I have not even had time to watch these videos. I have no clue if they contain any useful information or not. This is the second set, and it is of a video meeting between Misty Croslin and her father Hank Croslin.
Just to put into perspective how time consuming this video biz is, here is a screen shot taken earlier today! And that was just step one, of a single DVD.
We have to upload them, download them, slice and dice them. And then upload again. This is a very slow process with even the fastest of computers. I do ask that you just bear with us on this process. Even the ‘big cheeses’ are having problems with these files!
The exact date of this conversation is unknown, however it was between Feb 17 and Mar 4.
My original plan was to stage these vids on YouTube, however it takes between 1 to 5 minutes to upload each megabyte of data, I have had an upload running for over 24 hours. Seeing as the Video only contains head shots of Misty and Hank holding a phone, I decided to bail from the video and just peel off the audio and give up on YouTube. These files do not Stream, and they are 50 meg each. Don’t download them on a dial-up connection! They will take some time!

Sorry I do not have a commentary to offer on these, I have not even listened or watched them yet.
But I will offer the ultimate teaser. Today we got word that another set of tapes are being released. They cover a good part of March. There are only six sets that have been made. And we have one set in our name!
The bad news is, oh no, the cycle starts over!

Misty says reffering about the cops “i didn’t even want to do that thing we did last friday” wonder if that’s the ole lie detector, doesent seem her atty. was around. IDK just stuck out to me. its @ the ten minute mark of the first tape.
It sounds like her lawyer is upset that she did what she did. Perhaps this is about the secret ldt. She says she signed a paper wanting her lawyer there, but in the article It was quoted that Robert Fields was disappointed. If Misty did not want to do it she did not have to.
Misty is just as guilty as Ronald. Just because Ronald was doing most of the talking, they both touched the pills, Misty made the contacts and they both took the money. They are both guilty of trafficking.
Yes!! I agree Tommy did screw things up for his family.
They must be talking about cousin Joe, when they are talking about going and getting him. Misty remains silent when Hank says anything about her knowing anything about Haleigh or doing anything to her. I personally do not think she hurt Haleigh intentionally if at all.
Thank you so much for the audio, and I must say I think the graphics are perfect.. remember that commercial “This is your brain, (then shows a fried egg) this is your brain on drugs”Well the graphics that are displayed during the audio, I think that is a relection of the Croslin-Cummings-Sheffield brain of all of them over the age of 12…….

Simon, first I want to say thank you to Jan and yourself for all that you are doing to try and help keep us informed.
Secondly, I really do think that I like having just the audio over worrying with the video. The audio I can listen to and do other things.
But do what you feel is best and thank you again for doing it.
Honestly, Beautiful*adams, I seriously doubt she did, they seem to swing from the paranoid everyone is out to get our family to being extremely narcissistic. So it is hard to know.
Perhaps I missed this, and I have tried to keep informed, however did Leornald Piddelia (sp) take back the car from Ma and Pa Croslin? I also find it interesting that Pa Croslin blames the social services for Lindsay not being able to find a job due to day care requirements, even with the hurting legs and back and no teeth and excessive whining, could not the “grandparents” watch these children rather than blaming the State for Lindsay’s unemployment?? I have never seen people blame others for every aspect of their negative life as this clan does….. no wonder generation after generation is so completely irresponsible with such a “me, me” mentality.
Misty’s lawyer is an incompetent fool! Hes in cahoots with LE framing Misty on these drug charges! Her lawyer has done ZERO for her.. Misty should FIRE him!

I really like having the audio. To be honest, I’m really glad that we didn’t have to witness Hank (Sr) bringing in Tommy & Lindsy’s son to visit Misty. It always disturbs me to see the little ones paraded around in front of the national media (or even just us). I feel so sorry that these children have to visit their father & aunt in jail. Poor kids. They’ll grow up remembering jail visits with the family, instead of other family traditional visits. How sad!

I’m not at all convinced she didn’t care about Haleigh. Even Crystal said Haleigh loved her. I believe she did love Haleigh, and that family meant everything to her. So sad if she’s been falsely accused.
Please OJ enough already. Give us a break. I for one know LE can mess up at times. Everyone is human. But for the MOST part, MOST of the time, they are right on target. They are trained professionals. You are far from professional. You sound like you could of had your own criminal troubles yourself and you sound like the Croslin clan blaming LE. You come off as completely ignorant and rude.

Just want to say thank you so much for taking the time to deal with these videos. My husband has to deal with this kind of stuff daily and he says it’s a pain in the butt and takes hours and hours. Some days he works 17hrs straight. Your hard work and efforts are greatly appreciated!

What i find with how familys are being opened up like a book for the world to see in these situations,should be against the law.Yes it does cause people to lose jobs,an no one will hire someone thats been potrayed in this light.I dont know but Hank was driving,an a drunk hit him.Now with out insurence,on the drivers who hit hims car..He is suffering through pain.an cant get help.
Because his dr may have sent him to another dr who didnt explain.An i have got one med. from one specilest,an one from another. All dr dont explain what they set before a person to sign,an they are required to sign several paper work forms,if the man couldnt read,an trusted his dr.I can see how the issue could happen.If he was asking for the meds,an knew then thats different.But if the dr wrote them out an gave them to him,with out explination ,except you need to take this for pain.
Then they should drop the charges,an it happen,i know from going to many dr with the issues i have with my health.I have got break through pain meds from one dr,an pain meds from another.Untill they finaly sent me to just one pain managment,the mix up is easy when seeing several dr,an specalist.
When are people going to stop making excuses for these people??????????????There has never been mentioned that Hank sr was hit by a drunk driver until he started getting peeps sympathy,,,got him a new car,,,some money in the bank,,,a roof over his head,,,Now that he knows everything he says on video is going national he is playing the sympathy card again……what the hey,,it worked before….Show me and the rest,,where he was hit by a dd….I thought it was a 1 car accident…..Which is it,,,cant have it both ways….with his drug history, I dont believe it…I too go to a pain management clinic for 2 failed implantrs in my spine…I live 24/7 with REAL pain,,,thanks to these yahoos and everyone else like them,,,it is getting harder and harder for those of us who have REAL serious pain issues to get the meds we need to live….

LE just can’t take her without the consent of her lawyer. I would think that she had to agree. I pretty sure that LE has some kind of form that she sign. Otherwise this case is a mis-trial before a trial.
