However, small nervous dogs who bark and warn you a stranger is nearby is a good thing to have, if backed up by a handgun that one knows how to use.

Personally, I don't know how to shoot a handgun, but my husband is always armed, because he used to make housecalls and often carried morphine along with his emergency medicine.</description>
