It’s Easter Sunday, a day for Christians to reflect on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. And as I sit here with my thoughts, I am reminded of Matthew’s testimony of the ‘Feeding of 5000′ and the ramifications it’s had on the Obama Administration.

I think America’s greatest moral failure in my lifetime has been that we still don’t abide by that basic precept in Matthew that whatever you do for the least of my brothers, you do for me.” … the president continues … “There’s a pervasive sense, I think, that this country, as wealthy and powerful as we are, still don’t spend enough time thinking about the least of us.

And with that being said and the stroke of his pen, the president began to lead “His” people to the promised land.

To some, the takeover of one-sixth of our entire economy, and our health-care system in particular, may seem a good thing. After all, that’s what Jesus would do!

The American Oxymoron …

The first amendment has two clauses concerning religion. The first prevents the government from creating a state religion, forcing people to worship one particular way, and causing tax monies to flow only to that religious body. The second is critical because it absolutely makes modern, secularist notions of separation of church and state ideas illegal. It says that congress cannot pass any laws that prevent the free exercise of a persons personal religious beliefs.

“It came about as a choice, and not an epiphany. I didn’t fall out in church, as folks sometimes do. The questions I had didn’t magically disappear. The skeptical bent of my mind didn’t suddenly vanish. But kneeling beneath that cross on the South Side, I felt I heard God’s spirit beckoning me. I submitted myself to His will, and dedicated myself to discovering His truth and carrying out His works.” said Obama.

So “WE” ask,  did our president base recently passed government legislation on Socialist-Christian Liberation theology?

“I am a Christian, and I am a devout Christian. I believe in the redemptive death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I believe that faith gives me a path to be cleansed of sin and have eternal life. But most importantly, I believe in the example that Jesus set by feeding the hungry and healing the sick and always prioritizing the least of these over the powerful.” the president confirms.

Therefore, in essence, “WE” now MUST conclude; GOD Blessed America!”
