Good for Misty. I seen her crying and was thinking “never let the ones who put you there see you cry never let them own that much of you, swing back and tell the bleepers off” After a month or so and no new leads and no results finally the same old song and dance will sputter out for Putnam LE and hopefully new eyes and minds will take over, and bring this child home.

I bet when the truth comes out it turns out to be Nay Nay and Ronalds Ex-Girfriend Amber Brooks. My theory is that Nay Nay came over to Misty’s after Ron Left for work. Nay Nay wasn’t allowed there when Ron was at home. Nay takes Amber who couldn’t stand Misty for stealing her man to Misty’s trailer. Not to mention Misty posted on her face book I got your man and I’ll get your baby too. That right there sets a motive for revenge well plotted out. Considering Nay Nay was with Misty and White Boy Greg on the three day weekend drug and sex spree sounds like someone, three persons were conspiring to do some damage control to Misty. The 3 Nay Nay, Amber and White Boy show up at 10 that night. When Misty says she went to be. She probable did go to bed after one of the three slipped something in her drink that would knock her out. Something tells me it was Amber’s idea to take Haliegh. They went out the back door so they wouldn’t be seen by neighbors going out the front. Question is did Haliegh wake up and see Nay Nay and walk out the back door with the trio. Did they take the child to some remote area and feed her the drug and wait for the child to die. Who ever did this arranged for it to look like a break in to create a story of an abduction or to set up a family member to draw suspicion off of the three. Misty could have woke up from what ever she was given and seen the back door open and the child missing. By the time she came too and started looking for the child and called Ron he was already pulling in the drive way.
Keep in mind Amber was with Ron until Misty came on the scene and scooped Ron away from her. There was alot of hate running in Ambers veins. It appears in 2008 Amber Brocks mother had charges brought against her from asulting Misty. Not to mention on the weekend of Feb. 5-8 the weekend of Misty’s wild weekend her and Amber got into it prety heavy that weekend.
Amber Brooks Ronald Cummings ex girlfriend is related to Crystal Sheffield. Hummm, does that draw Crystal into the puzzle? Did Amber deliver Haliegh to Crystal and from there the child was picked up by a relative in another state? Did Amber and Nay Nay go back to the trailer and tell Misty that they had been to a party and that she passed out and Haliegh got into her oxycotton and died and that White Boy Greg placed the child in the trunk of the car and disposed of her in a creek. Claiming that they drove Misty and Junior back to the trailer before ROn got off work? One thing I don’t understand is why Jr. doesn’t say anything about being at a party. Perhaps there never was a party. White Boy Greg went in first and had his fling on the couch with misty and drugging her in the process. Leaving the two parties waiting outside to come in and get the child. No blood at the crime scene, no evidence to prove it was a break and enter. Starting to sound more like a parent abduction.
Sure makes for an intersting soap opra.

I’m a new poster here but I have been OBSESSED with this case from day one and have read every comment posted here about this case also.
OK – I hate to admit this but I did watch “The Rude Witch of the West” Nancy Grace last night in hopes that something new would be reported, and I heard something quite interesting in the conversation Ron had with Teresa N.
First he was explaining to her why he could not work with/for LE any longer because he was so recognizable now. I took this to mean that he had in the past been working with them as in a “narc”?? Also, when Teresa said “you just made some really bad choices, but I understand your motive – you had to keep it up to “find Haleigh”. This comment was not discussed at all, which is no big surprise considering it was NG!! Ron knew and even commented to TN that EVERYTHING said was recorded, so what’s the REAL story here?
Ron & Teresa also discussed something about “one of the 2 of them will crack” and tell what they know because they know more than they have told already……I’m assuming he’s referring to Tommy & Misty.
All this just brings up more questions – was all Ron conversation “just for show”? because he knew it was being recorded? Where will this circus end? Certainly not with a happily ever after.

I like the theory. I even wrote a series of articles about the possiblility that the senario of the 3 (Misty, WBG, & Nay-Nay’s party weekend) was set up to make Misty look bad ala Black Snake Moan.
One throw-back I’ve found is how would WBG have sex with or hang out for very long without leaving a fingerprint or DNA evidence? Especially if on a couch (Sex). Nay-Nay’s fingerprints/hair/etc could easily be explained as Misty’s BFF. If AMber was involved, she never came in or only for mere seconds.

In my opinion the current phone calls and visits are all for show.They all know now,most of it is being aired on t.v.I noticed conversations changed as to what is said and how it’s being said.I don’t think people or L.E. are as stupid as these idiots in jail think.A lot of the previous audio that has been released was redacted for the investigation.I firmly believe that both Ron and Misty do know something as to what happened to Haleigh,whether it be before,during or after the fact.I Do not believe Ron is helping find Haleigh by pretending to be a part of any investigation or anything else.I believe he did what he did because that is what he does to make money and and obtain the drugs he wants for himself.It’s sickening to see all these poor excuses for him every time he gets caught with his hand in the cookie jar,and you know what else?I actually wonder if all these other people making excuses for him are any better than him,Misty and the rest of the losers mixed up in this case.It seems to me ,it’s time to stop defending these people and make more of an effort to find out:just who did what to Haleigh,it’s not about them for Gods sake.It’s Haleigh that missing.There’s not one of them that deserve any positive attention in my opinion until the answers are clear as to what happened to Haleigh and who the responsible person or persons are .I refuse to feel sorry for anyone at this point,because more and more is coming out and seems to me ,someone,anyone that could have possibly known about these drug problems and allowed these children to be subjected to dangers of something happening to either of them:such as ,WHERE IS HALEIGH?.It makes me angry,it sickens me and I hope anyone and everyone involved will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

You all may think I’m crazy but I don’t think Misty knows anything about what happened to Haleigh for a couple of reasons:

Misty was higher then a kite and off in spaceland in a black-out the night she went missing. I’m not talking the right or wrong of drugging and drinking. Any information about that night isn’t registered on her brain. Her brain is Fried. She does think like a child herself when she thinks magically her problems will go away. She thinks if she feels she’s telling her truth she’ll be set free. She believes what she says when they find Haleigh everyone will know she had nothing to do with it. She had nothing to do with it because she wasn’t in this reality. She was out in Space on drugs. The Right or wrong is not the issue for me. She did break the law dealing drugs and she was negligent with the babysitting. She is a teenager who is severely drug damaged. If I was guilty of harming that child I would be keeping my mouth shut and sweating out the fear of never getting out of jail. Innocent people aren’t afraid.
