The news has been breaking fast tonight. We are still trying to figure out what is going on. We do know that several people are in jail, and that they are accused of serious drug trafficking crimes.
For the past while we have been slammed with questions concerning the situation of Misty Croslin, Hank Croslin, and Ronald Cummings, according to the PCSO web site they are no longer in custody. That is true, my sources now have them in a different county I am being told St Johns.
There is a big question in my mind about the Donna Broch(k) mentioned in the press release. Well folks, I can tell you that yes, this is the same Donna Brock that took Misty Cummings off for a vacation in Orlando that Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch (TES) bankrolled. Miller has been somewhat cagey talking about Donna Brock, it is not clear if she was acting as an employee or a volunteer at the time. However he does admit that it was his money that paid for the adventure.
At $250,000 in bond, I would say this lady has a problem.
There have been some stories swirling aroung about TES for some time. Most of us have opted to avoid the stories. His war chest is large, and ours is not. But, one has to wonder why he would have selected Donna Brock to be Misty’s best friend? This latest revelation unfortunately adds credibility to some things that have been drifting around the ether….

I suspected they had to be involved with drug sales since Misty and Ron did not work. Ron drives a nice truck and it does not run on water! Can’t leave Misty out: from what I saw on media video clips, she smoked like a freight train!
According to firscoastnews reporter, Ronald, Misty, Hank, Hope, and a fifth person (Donna Brock?) were arrested for trafficing Hydrocodon and Oxycodon.
Month long investigation began with a tip to Putnam County Sheriff that the group was involved in drug trafficking.

Fox news just updated from St.Johns county. They said that Misty was balling her eyes out. They could not even get to talk to her. They said they wanted to seperate Ron from the others. That is why he is in Flagler. There will be an emergency hearing for little Jr. this morning. Teresa Neves feels that GGSykes will be given custody of the little brother of Haleigh according to news station 13 out of Orlando.
I am praying that this will shed light on Haleigh. God Bless little Jr. I feel so heartbroken for him. He has lost his sister and now his dad.

Where I agree Crystal has made her mistakes with drug use. She did however admit she had used drugs publicly, Ron denied it. Rons first set of lawyers released he only used prescribed meds for his pain from an accident he had. Well he not only used them but traffics them. He has failed both of his children. You would figure that he would have straightened out his life for his son since his little girls disappearance. I guess his children did not rank high enough to stop his crap. If Crystal can comply with drug testing randomly then I believe she should get the chance to regain custody of Jr. I am suprised that Teresa Neves is not asking for custody of Jr. She is much younger than GGSykes.

Crystal somehow got drugs in RC’s pocket when he was not looking. It took her hours to get there and then set up a tent.
Now time for Crystal to get custody of Jr. Since Haleigh has been missing you dont hear anything that Crystal has done was wrong, she admitted that she used drugs but apparently she is cleaning up her life which I am glad she is for her children. Ronald never cared about his children please, if he did when Misty ran away on a drug weekend away he wouldnt have placed his children in her care, no drugs would be around these children. I saw the news this morning and – as always – I’m delighted to see LE fighting illegal drugs!
As to the childish accusations lobbed at me (I mean really? Did any one of you get past Jr High – psychologically speaking?) let me try again to explain that asking for some fairness and actual truth or evidence does not equate with believing someone is innocent.
It amazes me that anyone reading my posts could think that I ever thought R, M (or anyone) was innocent of anything (involvement in drugs OR Haleigh’s disappearance). I’ve NEVER said that. In fact I’ve said the opposite. A lot of people including them have been on my suspect list.
What I chose not to do was join the crowd throwing even more stones at an already bloodied target (“stones” being wild accusations).
I prefer some kind of evidence over rampant rumor. I prefer a fair and balanced trial over an hysterical mob lynching.
But we all know what hysterical, blood-thirsty mobs do; they turn on anyone who does not join them. “Pick up a stone and throw it or we’ll start throwing them at you, too!”
R & M have always been the first most logical suspects in Haleigh’s disappearance. Duh. They live in a drug-infested community. Duh.
They may be active in the drug-trade. Duh and duh.
The sum total of the “truth” that we know now is that several people were arrested on drug charges and given very high bonds.
I’m hoping that as a result maybe someone will tell the truth (and be able to prove it) about what happened to Haleigh.
I’ll hold off on any triumphant rejoicing until Haleigh is brought home – and then only if she’s alive.
Let’s pray that no drug connection of theirs really does have Haleigh because if they do, she’s gone now.

Hope is one of Ron’s cousins, a granddaughter of Annette Sykes. (Hope is the daughter of Teresa’s sister).
A letter from TES has surfaced terminating Donna Brock’s relationship with them. Shockingly (not) it is dated 10-30-09. Wonder why we didn’t see that letter after the road rage incident? You can see the letter on Steph Watt’s blog. (Not sure if I can post a link here?)
I hope they rot. I still cant get too happy when I have the feeling that Haleigh is more than likely dead. For way too many months we have talked on Simon’s show about LE pressuring some of the key players in Haleigh’s disappearance to talk.
There have been some relatively minor arrests and incidents in which these players had contact with the law- often referred to as sideshows -that failed to result in any major breakthroughs in finding out what happened to Haleigh.
But these latest arrests far and away carry the greatest potential penalties Ron, Misty, et al, have faced since this whole episode began nearly a year ago. For the first time these characters may have an incentive – other than just doing the right thing – to come clean.
Where this will lead in relation to Haleigh is unknown. But in my mind it represents the best chance yet to induce one or more of these people to tell what they know.
Maybe … just maybe … this will mark the beginning of the end.

The only “innocent” remarks made regarding Misty and Ron is the fact that there is nothing in the public arena pointing to either or both as suspects in the disappearence of Haleigh. There still is not. This arrest does not mean either have anything to do with Haleighs disappearence, nor is it an automatic that one will “talk” about Haleigh, especially if nobody really knows what happened to her.
Just dont get your hopes up that this is what will lead to Haleigh. If they truely dont know what happened to her, all the interrogating and plea bargining in the world will not bring Haleigh back.

Jr needs to be in a safe foster home…and not with family members either. Its more than possible that Haleigh is dead, which is heartbreaking to say the least but Jr can be saved if given the love and nurture of loving adults that only have his best interest in mind. I wish and pray everyday for Haleigh and the other missing children,but also for Jr. He is such an adorable little child. He deserves a fair shake. Tommy came to clear the house of drugs that night. That and help Misty hide Haleigh’s remains. He took her away for Misty & held onto the drugs that were there until a later time. That’s what rat-gate was all about. Ron’s way of reminding him to keep his mouth shut!
Think about this, this may be why the 911 op on the road rage #2 call didn’t take Misty’s call very seriously….They’d already had them in their “sting” for 2 weeks by then….pffft…LOL!!!!

Misty probably told the judge that she had an attorney because she doesn’t want to be questoned until she comes down enough to get her story straight again. I think you are right. I believe Haleigh was dead and Tommy came to help Misty dispose of the body and take the drugs out of the home.
Either Haleigh got into their drugs and overdosed or when Ron and Misty had a huge fight over her binge week-end, Haleigh happen to get in the way. She could have accidentally been killed.
I hope someone talks. Misty has never been in jail. She just might “break.”
I hope someone just tells the truth about where is Haleigh!
In the Link I just posted (WFTV), it states Misty has appeared in front of the Judge in St. John’s County. Also, in the video.

HollysGmom ~ Your theory sounds very possible. They all have something on each other or someone would have spoken up by now. That would make sence the way you stated it. Great work!
HollysGmom, everything you stated is very possible. I know I posted awhile back I thought the van was used to dispose of the drugs in the home. The scenario of them using meds to put the kids to sleep so they could do thieir thing is still possible. Haleigh could of od on it this time and even though Ron was at work he would of been just as responsible for her death. Perhaps thats what the call was about just prior to 8:30pm that night, before Misty turned off her phone. They could not take a chance on an exam finding that Haleigh had been being medicated for awhile or them wanting to examine little Jr. to see if he had also been medicated. I am still hopeful for them to find Haleigh alive and well.

This is the best news all in jail since this story broke , and I hope they rot there. I truly don’t believe we will ever find Haleigh, altho I hope I am WRONG.

I agree with you. It makes me far less confident that Ron and/or Misty had anything to do with Haleigh’s disappearance. I always thought those 2 weren’t smart enough to outwit LE and the FBI, and this arrest proves that’s true.

How about the “Problem ” That Donna Brock” is being SET UP by the cops.
She ended up at a drug deal with Misty while working for Tim Miller. Yes, she may of told Misty she liked or even sold drugs. That does not mean she did. When you dacne with the devil ” you have to act like him.
This is a case of someone going in doing the cops job for them, Then being outed with the ill informed Nancy Grace “Bomb shell tonigth!!”
have all your work then fall apart and the police know of you and mad b/c you may find out the answer they are looking for. BUT, if you find it out they will not get the credit they crave.
So they go gunning for you too. And get you in jail anyway they can.
Then on top of it the one person that sent you to do this drops you and leaves your ass to hang out and dry.
I know this is a set up on Donna Brock by the police b/c it has happened to ME TOO!!!!
Donna Brock was out with Misty trying to make friends with Misty to find out what she did. And in doing so ended up at a drug deal.
Misty is the “Master mind” behide this “drug ring” The police know that. The have “rolled up” Donna Brock b/c they are mad at her b/c she was doing the work they could not.
As for Tim Miller letting Donna hang out to dry now. Well that says a lot about him. He needs to be ashamed of himself.
I think Hank Croslin will be the first to talk. He’s only 23 and he has a family. I bet he’ll make a deal of some sort.

OK, let me help you all out. Donna Brock is not manly, yes she absolutely searched for Haleigh, no she did not know Misty prior to the search. She is actually a very nice woman who did an incredibly stupid thing. Ron was in no way involved with Haleigh’s disappearance and searched for her all day every day initially. Tim Miller’s personality may irritate some, but he will go to every extent to find any missing person, alive or dead, because he has lived that tragedy with his own daughter. He has found countless people and never has the phone away from his ear for more than a minute working on active and cold cases.
Me thinkist that TM and SW protest too much. I believe they both know more about DB/MC than they tell.
