Videos from the February 2, 2010 Misty and Tommy Croslin SJCO jail visits were released last week. WSKY is in the process of converting the files for public viewing. This could take some time, so please check back often. At the same time, we are adding more videos.
Tommy and Misty Croslin were arrested January 20, 2010, on drug trafficking charges along with Ronald Cummings, Hope Sykes and Donna Brock.
Ronald Cummings is the father of missing Satsuma girl Haleigh Cummings who disappeared February 10, 2009 while under the care of Misty Croslin.
Police say the two cases are separate, but they will take full advantage of this situation to interview these suspects to see what they know about the night Haleigh vanished.

I didn’t realize just how selfish Tommy is in her recent jail video. Telling his wife to save the tax money and don’t spend any just in case he can bond out. He needs to stay there. She needs to get far away from the Croslin clan to give her children some normalcy in life. Lindsay and her kids are in my prayers. Tommy will not get bond. He has more charges from the 111 address waiting to be added to his other charges as soon as he may consider bonding if given the opportunity. It won’t happen!! Just MOO always dt
I can clearly see the love that they have for one another. Tommy is the weakest link, if there is to be some breaking, he’ll hold and pop himself with hammer.
Did yall see the part where he told lindsy not to be waving at misty and called misty a little liar? and he seemed very willing to accept if LP wanted to bond him out. IMO if he were out, then it would make misty want out too and then she might talk. Just my opinion. I feel really bad for lindsy and the kids. They will be in my prayers.
What can I say? I am now in diabetic shock with all the LOVE LOVE LOVE that these jerks are sending to each other.

ur point? yes they maybe be poor but atleasts they have love for one another.so what lindsei took their son to the jail,it is what it is..as for poppa’s glasses so what he thinks he’s cool atleast he’s their to see his daughter.as for the car n money income tax money is gonna get them a car and whats wrong w/ a one bd.rm.apt. 425.00 a month?

I am blown away,I swear I feel bad for Lindsey and her kid’s!She does love him though it made me mad to hear him say not to spend anything! Knowing they are hungry! I swear I wiish I could help her,she is the one out of the entire bunch whose worried abiut her kids!

I don’t care about these losers or what happens to them.(and I do mean all of the PLAYERS) I pray that Lindsey’s family steps in and save these children from this dysfunctional mess. It’s the only chance they have to survive! I would take my grandchildren and run if it meant their safety. Yes, I’ve done this and finally won legally. Yes it’s hard but don’t let a child’s life be destroyed because of a parent who is dysfunctional because of alcohol or drugs. The children are innocent.

How sad. It’ a shame how using bad judgement can hurt so many people. That broke my heart. I had a lump in my throat the entire time watching those videos.
I know they broke the law, but unless they had something to do with Haleigh’s abduction, this could make things so much worse. Misty & Tommy need some serious help. If they are innocent of any wrong doing with Haleigh, sending them to prison is just going ruin a lot of lives. A hardcore treatment plan is what they need.
They are so young and the odds were stacked against them from the beginning.
stormgardner, that is so true. If Misty is innocent with Haleigh she has flat been abused for 11 months before the drug bust. This case has shown the best and worst of humanity. Some have hearts of gold for Haleigh and some seem to enjoy the misfortune and heartache of others.
There are some things a parent posess by instinct; usually centers itself around nuturing and welfare of the children. As can be seen here it doesn’t leave when a child reaches maturity, and often lasts until the grave. Mothers’ have several innate qualities that generally dominate the entire life and character of a child; where the mother fails, the father figure kicks in. It’s nature’s ( or God’s) design for all of us.
I’m 61 years old, and I remember my father’s eyes. He spoke with those eyes. You never escaped his eyes.
In my OPINION – Hank Croslin wears the sunglasses to disguise his true feelings and the ruse he is engaged in with his children; the ruse being ” you need to spill the beans about the circumstances concerning Haleigh and come clean right now”. I think Hank has admitted to hisself that both of his ‘kids’ are totally fubar’ed and complete societal f-ups; his true sympathy lies in finding H… and allegence to his children, when it is very likely they know something, has waned. What you see from Tommy and Misty both is about DRUGS. Hank lost his kids to DRUGS long ago. Hank is indeed trying to salvage the only way he knows how.
On a personal level I wish I could slowly tortue to a painful death every single drug dealer that walks this earth. I wish the same for users. Neil Young “…every junkie is like a setting sun…” I lost a long battle with drugs myself; burying a child that never knew what life really is, is sad. But I got to admit, it was a relief as well. ‘No more tears.’

i found your post to be a different perspective about hank than i have heard so far. and different from some of what i have been thinking. i really appreciated reading it. .and then i read your last paragraph. well now i realize you understand and know things.
i could tell hank is broken hearted about his family’s problems and his own situation. there are times i think hank is the one person trying to make this horrible situation the best it can be for all of them. but, sometimes i have not been so sure, what he is trying to do.
i wish the state would give both lisa and hank treatment if they would be willing for their own drug use problems. lisa is on probation and is being drug tested already. maybe if hank could get clean somehow, he could be more help to his self and his children.
tommy seemed so hopeless. he is looking and sounding better now. i and others kept saying all his comments are selfish. i really think the selfish comments were/are on purpose and designed to keep lindsay feeling bullied into continuing to take care of him. he really is very afraid of loosing her. possibly that is what tommy feels is the only way to keep her?
i was wondering if tc stays in jail/prison long enough and not in population, would it give him a chance to be free of drugs. a real second chance at living life drug free?
i was not thinking that misty was lost to drugs like you said above. i thought she was lost and went into drugs. if you are right and she too could stay off of drugs for long enough…
i don’t even know what to say about what happened to your child’s life from drug addiction. i am so sorry for what happened to your child. as a parent, i am so very sorry for your loss. i will say a prayer. sincerely ms. p.

I think Hank says he has back pain. But ya know a family member of mine has had spinal surgery which consisted of removal of 4 disc in his neck and 3 in the lower part of his back now it is metal plates and screws. He works everyday and doesn’t not take pain Meds.
So Hank could get clean if he wanted too. Maybe Hank got on pills when he first hurt his back and now he doesn’t even know how much pain he is in do too always being Medicated. He might not be in great deal of pain after all.
Tommy is not going to get clean I think they are Medicating him in Jail. Poor Lindsy.
