I know everyone has been whining that WSKY 97.3 and BNN has been sitting on these tapes for a week, but, they are not easy beasts to deal with. I do have one tape ready to go. It has a play time of 26 minutes and is a visit to Tommy Croslin by his father Hank Croslin and Tommy’s wife Lindsey. This first section only covers the first 7 minutes. I apologize for the poor video quality, but that is what happens when you compress a huge video file into something that can be streamed online. The video is for the most part irrelevant, the audio is is in great shape.
There are many conclusions that can be drawn from this recording. The family is in disarray.
Please understand that we are not trying to frustrate our readers, this is just the way that the technical challenges are panning out.
Tommy Croslin does point out that he is “No damn drug dealerâ€. It also would appear that Tommy’s wife might have received some money and he asks Hank to make sure that Lindsey does not spend it before she bonds him out!
Does any of this help in the search for Haleigh Cummings? NO. But it does add some background to this completely dysfunctional family.

It’s plain to see there are many members of this family who are addicted to drugs.
If prescription pain meds were not so readily available it would be something else.
I have a theory about the night Haleigh went missing.
I think Misty was so tired and drugged out that she went to bed and to sleep. When the brother came to the trailer, she was drugged out.I think Misty didn’t want to deal with the kids that night and she gave Haleigh something to keep her quiet. Haleigh probably had a reaction to the meds and died. Misty propped open the door so she could get Haleigh,out of the house, put her in the dumpster until she could go get to a vehicle to remove her from the area. (dogs hit at dumpster).
Sat there and waited for Ron to come home and played like someone had taken her.I haven’t ever read anything on what Misty was wearing when Ron got home? Was she in night clothes? Or was she fully dressed?
If I got out of bed and saw one of my children was missing, I wouldn’t take the time to get fully dressed to go look for them.
Another thing, didn’t someone say the van was not parked where it was last seen.?
Just a thought.

L: “THey wouldn’t rent to them…our lovely last name…”
L;”I’m scared out of my mind…you’re supposed to be here to protect me….
