Crystal dropped out of school in 9th grade. When do you think she learned to perform CPR? I take it with an ocean of salt as the tale comes from the same motion that claims Crystal has her own house, car and a job. She soared to success a mere 2 weeks after blaming Ron for her unemployment, stealing her car, and missing her child’s doctor appointment.

Have you thought about trying Wellbutrin (generic name Bupropion)? Someone close to me quit without trying while taking the stuff for depression. He just started forgetting to smoke. I’ve heard of it being prescribed specifically for smoking cessation. I take it for depression, in spite of fears I had about possible side effects, and I’ve had zero problems with it.

That said, the majority of people here feel that LE has done the best they can do. We feel that there was not enough evidence left at the crime scene, hence, LE is puting the pressure on the families in other ways. Also, let’s not forget, the FBI is very much involved, and they are not small town, inexperienced individuals.

One of the reasons I’m so concerned about it, is that it’s happened before here. On the Caylee case a very disgruntled blogger came back under a different nic and impersonated a lawyer for quite a long time before her true identity was discovered. And all that time, she got SO MUCH ATTENTION because people were so happy to be able to talk with and ask questions of a “real lawyer.” I’m sure she got a big laugh out of making fools of everyone.
And that’s just one example. We’ve been “burned” before and it’s really a cruel trick to mislead people like that.

I wonder if you’ll ever, ever, ever see video of Ronald–at least of phone convos–as long as he’s in the Putnam County Jail. I don’t see them having a set-up so modern.

Btw, does anyone know if Putnam still has the rule that inmates can’t have any reading materials except those of a religious nature. That’s a pretty dumb rule, imho. Not a good way to promote literacy. ‘Course, literacy doesn’t keep the thug cops employed in the long run.

It is not that Ron escapes justice, its that PCSO has no interest in serving it properly.

Ron and his goon squad are not drug suppliers. PCSO didn’t bother to find out the names of the pill suppliers. Why did it take them 11 months to come up with this poorly executed sting? Even a lowlife like KP could get charges reduced. Except that none of the goons want her to rep them. But someone eventually will. The bonds will get lowered and charges reduced. Same as it ever was in Putnam County.

Crystal gets her pills from “friends” and “family.” As her lawyer informed the bar and all of us, she steals her pills from her kin a la Tommy and Hank. Like Tommy & Hank said in the jailhouse confessions, they been doing the same things for years and never got in trouble for it before HaLeigh got gone.

Crystal, bun in oven, leaves Jr and them other 2 brats at the farm with who-knows-what white trash, gets shipped to rehab. Ron gets to dry out in the county jail. All of this sh!t at taxpayers expense.

The kids are the losers here. I hope all the kids are removed from these sad excuses for family before another one is permanently scarred(or worse). As long as Crystal surrounds herself with the likes of Marie, Sarah, Chad and Marcus,she has no hope of getting off drugs and drink. I hope she will get straight and then get a high school diploma. It seems almost too much to ask that she learn to think like a responsible adult; or HORRORS, get a job and some self esteem. Only then will anyone besides Viva and Cryme respect her. Including her kids.

Hasn’t anyone learned anything been learned from HaLeigh’s disappearance? None of these people are fit for Fido.

Heck if I know shockwave,I was skimming through the posts and someone was upset about a hacker in thier emails and craigslist,which made no sense.And they kept saying they were leaving and not posting anymore,but kept posting.And they had inside info,but saying they didn’t and I was so dizzy trying to make sense out of it.Whew!LOL

And as far as all your other comments, I answered them all in my post….But just in case you didn’t understand, here it is again….”So, if I intentionally or unintentionally appeared to have an “inside source” leaking info., then I apologize, for that is certainly not the case. I think that I did get a little consumed and carried away in some of my post with trying to defend LE or PCSO, because one thing my friend did reveal to me was that they are working very hard to get to the bottom of this case, find Haleigh, and get this solved….Just me knowing that and how stressing this is for her and I am sure the others working on this case, probably lead me into other’s here thinking that I “knew stuff” in my efforts to try and defend not only her, but the entire PCSO.”

Never~the~less, for further explanation, in case that didn’t satisfy you, In my attempt to try and defend them (mainly my friend), I did post as though I may have had inside knowledge, no matter what my reasoning was, good or bad, it was wrong, and for that, I do apologize.

I don’t play the victim here at all, and in fact, believe I have take responsibility, but each to their own opinion. I’m not posting to defend myself or actions, but to apologize. Nothing more, nothing less.

As far as me working in or with LE, I do work in that capacity / field, elsewhere, which has no bearing on this case at all.

Okay, we’re MOVING!

I have to admit that I have always felt so sorry for Misty. I know people are rightfully angry with her because of her lack of “parenting” skills/responsibility with Haleigh & Junior. I really hated hearing about her hitting Junior in the car. However, she is a kid. Who has ever looked out for her interests? Her parents really let her down by not acting as methink’s mom did - advocate for your child. She has not been disciplined correctly - no awareness of consequences. I think 16 is too young to be with a 24 year old man. I think her “street smarts” and thug mentality were born out of hard knocks and not having ANYONE to trust. How sad. I actually felt sorry for her trusting the UC. She seems to cling to people being nice to her (Donna Brock, UC, Mom-in-law, et…) and people turn on her. I think in her life, sex and drugs are two things she can do and she gets some positive feedback from (so sick). Oh well - I pray she did not abuse/hurt Haleigh.

my mother was a very proud woman though and nobody was going to make her children feel less than the next child…she was very good at building up our self esteem in the face of poverty. ..and education was her biggest thing! thats all about that! I only brought it up to say that I can relate to the problems misty had in school..it’s very sad.

methinks, I don’t have the best memory but I think that M’s grandmother is the one who said that. And also said it was because M’s parents did not see to it that she attended school. So I think part of it was Lisa and Hank Sr’s doing - moving around and not seeing that M went to school even when she could.

Actually, personally, I think it’s all a bunch of malarky but if it’s true, then whoever it is at PCSO who is telling tales out of school should be rooted out. And so should MOO. IMO

This investigation does not need to be compromised by anything or anyone IMO.

I think the breaking is going to come, now, because that whole family is under tremendous worries and pressure. They know more than they are telling, and you can tell that by their little codes to each other in the tapes. Their saying don’t say anything, and all kinds of signs that mean keep your mouth shut. LE will keep arresting them on any charges they can, and the Croslin’s know this, until they give something up about Haleigh.

PCSO have conducted an awful investigation, imo…..they could not have made it more clear that they have nothing and need someone involved to talk in order to solve the case. So, the perps know that if none of them talk (assuming there is more than 1, and I’m not at all sure of that), they have gotten away with it.

If they have good reason to believe Misty is the key (and I’m not sure they do have good reason), then they should have tried different tactics with her in order to gain her trust. They threw her to the wolves, blamed their own failure to solve the case on her very very publicly, and she was only just 17. If she knows anything more than what she’s told (apart from perhaps not telling them the truth re being home all night), why would she tell? Why would she want to face charges on that as well as the drugs, when PCSO have made it clear that they have nothing on any of them, not even enough to charge them with lying to LE.

A fresh team of detectives have to look at this case.

I think they are still getting visits from family and being taped, but maybe they are just talking about the weather now (or their undies). The media might get the tapes and sees no reason to put them out because they are just so boring.

You made a good point about Ron’s comment in jail to his mother. If he said, “because I wish I knew where my daughter was,” the my daughter is off, but so is the was. He should have said is.

That is like the time he said, “I would give my life to have my daughter’s life back.”

IMO Haleigh could bruise easily. Turner’s impacts the heart and most people I know with heart issues bruise easily. Also, was she taking hormones, and in what form - pills or shots.

I cannot even imagine getting married right after my child went missing. I would not be able to go to amusement parks and smile and laugh and joke.

These people seem to be devoid of feelings. They just moved on as if nothing had happened.

And TN…well, I think she was trying to justify Ron getting married. She seems to justify everything he does, not matter what. Even drug trafficking, she’s got justification for him doing that.

I think TN went along with anything Ronald wanted, and didn’t question him, ever. And when things went wrong, it’s all Misty’s fault.

And I’ll tell you something: When I listened to that taped phone conversation of R and TN when she visited him in jail, something he said bothered me but I could not figure out what it was.

Now I know what bothered me:

When she asked him why he was crying he said, “Because I wish I knew where my daughter was.”

That was for show. It was an act because he knew the audio would be released. If he was for real he would have said, “Because I wish I knew where Haleigh was.”

I would say “my daughter” when talking to strangers, but I would use my child’s name when speaking with family. It doesn’t sound like much, but think about it for a minute.

And maybe I heard it wrong, but it sounded to me like TN at the jail when she visited Ron was calling M “that little witch”. Did I hear wrong?

I do not believe anything anyone claims someone else told them anymore. If I see a video with the person saying it, I will believe they said it. Not necessarily that it is true, but that they in fact said it. I do not believe much of what LP claims people told him. Or AH. There are so many things being said it is hard to know what is rumor and what is not anymore. The case is confusing enough without all that.

As for the photo of the bruise on Haleigh’s arm, I have seen that. I also saw some photos of bruises on Junior’s leg that Crystal claimed was where he had been disciplined with a stick. The bruises were consistent with that, though I don’t know if it was, in fact, a stick that caused them.

I believe the kids were hit. I believe their needs were not priority in that home.
