On January 20, 2010, investigators from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, HIDTA Tri-County Drug Task Force, and the Office of the State Attorney, 7th Judicial Circuit, concluded a month-long undercover operation with the arrest of four (4) Satsuma residents and one (1) individual from Orlando for trafficking in controlled prescription medications.
During the operation, investigators made several purchases of Oxycodone and Hydrocodone medications from these individuals. Ronald Lemyles Cummings, Misty Janette Croslin, Hank Thomas “Tommy†Croslin Jr., Hope A. Sykes, and Orlando resident Donna Broch, were arrested and charged with trafficking in controlled prescription medications. If convicted as charged, Ronald Cummings, Misty Cummings, and Donna Broch, could receive a minimum mandatory sentence of twenty-five (25) years in state prison. If convicted, the other individuals can receive minimum sentences ranging from three (3) years to fifteen (15) years in state prison. An undercover Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Detective purchased large quantities of prescription medications from this group on seven (7) separate occasions. The estimated street value of prescription drugs seized is $3,900.00.
Today, the second phase of the operation was concluded. Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin purchased trafficking amounts of prescription medications from undercover investigators. Both individuals were immediately arrested and taken into custody without incident. The other individuals were arrested on active arrest warrants resulting from this investigation. The following list details the charges and bonds for the subjects involved in this case:
Misty Janette Croslin, DOB: 12/09/1991 –
Six (6) Counts of trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $950,000.00)
Ronald Lemyles Cummings, DOB: 10/29/1983 –
Three (3) Counts of Trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $500,000.00)
Hank “Tommy†Croslin Jr., DOB: 08/02/1986 –
One (1) Count of Trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $100,000.00)
Hope A. Sykes, DOB: 03/24/1991 – One (1) Count of Trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $150,000)

This operation was in response to the growing problem of the illegal sale and distribution of prescription drugs within Putnam County and surrounding areas. Prescription drug abuse is rapidly on the rise in Putnam County, and is one of the toughest crimes for law enforcement to combat. Most dealers are merchants of their own addiction, and sell these prescription medications to simply support their own habit.
Information was obtained that these individuals were unlawfully selling prescription medications in the community. Sheriff Hardy assigned detectives from the Drug/Vice Unit to the investigation. An undercover Putnam County Detective infiltrated this group, gaining the trust of these drug dealers.
Sheriff Hardy acknowledges the rise in prescription medication crimes in our community, and understands that this is a precursor to many other crimes affecting our citizens. He has instructed his investigators to not only aggressively pursue the subjects who are illegally selling prescription medications, but also the individuals who are unlawfully possessing and using these highly addictive drugs.
As stated in previous releases, investigators assigned to the Haleigh Cummings investigation will take every available opportunity to speak with any individual believed to have knowledge about Haleigh Cummings’ disappearance.

I’m waiting to see who talks the fastest now about Haleigh.
There is so much “wrong” with these people. I can only pray news on Haleigh comes from this. My first thought was, Where was Jr. when these twits are running around dealing drugs? If there wasn’t enough before, to show how much care and concern (not) these people had for that little girl…ugh. I’ve said enough. My rant could go on for days about them.

Daddy Croslin….just about a month ago for Dr Shopping….Tommy for bus stop incident/domestic violence…….Maybe Lindsey fianlly figured out how to “clear” the house and get some peace. Nov 25 2009 Hank Croslin Sr arrested on Dr SHopping charges. Not quite 2 months ago, but more than a month ago. Maybe it took Putnam a few weeks to “set things into motion” and then around Dec 20th the drug sting went into action. LOL!!! Daddy sell you out?

Good morning, I agree with you… Those people including Ronald are scums. Where the heck was Jr at when all this was going down? Time for him to lose custody of his Jr, time for this little man to have a better life away from all the drugs and such. I hope now that something about Haleigh will come forward, maybe someone out of that scum bucket clan will come forward but not get off either. About time something is done to these losers…. Hmmm, does anyone know when the restraining order between Misty and Hank runs out? Because that may end up being even more bad news for them. The courts really hate it when you waste their time asking them to order things that you are going to end up ignoring anyway. If I’m not mistaken, on top of all of these other spiffing new charges, Misty and Tommy may also be in violation of a judges order. Especially since they list themselves as living at the same address.
Has anyone heard what happened when this bunch made court appearances this morning?I am praying they all stay in jail,with no way out!

Misty had the restraining order lifted when she came back to town a couple of months ago.
So glad this has happened what comes around goes around… I don’t know these people at all but they will pay now for what they have done and I hope we find out the truth about what happened to the child , and it blows me away If you thought someone had something to do with you child being missing , why would you be hanging out with this person ,and most of all when you were not going to be married to her justs blows me away I hope they keep them in jail forever .

1(c)1. Any person who knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures, delivers, or brings into this state, or who is knowingly in actual or constructive possession of, 4 grams or more of any morphine, opium, oxycodone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone, or any salt, derivative, isomer, or salt of an isomer thereof, including heroin, as described in s. 893.03(1)(b), (2)(a), (3)(c)3., or (3)(c)4., or 4 grams or more of any mixture containing any such substance, but less than 30 kilograms of such substance or mixture, commits a felony of the first degree, which felony shall be known as “trafficking in illegal drugs,” punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. If the quantity involved:
a. Is 4 grams or more, but less than 14 grams, such person shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 3 years, and the defendant shall be ordered to pay a fine of $50,000.
b. Is 14 grams or more, but less than 28 grams, such person shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 15 years, and the defendant shall be ordered to pay a fine of $100,000.
c. Is 28 grams or more, but less than 30 kilograms, such person shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 25 calendar years and pay a fine of $500,000.
Interesting also is the fact that Misty’s father was arrested on 11/24/09 – from the Putnam County Sheriff Booking Log;
