It does make you wonder why HaLeighs case is so different. If Misty did do something to HaLeigh would’nt it make sence that HaLeigh would be found by now if not that very morning?

I do hope that their is a Haleigh Law that will defiantly make this injustice and crime not be just another missing child’s case that goes cold. A case where another child is soon forgotten to be found 18 years later and still abused by the monster that took them.

Haleighs abduction from her bed in the middle of the night is the worst nightmare a child could have and a parent could wake to.

William “Cobra” Staubs was in court today after a Putnam County man filed a false imprisonment charge against Staubs in 2009.

Today, at the Putnam County courthouse, Staubs entered a no-contest plea to the lesser charge of battery and received one year of probation.

But one condition of the sentence bars Staubs from conducting any bondsman activity or investigation work in the 7th Judicial Circuit during the year, and that means he would not be able to investigate the Haleigh case in Putnam.

Sure does. His other legal issue was dropped (His 6/18/09 arrest for “Grand Theft” was dropped on 7/7/09, so essentially that went nowhere).

Cobra is now done with the legal system in Putnam County.

What if TC stupidly thinks he can pass a poly even though he may be guilty? Or his lawyer is telling him to take it because TC is lying, and his lawyer thinks he will pass it. TC doesn’t have a choice if that’s true. Isn’t it highly possible that MC does know something? She is the “KEY.” I really hope NG isn’t full of hot air, and comes through tonight.

the truck is owned by. No comment is the word on this. Marie: you need to be very careful of what
Diane knows about this issue. If she reports that the truck was Chad’s, and that they were his old
pipes, that would be extremely bad. DCF would most likely get involved, and Chad could get

The crack and crack pipe are referred to in emails between Kim P & Marie, and make it pretty clear that the crack belonged to Chad and/or Crystal.

So why did she say on the jailhouse video she doesn’t know anything and a few days later say she is going to tell what she knows and it will hurt two people? Isn’t that a lie because both statements can’t be true!

She said she didn’t care about Ron or his girlfriend and then turned around and said she loved him and he was “the one”….okay, which of those is true and which is the lie

She said she passed the LDT and then later on confessed she didn’t and that she had in fact failed it….so which is the truth and which is the lie because they can’t both be true.

She said she put a certain movie in but a different one was in the movie player….

I could go on and on and on and on but I’ll spare everyone the repeat of old news.

Because if Haleigh isn’t alive, God forbid, could this crew really have pulled it off for so long? So hard for me to believe.

And I agree, posting the possibility that the S/G side is involved can result in serious backlash/threats. I was one of the one’s being targeted by KP and her minions last year and it was not fun.

Personally, I don’t believe Misty is the key.

I highly doubt it…it was shortly after they separated, and right after she said it, Ron and his team obviously misunderstood and thought she had pointed the finger at his family and came out swinging til they realised their mistake.

While I think all sides need to be investigated to make sure all bases were covered in the search for Haleigh. I still believe Misty holds the info and believe we will one day find out the anwers were in Satsuma and more than likely drug related.

I can’t figure out the Ron angle either. Nothing he has said or done has made since. He’s either worked WITH LE to try and get info from Misty OR he knows what happened and is involved in the cover-up too. At least those are some of my theories.

I still think Misty knows something. You don’t lie beside of someone and then someone in the middle of the night comes in and abducts them without you knowing oh wait not laying beside her but in another bed a couple of feet away. Haleigh would have screamed or something .
I don’t think Ron had anything to do with it although I find it odd that he called her and told her about Donna Brock being under cover trying to find out info. Why would he do that?

If you go on Putnam County Clerk of Court, civil or family division, there are tons of court records and minutes w/ the constant back and forth b/w Ron and Crystal. Ron is usually the pursuer, trying to get full custody.

The judges seemed very leniant towards him, also.

Thats what I mean the total silence all at once. I have been doing alot of catching up though on facts. The truck that had the crack pipes in it on the Sheffield property belonged to a Jesse Watkins and not to any of the Sheffields or Griffis family. And they were found by Peggy Cone during the search of the property. Well I guess I will get caught up somemore until some news comes out bbl jmo

Luckily I landed on a very narrow path that led up to this neat dog house someone made. So I hung up my hammock and will stay put for a while - with my mouth shut for the most part except for popping in a chocolate or two.
