How is a family’s story of blessing, love, and triumph supposed to be a “downer?”

I’m thrilled they are telling this story; it certainly will not spoil my fun, and from what I hear from many others, it won’t be spoiling their fun either.

Even if abortion itself is discussed, it wouldn’t spoil anything. Reality doesn’t disappear just because it’s ignored. To brush away the reality of millions of murdered children just to “have fun” is like -”fiddling” while Rome burns, or Germans, compassionlessly partying while Jews were slaughtered.

I’d rather face reality and try to help, no matter what else is going on. Set the beer down and think!

I have not seen the ad either but if it mentions or references abortion what a DOWNER!

I know the Super Bowl has millions of viewers but they’re supposed to enjoying a game!
And a lot of the viewers aren’t even going to be sober!

So I don’t question the right to air such a message but the placement? During the Super Bowl? Thanks so much for spoiling everyone’s fun.
I’d fire the ad agency just for that. JMO.

Hey, I don’t particularly like sitting with my 14 year old son and seeing adds about Viagra, Condoms, Personal Lubricants, etc., but they are free to advertise their products whether we like it or not. To me, THAT is more offensive then someone telling their story about not having an abortion and the outcome. COMPLETELY protected under the Constitution and these women’s rights groups need to get in touch with REAL women and quit saying they speak for all of us because they DON’T! Like it or not, everyone has a right to speak their mind and tell their story and if they can afford the ad that is their business. Whether you believe in abortion or not, you have to support the constitution!
