that Crystal said that Joe did it. But LE has asked them all not to talk. So even if he did hear that, it was wrong to report it. We know he is the only one so far that has blatantly changed his story (8 months later) where he placed himself at the crimescene…

Now, again several months later, we hear of anotheof Tommys revelation, in fact it appears he may have led LE right to Haleigh’s remains, or at least some physical evidence that LE have appparantty found…

We hear Tommy has pointed the finger at Joe, who we know Misty had aired her suspicions about from day one.. (Clealrym, never seemed to be too scared of Joe..)

It is also alledged by AH (??) that Tommy has also implicated Misty as knowing this information all along and having been threatened as well….

Yet, Tommy is the one who always breaks and always seems to have “extra” info……

Isnt it logical to think that this crime may have been committed by Tommy either all by hismself, or possibly with Joe where Tommy needs to try to exhonerate himself from the crime by blaming Joe and then throwing in Misty as his material witness???

I havent read that this scenario is even being considered??? Seems very plausible to me..

If you remember, a neighbor heard Misty’s voice raised about 2:30a.m. Maybe, she was trying to stop Joe from taking Haleigh, then. Or she could have been asking her brothers for help getting Haleigh back from Joe. I remember the first few days after this happened, Misty was awfully upset.

I don’t know what she told Ron to get him to stick bt her. The whole thing makes your head spin.

Misty could have been too out of it on drugs to realize Joe was taking Haleigh, until it was too late.
