That is such a sad story. I new Brandon i used to live in Roanoke va but after all this happend i moved because you never know who you think you do and he was around my daughter. I just wish that someone would have seen something and for his mother to have something anything to do with it better be ashamed and i hope they both fry in hell

They have said tonight on cnn that they are looking for his body that the step father admitted to it but hasnt been charged with the murder yet.

yes, I have been seeing a real pattern of murder by step-parent/boyfirends lately. I hope this is not the case here, but fear the worst.

Aveion was taken from his parents home by CPS at an early age for neglect. Watch for this story to grow. Retired Cop I’ve been praying your #3 is not what happened. Now we should all pray for the best of the worst.

While there are numerous possibilities, the three most likely scenarios are these:

1) The situation is as simple as has been reported, a kidnapping for ransom.

2) This is a dispute involving drug or other criminal activity on the part of the mother or stepfather.

3) The stepfather killed and disposed of the child.

In the real world, scenario #1 is the least likely to be true. Sad situation, because none of the three bodes well for the little boy. The lack of information being released by the police is very telling.

Wow! Why did they take the little boy? Why did they think that his step-father & mother could pay a randsom? Why did they leave the little girl- two for one? I’m assuming the step-father called 911 after he regained consciousness, not the toddler/girl. Where is this boy’s bio-dad? Could he be involved? Do the two children have different fathers? Mother must have been at work. If the motive is money, what made them think that the “parents” had enough to cover a randsom? Lots of questions, I can’t wait for more info.

Poor scared little boy. Did they take him just for money? It’s horrible being safe in your own home & someone braking in & taking your baby. It doesn’t say what time at night this happened but where was the mother? Praying for his safe return!

Oh, Jan! Thank you for letting us know. I can’t believe it! A little toddler kidnapped by three huge monsters! (”people” like that are not “people” to me - or animals. Animals don’t behave like that!)

I’m sure LE is all over it and I pray that they find little Aveion safe and sound and SOON!
