You captured what I was trying to do in this book perfectly.  The way you change your perspective and change negative energy into positive is to ask: "What could this problem be doing FOR me?"  That helps you see the 'good in the bad' and helps you stand in the others' shoes. Isn't that the basis for compassion...something that is missing in this world of bullying, anger, revenge and extreme positions. Our kids need help to find a better way to cope.  Understanding not not excusing however. Each person is responsible for his own acts...young or old...we must own our behavior. Understanding stops repetition.</description>
