We will be running our regular radio program on Sunday Jan 31 at 3pm central. The major focus will be the events in both the Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases.
It has been a busy week in both cases. The Putnam County ‘Adams Family’ continues to take advantage of the ‘all expenses paid’ vacation that PCSO extended to them. But even behind bars they still manage to get into trouble. Tommy Croslin managed to rack up more ‘Frequent Felon’ points this week, adding to his growing list of problems is the whole deal with stealing the blind mans gun.
Part of the extended Adams Family is Donna Brock. Donna seems to be in her own world of hurt. Her involvement with Misty Croslin appears to have had some unfortunate repercussions on both her and potentially Tim Miller’s TES group. Donna Brock was the well heeled friend that Tim Miller bankrolled to the reported tune of $3000 to take Misty for a vacation to Orlando. But is Donna Brock ‘well heeled”? The authorities do not seem to think so. A court appearance has been set, I don’t do legal jargon, but here is my definition. They are trying to figure out exactly who she is, what she owns, and where she lives! OH, and icing on the cake, if what she does own came from illegal means.
I along with many others assumed that now Law Enforcement had this merry band of miscreants behind bars they would start bartering with them. Lowering their potential for long term incarceration. I was wrong, it appears that they are still increasing the pressure.
Over on the Caylee Anthony case there was also some interesting developments this week. Casey Anthony plead guilty to the check fraud charges. This was hardly a surprise, it seemed like neither the prosecution not the defense could see any mileage in a protracted court case on the subject.
Was there a winner? Yes, this scored points for the prosecution. Andrea (I have never lost a death penalty case) Lyons will not be able to argue that Casey has a clean record. A statement that she would have loved to use in the penalty phase of this case if Casey is found guilty.
Jose Baez and the rest of the defense dwarfs team continue their mission of putting the blame on anyone but Casey. It is interesting that their tactic is to prove someone else did it, rather than their client did not do it. Having exhausted the ‘Zanny the nanny’ avenue and the Grund family they are now honing in on Roy Kronk.

I hope folks realize that you and T. J. Hart broke the jail move story before main stream media!

So, to sum up in a nutshell where we are - and please correct me if something is wrong:
R, M, T, H, and DB are in jail on drug charges(R now transferred to Putnam County)
M has been talking - telling LE about T’s thefts.
LE has been talking to T’s wife, Lindsey, and has discovered stolen items in their home (with Lindsey’s permission).
So T now has additional charges of theft newly added to his list.
Is that about it? Not counting our continued interest in DB’s real situation or role (past or present).
Looking forward to the show, Simon and Jan. You will have alot of new information to talk about. I want to get some of your inside details on all of this.
I’m sure glad that I was never accused of a crime because my ex was bashing me all over town. None of it was true. I think that anyone who has ever been in a relationship will realize that an ex is liable to say almost anything, especially if they feel they have been wronged in some way.
If Cronk planted the body with the intent for it to be discovered, he sucked at it. Three tries before LE was even interested, and that was because he went in amongst the snakes (ha!) to find out if it was actually there.

From what I read on the PCSO arrest report, Misty told them about seeing things in the house that she thought Tommy had stolen. They asked Tommy’s wife, and she said she didn’t know of anything, but she allowed LE to search.
IMHO Once Lindsy became aware that items in the house were identified as stolen items from a local BNE she began to fear that information maybe given regarding other BNE’s she made the move to report the other items thus freeing her from culpability of having them in her possession knowingly.
IMHO she knew exactly where they came from and would not of turned them in until she believed she ran a risk of being found with them, MANIPULATION

Why did she flip on Tommy so easily? She could have said I dont know anything about it just like Lindsy did. She could be throwing Tommy under the bus so she looks like she cooperating
with LE. What if her finger prints show up on some of the stuff? jmo
I was just browsing the other sites and saw someones comment and I hadnt thought about it but never realized Ron cant receive calls so he called the reporter. Did anyone else get the idea that the reporter called him like I did.

I have heard reports in the media about Inmates receiving calls… which I thought how can that be. But I sorta remember hearing at the Co Jail I worked at that it was by special permission/emergency. Probably would have to contact Inmate Services to find out.
I relize These people are on drugs,an may make a living off them. I have helped many get help,or dry out.I will always believe unless found different.That Misty was exausted from her weekend,Ron was still upset with her,thats whey he called so many times.On the night he was working.She got tired of fussing,an went to bed.I am under a DR,an take strong medication.So when i go to sleep ,i sleep deep-sonic boom wouldnt wake me lol. I hold no weight in the Nancy Grace. At first I wondered if the woman has a pathological lying issue, then I realized worse, she does it for ratings. When they were discussing Haleigh Cummings and one of Nancy Grace’s “Specialist” said Ronald and Misty lied when they said they looked under the beds because the beds were on the floor. Everyone knows there was a 2nd Bdrm where the kids bids were off the floor. Her show is littered with bias sensationalism and false reports. Dr.Jillian Glass says what Nancy wants her to say, it’s all about money. The other specialist said Ronald was suspicious when he told 911 his daughter was “stolen” what was he suppose to say? “Help get some one here quick some one has borrowed my daughter”
There all so full of BS I hope no one actually believes they are giving an accurate account of events. JMHO

That was very well-expressed. I’d like to add some more.
I was surprised to see Pat Brown on the show. I really respect and appreciate Ms. Brown because of her illuminating article on Munchausen’s Syndrome, on the True TV website.
But I think when NG cut her off she may have been about to qualify or explain her remarks about her opinion of Ron.
It’s like she teases back and forth, playing on people’s emotions. We’re all waiting with bated breath to hear what the experts make of Ron and his behavior. Will they convince her to stick by him? Will she throw him to the wolves? (Stay tuned til next week–-that is, forever.
One guest expert calls him a psychopath and the other says that he “lacks Big Picture Thinking.” Hmmm. That second one doesn’t sound too bad, does it? But I guess I’ll have to go read the psychology books on that one, because I’m wondering if I’d find out that one doesn’t necessarily preclude the other! Or it may refer to a “differential diagnosis” issue. (I understand that refers to where two problems or disorders can look like the same thing and how to tell the difference: For example: hypervigilance vs. paranoia.) (This is just my understanding of what that means.)
She let the other expert talk, and she was *appearing* to rebut Ms. Brown with what she said, (at least that was my initial impression), but then NG didn’t let Ms. Brown comment or rebut. That doesn’t even sound like courtroom procedure.
Ron’s use of that particular word “stole” is something that would be noticed. I think I have some idea of what the issue there is, but I am not qualified to comment on it. These people are trained to notice word choices. (And of course even the experts sometimes disagree about what a particular word or phrase choice really means.) But we see the result. Some Ron-supporters are indignant that he’s being picked on–no chance to explain the issue; and others are upset that Ms. Brown couldn’t get a word in.
The funny thing is, I’ll bet some of the ones who are sensitive about Ron thought the remark about how it was significant that he said his daughter was “stolen,” thought this was a comment favorable to him. Apparently you didn’t take it that way. A good example of the type of thing to watch for. She’s playing both ends against the middle, hedging her bets. But I think the net effect of the whole show was that more people perceived that Ron “won.” I could be wrong but that’s how it looks to me. And she did get the interview, didn’t she?
I can think of a lot of words. And they all start with ‘d.’

Nancy Grace is a drama queen, but I think she cares.
I kind of feel sorry for lyndsey (Tommys wife) If I’m not mistaken, she ie a nursing student. Thats hard work. I remember when I studied nursing back in 1993/94 It was very hard. I too had small children at home, but I didn’t have all the other illegal activity going on in and around my home. She’s trying to better her life, and the lives of her children. I hope she makes it, and I hope she is finally able to get Tommy out of her life once and for all.
I still say that mr.&Mrs.Cumming are both in on
her death. They probley beat her and she had marks on her. So he must of planned this out so when he gets home from work lets plan out this story.That’s why they got merried. And the mother of his 2 kids mr. cumming got her to do drugs. And how come he did nothing to the boy. If somebody is going to take your child and there is another one there they would take him to. What about the foot prints to the back yard and in the house?

I think it’s really interesting the way one can flip-flop on that question. I certainly have. And you could be right about her being a Drama Queen type. The thing about psychological jargon is there will always be some other thing that looks like what you think it is, but is something very different. For instance, you might believe someone is paranoid when they are actually in a state of hypervigilance.
Whatever it is with her, I will say I really don’t like the way she does her show.

Alethea, I think Nacy Grace is rude, and if I were one of her regulare guests, She would only treat me the way she does one time. I love the way Mark Negame stood up to her. He was great! He really called her out on her rude, interrupting ways and she, for once didn’t get the last word….wellshe did but by that time, nobody cared.
