People, Misty was all of 16 when she took up with Teflon Ron, and even in this drug case he was in the backround and used her as a drug mule for the first few sales, then he thought it was safe and finally started dealing with the undercover officer himself! He is not some poor workin Joe who happend to have his little girl kidnapped, he is some who brought this right into his little girl’s life!

And who is this Jeff Hardy,Hardie?? But he says this and he says that, does he work for the Sheriff’s department and is he a friend of Teresa N’s?

I could see that the mafia idea sounds believable too. That would be why they aren’t saying a word about Haleigh and such. That could be why they were working their tails off to get the drug money to pay their debt. But really- couldn’t Ron have sold his truck,sold any/all jewelry,guns, gotten help from family to pitch in because I would def. help my family if that were the case. Couldn’t he have talked to Crystal and have taken that donation money to get Haleigh? I could understand that if this were the case,then they can’t involve the police. If this was so, they are in big trouble now not being able to pay that debt, being locked up in jail. Maybe that is why everyone seems so vague about it all. Noone knows nothing because if they talk it will kill Haleigh? Could be possible, but sounds so much like the movies. I guess that kind of thing does happen in real life though. I hope it is easier than that. I hope she is found safe and unharmed

I can tell you he is human, he has feelings, he loves his daughter and his son. I can guarantee you he keeps up with what is going on with them. Maybe he just doesn’t think the world needs to scrutinize him about it. So all he gave on this one is a little dung.

I do agree! I do feel if Misty gets out now! She will go use again! Not sell or what should i say do anyone a favor! But i do beleive she will get her fix!

My sister after she got busted with meth got outta treatment and that was the first thing she did when we got her back to town was go meet up with one of her friends.

It wasnt until she got back into jail that she wa able to quit and thats cuz she sat 6 months, got her GED, and has now been clean for a better 3 years!

ANyway, I think it’s normal to want your basic limit of items. Just find it a little humorous that tough guy has such issues with underwear.

Jail is a horrible place. The most simple, everyday things we all take for granted are denied or cost something.

I do blame Hank Sr and Lisa for being such POS that they can’t help their kids now - not that they ever did. And I blame T for putting his family in this awful situation.

But I can’t blame any inmate for asking for help to communicate or stay clean or other basic things. Obviously Monster Anthony’s taking that to new limits gorging on all the treats that others pay for but that’s the other end of the limit. Not what any of the people in this case are doing - so far as I can see right now.

Also, him try to look and act tough then asking about new boxers because he has delicate sensibilities, is kind of funny.
MEN in prision will laugh at him. (Not trying to be funny)

This bothers me about ALL inmates. They all seem to think that just because they’ve gotten caught breaking laws & serious offenses, that their family members are supposed to come rushing to their aid. Misty knows her family’s situation. She knows they can’t afford ANY phone calls and not much commissary. It’s unfair of ALL of them to tax Timmy & family just because he still cares about them. Rather self-centered, the THREE of them…

I can understand LE taping all calls and visits for their own purposes. I can understand the state releasing calls to the public as part of the process of releasing discovery material DURING a prosecution.

I do not see any purpose at all in releasing to the public the calls/visits that prisoners have with friends and family. Jail is bad enough. Being investigated and taped by LE is bad enough. Having all or parts of such conversations released during a prosecution is bad enough. I think it’s over the top to releas such things (like this at this point in time) to the mobs; to be held up to public ridicule for things that most likely do not have anything to do with the case. It’s up to LE to decide that and use what parts are pertinent accordingly. It is none of our business. JMO

Lots of very dangerous people had others fooled. THat’s part of why they are so dangerous. No one suspects them, at least at first. (Genralized statement about previous known violent offenders & murderers)

What Tobias was trying to say is that it’s very common for inmates to do this. They are not allowed more than 4 pair, so they would have to wear each pair 2 days UNLESS, they washed them out in the sink. If sone so with 2 pair he would still wear 1 pair for 2 days (since he’d have to anyway) and wash the other pair on day 1 and by morning of day 3, they would certainly do dry. Boxers dry very very fast.

And of course you’re entitled to your opinion. But it’s very apparent that you do not like it when I express a different one. I’m entitled to mine too.

And an example of “kicking” is assuming his drawers will dry overnight. Probably not. And his cell mate could take them. Who knows? Oh, of course. Tobias knows all. Excuse me.

I remember TN saying on the Today Show that maybe M knows something or doesn’t realize she knows something - that’s exactly what LE has been saying. So how can she be faulted for that?

Ron’s call. totally relaxed & confident. Angry about being told he couldn’t have the necklace after “guard” said he could. Suddenly doesn’t want to talk anymore. Maybe didn’t want to say something rash.

Misty’s calls 1 & 2. “Get me out, get me out, get me out!” Freaking out, a lot of crying, Cobra, Cobra, Cobra

THen there’s a change in her demeanor on call 3. Like someone had a sit down talk with her about not freaking out & keeping her cool. Resignation to prision. Still thinks Ron & family are “with” her. SHe’s tough now too.

Calls 3,4, & 5. Similar to 3. Resignation about going to prision. Claims of getting her life together either while in prision or out. Complaints about lock-down. (Standard procedures) Staying strong

Call 6. Total 180. Crying again, told about TN’s statements to the press. Talks about a plea deal and how Fields won’t let Cobra bail her out (Padilla style). Moving to MA when she is able. Talks about only getting probation. Previous conversation #3 she told Timmy that this would only happen if she gave them “what they wanted”. What do they want? Info on Haleigh. Complainst about jail facilitiy & treatment (standard procedure).

It’s no accident that M & T are being held at that facility….Divide & conquer

Also, wasn’t it reported that he was writing a letter to Crystal - although we are not sure if it’s bio-mom or a cousin/sister or someone?

And if GGma Sykes does not have visitation, how’s she supposed to know how Jr is?

I’m not surprised they sound different. One reason is that even if R felt the way M seems to he’s got his macho image to keep up, right?
He’s not going to act like a crybaby in front of his fellow jail-mates or in front of the world. Remember he said he wasn’t afraid of going to prison? Lots of “tough guys” say that. Now he’s “proving” it. Whether it’s sincere or not I don’t know.

I could not figure out what he meant by chain when I listened to the tapes yesterday.

A light bulb just went off for me! LOL He meant necklace, right? I never heard anyone call a necklace a chain.

Anyway, Ron is in jail. He does not need a “chain.” He’s not at a party!

Made me LOL! It’s not like Ron is working up a sweat in manual labor as in a job requiring physical labor!
