Encouraging signs from Venezuela: Many marched recently against leftist leader Hugo Chavez. By voting Chavez out, they could install what they call a more pro-democracy, pro-liberty president.
I’m really in no position to say whether Manuel Rosales will really be an improvement, but dissent in itself is a good thing, and a country can’t go much worse than Chavez.
