Don’t forget that she was on a 3-day binge and when she returned home, Ron made her babysit which caused her to be very angry and they fought! Look at cases similar to this and I say Misty gave her a pill to knock her out while she stepped out down the street to a party while Ron was at work, and when she got back Haleigh was dead. She needed help with the body and was freaking out, so she went to her brother for his help and his silence. So Tommy had to tell Joe since they were together and could use his help dumping the body. That is why there is no blood or dna found when the police searched the home. Remember this theory and see if I am right on this! Misty - murder and Tommy and Joe were accessory to this crime, with their help and involvement disposing of the body. This is why Misty is keeping so quiet and failing all the lie detector tests! She knows the finger points right back at her and like she said there are 2 people that will get hurt out of this! Also, there was the same rope in Tommy’s garage, matching the exact length of the rope that was found in the river. Shows me that they grabbed a few things from the garage before they got to Misty’s place!

As a parent there is no way that Ron or Tommy could ever murder a child! Misty is young with no children of her own, and Ron’s children were just holding her back from going out and having fun. Can’t you see the pics out there now of Misty smiling and saying to herself - Haleigh is gone yipppeee!

Why did she not call the police? Obviously she wanted to give Tommy and Joe time to dispose of the body, so waited till Ron got off work and acted as if she just noticed Haleigh missing! Haleigh’s disappearance has been all lies and nothing will change my verdict!

Yes that is 25 yrs per charge but if found guilty of more than one she can be sentenced to serve them concurrently….thus 25 years total. I doubt she would be sentenced to serve consecutive as a first offender; however, FL is really going to start cracking down on prescription drug trafficking since Dec 2009.

############# I agree about ronald, he has managed to avoid consequenses for much of his adult life judging from his past criminal record…..and as for Misty, well I too wonder if she will be able to understand the proceedings. I hope her attorney can help her understand what she is up against. 25 plus years is a very long time. I don’t think she is seeing the big picture here.

She knows what happened, but I don’t think she is responsible for Haleigh’s death. In light of everything I’ve heard and seen over the past couple of months, Ronald truly sees himself as untouchable. Whatever he did to his daughter, he thought he could get away with it because his mother is a police dispatcher (bahahaha!). Even now he’s trying to play “big guy,” while he’s facing 25 years in prison. Bragging about getting Misty put away… uh, yeah, but isn’t he in jail, too?

He and his mother have an ODD relationship. I think that she knows what happened, too.

The Croslins are too stupid to figure out 10% of $100K. If they can’t do that, they can’t cover a crime to the point that NO ONE could find any clues.

The truth– Misty knows it. But the fallout will blow back on Ronald when she tells it. And she will tell it. Her parents want to “load up the truck and move to Beverly…Hills that is… swimming pools… movie stars.”

God help Cali when those ‘necks hit the state line. Wonder if Rhinestone Cowboy Padilla will put them up in his pad for a couple weeks til the ne’er-do-wells find jobs. (As IF… ha!)

If Misty hasn’t spoken out yet about Haleigh I don’t think she ever will only because I don’t think she really holds the KEY to the disappearance of Haleigh.
I think the real person who knows SO MUCH MORE is
TOMMY (aka DUMBO).

He is a liar, thief and drug addict. I’m not saying that Misty isn’t a drug addict but HE is the person they should be grilling!!!!
