The $11,000 that was owed from Crystal to Ronald would continue to be deducted from Crystal’s income, “Hillbilly6 Heroin and Big Macktruss,” so that Ronald would be child support free for $11,000 worth of years. Tommy got a key to the house, Sarah S. lifted H from the bed, ready to reassure her if she woke up, then S handed H to J and Misty woke up. But Misty was barely awake so she didn’t ask questions to try to figure out what was going on.

If you’re talking about the Civilian aspect of working for LE, some confusion arises because people will assume that just because someone works in “their house”(LE), they(employee)are one of them. The thing is… a lot of positions in certain departments are contracted out to other/outside companies. I’m not saying that’s the case with TN, it’s just something to keep in mind when referring to employment with any LE agency.

Good suggestion/idea. I had not thought about that yet.

Also, in regards to the TN’s jacket, although I haven’t looked at it in sometime, when you work for an LE agency, you are allowed to purchase hats, jackets T-Shirts. As long as you do not ID yourself as an Sworn Officer. I own several Sheriff Dept hats and T-shirts. However, every county of course has different rules/regulations, and sometimes the items are slightly altered for civilian wear.

ALso discussion of the pink shirt being found BY Misty INSIDE the MH and TN didn’t know who exactly found it until it came out in the local newspaper. The family originally thought that an officer found it next to the back door, in the dirty clothes pile. WHy would TN & Ron NOT know Misty was the actual finder of the shirt? Wouldn’t she run right to them ans tell them as soon as it happened???

Yes, um I guess Ron meant that the 911 operator was the B who let his child get stolen too…..ummm….ok.

It’s no mistake, IMO, that TN wore that jacket but let me say this…if I were in her shoes and had that jacket and connections to LE, that coat would be the quickest way to tell the officers on scene that I am one of them and to keep it in mind. I can not fault her for that, not even a little. The pictue I can see her grabbing as a precaution, in case it was needed. It doesn’t hurt to be prepared. It’s probably a good thing she thought to bring it. It also is a picture that did not reval Haleigh’s birthmark. Not for estetic reasons but as something that could be held back by LE. One of those details that aren’t revealed right away so that tips that include it (the held back) are taken more seriously. It does seem like a lot of thought for a few minutes though. It would seem that since she had worked with LE she knew what would be needed more quickly then most would.

As for the blanket? I don’t know. Misty claimed it went unnoticed until bedtime or just before. Therefore no one remembered it was dirty when TN was there. Also I don’t think we were ever told when she picked those clothes up to be washed. It might have been earlier that day, the day before or even the day before that. So maybe the blanket wasn’t even wet/dirty when she picked them up. Just tossing thoughts around. As far as doing their laundry, well, I can only say that’s a Mom/Grandma thing, IMO. Both myself & my Grand daughter’s other MiMi both help out her & her parents all we can. She was probably doing the kids & Ron’s laundry because Misty had been gone since Thursday night and the kids were out of clean clothes. That was the real reason for picking up something for Haleigh at GGMA’s. It’s a white lie, didn’t want it to look like they weren’t being “taken care of” so they said Haleigh wanted a special shirt. Let’s put the pieces together.
1) No one to wash clothes from Thursday night until Monday morning since Misty was gone. Ron could have done it but he was having big problems with Misty, kids were away, he was in no mood.
2) Trip to GGMA’s in Welatka Monday morning to get clean outfit/fav shirt
3) TN brings more clean clothes over that evening.
4) No detergent, unable to wash clothes unless an emergancy, then use whatever soap substance is available.

The only questions I have about laundry are:
1) Was the washer really still going when LE arrived?
2) What was in said washer?
3) Was there really dirty clothes in the dryer?
4) If so, why?

Holly’s,this whole thing get’s me,On an interview somewhere (I’ll try to find it for ya) but remember TN also brought an 8×10 pic of Haleigh,and a sheriff’s jacket?? So, phone call from Ron had to occur approx 7 minutes prior to her arrival, so phone call occured at 3:28 - 3:21….so what time was he dialing the phone? If Misty is using Ron’s phone why did he tell her “Give me my phone” just before he hung up the first time? Did he use Misty’s phone to call his mom? Doesn’t make sense to me. If he told Misty to call 911, she used her phone and he used his to call Mom. I think he was on the phone to TN when 911 op called him back. Notice how the phone rings 4 or 5 times before being answered. As if it was in use and he said “Just come on over, 911 is calling back, I gotta go!” then answered the 911 call. SO, would that mean that he was talking to Misty or his MOM? I’m going to get some better headphones and take another shot at it. I still could swear Ron told Misty “What were you thinkin, leaving them alone, in the middle of the night!” JMOO. That could be where LE decided that Misty may not have been there at the time of the abduction. He also could have said “What were you thinking, taking them out, in the middle of the night!” Maybe we’ll figure it out soon.

well t.n. has to be off on her times. but, it did sound like ronald was talking to someone on a phone (he sounded like he was talking to an adult, not a child, and it was after the beeping.) i think it sounds like he was telling someone close to him what happened. even though i cannot hear it is his mom, i believe it was her, since she seems to believe that is what happened too.

“how the hell did (1)you 2let 3my 4daughter 5get 6stole in the middle of the night!” and then misty answers “she was in her pajamas” pause “we were sleeping.” .—-(because of the pause in the sentence, misty sounds like she is answering the 911 operator with the “she was in her pajama’s” and then she answered to both 911 op and ronald “we were sleeping”

This is as far as we got. There was a huge blow-up in the thread and the discussion got siderailed. This happens pretty often. That was why I decided that day to open my own forum. I wanted to make a place that anyone could join but ALL have to be respectfull of one another. I am tired of the personal attacks on people who are posting their opinions, no matter what those are. I don’t see it as our job to protect or defend ANYONE involved in this case, possibly even LE. Im having it where if someone posts something you feel is inflamitory or just plain wrong, you don’t critisize or attack. You simply post a link to a document, video, or verifiable news report that disproves their claim(s). Is that so hard? I am not interested in Haleigh’s case to lobby for any side. I may have my own thoughts and opinions on the matter but am not willing to rule anything out either. I am interested in trying to figure out what DID happen. The discussions I enjoy the most are the ones that contain the scientific info or documentation, facts, links, etc. I enjoy researching topics for myself & others, I like to bat around new & old ideas. I enjoy reading and discussing other’s theories & opinions on what happened to Haleigh & how the past & present actions of all those around her might have contributed to her disappearance/abduction. Also, often times we forget that others may have just come into this case. They might not have been following since day 1 like most of us here have. We have to remember that there is a lot of dis-information out there and not everyone knows what is good or bad information. Can’t we handle the replies/corrections/directions to correct information (verifiable) a little more professionally & pleasantly? I think we can and if not here, then there.
I know some will kick my for days about posting about my forum, but since other forums are mentioned here very often, I feel that it should be ok to mention mine. I posted what I thought was a very reasonable post about it and have already been declaired a mudslinger who only wants to fight. Only because I want to allow others to openly, without fear of personal attack or severe reproach, discuss this case. Is that so bad? Of course not everyone will want to join and trust me, I’m ok with that, but some might want to. I hope you will.

Welcome to BNN! I hope you stay. Since we don’t know what really happened to Haleigh, IMO, we need to explore every possible avenue. That means everyone who had any access to Haleigh at all. Neighbors, SOs,family members on both sides, maybe even a link between Somer Thompson’s murderer and Haleigh’s abductor. I have posted recently that I thought we should see look for any persons Dienda Thompson & Crystal may have had in coomon since Crystal DID live in Jax for a time. There could be a person they have in common without realizing it. I know many here do not want to “walk down that road” since it would most likely mean that Haleigh is no longer alive, but I still think we owe it to these girls (both Somer & Haleigh) to check into it.

i don’t know how professional detectives research a case. i think they start with all evidence and info collected and follow the clues from there. but, us people following the case(s) cannot really do that. so, i think listing all possibilities and knocking down or supporting each possibility with the known facts and science to see what is left is the best way to go. am i understanding?

also, maybe a seperate thread or folder for each person involved? what is possibilitiy of each person being involved (theory and fact)and what is known about ea person to clear them???

I agree with your sentiments re: KLP. I feel she knew all about the drug situation, and I think it wasn’t until DCF told her about the ‘active’ file on CS, that KLP realized her hands were tied.

Questions I would like KLP to answer truthfully now are:

a. What is her personal theory as to what happened to Haleigh?

b. Does she know where Haleigh is?

On one of the weekly BTR shows, Cobra did a shout-out to the Sheffield’s telling them it was time to drop Haleigh off at McDonalds; I believe it was after that, that Sarah Sheffield hurt her hand as she was very upset with him.

I just wonder what and how much, both KLP and Cobra know.

Going back and addressing the post from yesterday about having a heart. I just want to clarify what I meant when I said that Ron and Misty opened themselves up to scrutiny. I meant that by selling the rights to their wedding video and flying all over the country to broadcast their ever evolving accounting of events the night Haliegh went missing. And all of their subsequent behavior. They should be ashamed of themselves both for the way they have been acting. Ron, Misty and Crystal should have been camped out at PSCO headquarters from day 1 demanding they find Haleigh and demanding info.

I don’t understand these people at all. Or le for that matter.

You bring up come good points on how they would have had the means, and either they were very lucky with their timing (or watched the house), or they had inside/local help. If they could have provided an incentive, such as money or drugs, then it’s possible they could have enlisted local help. We have learned that these families have many intertwining connections and relationships. It’s also possible that they could have enlisted one or more members of the Croslin family - not such a remote possibilty. Would someone who had a drug record and a history of stealing drugs or checks not do simple tasks like dope Misty, unlock a door, and make a phone call in exchange for drugs or money?

It may be that the original intent was to take both children but there was only time or opportunity to take one. Or perhaps the intent was to take one and get custody of the other after discrediting the father.

Was the crime scene staged? It sure appears like it, but who did the staging? The local person(s) who provided the opportunity or someone else in the same family who wanted to cover for another family member? All these things remain to be seen, but are not out of the realm of possibilty.

This is not the only possibility, of course, but is not as far fetched as it may seem. I hope that LE can get their “one little piece of the puzzle” satisfied soon and I’m sure they are working feverishly on it. LE will be happy to bring this case to resolution.

It looks like he finally came to realize that this wasn’t working and was causing more damage than benefit; hence the divorce. He may still cling to the notion that he had better keep on good terms with her. Possibly he is right - who knows. I think he is a very private person and dislikes any of his actions being reported. I can’t say I blame him on this. It’s certainly not helping find Haleigh!

I also think that we absolutely do not know what relationship Ron has with LE. My guess is that he trusts some individuals and distrusts others and so has been in touch with some and not others. Just a comment.

My statements above and my questions are the result of studing these documents.

I have a question which I wish would be addressed on Simon’s show. In KP’s response to the Bar in refeerence to the allegations of misconduct by Crystal/Marie, she verifies that her focus was to make Ron Cummings look bad and Crystal look good. (A daunting task in my opinion, but she pulled it off.) In addition, there is evidence that Marie & some of her friends fueled the fire by posting anti-Ron rumors on several forums as much as possible. All this came together to present a very negative view of Ron which has, to this day, has taken on a life of its own.

I do happen to feel that this has impeded the case, and this has been alluded to in many comments from LE.

My question is this: Now that Kim P has realized the truth about Crystal and Marie, does she have any regrets? Not about the way she handled the case, because given what she knew, she acted like a professional and did her job. But, based upon the misrepresentation of her clients, does she regret that her actions have caused so much additional pain for the Cummings side of the family and has impeded the solving of the case by LE? If so, is there anything she could or would do to rectify the damage she caused?

Ron was at work and Haleigh was seen after he left for work and PCSO said numerous times that him and Crystal had nothing to do with Haleigh being abducted. nuff said

Underground grow operation was a fact jack. Him and Marie were both arrested for operating a drug house and there pot growing operation was underground. nuff said

I have dug into both sides of the family since 2-10. Marie hates Ron and has since he got the kids. If she didn’t hate him she would have started spouting off lies and crap on day 2 of Haleigh being gone. nuff said.

Assistant Police Chief James Griffith said he’s unsure what caused the stabbing that left little Dayquone Hill dead and Officer Todd Bryant with a cut on his cheek. Police charged Zachariah Williams, 22, of Palatka with murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, Griffith said.

Palatka child stabbing suspect had 28 prior arrests. At 22, the man accused in Tuesday’s stabbing death of an 8-year-old Palatka boy has a criminal past stretching back nearly 10 years.

Florida Department of Law Enforcement records show he’s had 28 arrests, including 10 probation violations.

“He’s an extremely volatile individual who has been involved in a lot of crime,” said Assistant Chief James Griffith of the Palatka Police Department.

On Tuesday, police said Zachariah Tochshema Williams, whose age was initially listed as 20 by authorities, fatally stabbed Dayquone Hill inside a Palatka apartment.

Williams and Dayquone’s mother were boyfriend and girlfriend, Griffith said.

This is just totally wrong… Where was child services in this case? Why was this guy out in the general public and not in jail for the other offences he committed? One has to wonder what goes on down there. jmo

UN pulls medical professional due to security reasons. They are showing footage of people just out of surgery abandoned! Some still have IV bags hanging and NO medical personel to help them. The CNN corespondent has been there all night and has not witnessed any violence and is visibly distraught! OMG! Those poor poor people. First the Earthquake & devestation, now they are being left to die by medical personnel. I realize that the professionals need to guard their lives too, but these sick & dying people need help!!!!

I’m wondering if you realize WHICH bloggers I wss referring to. I was talking about bloogers here, ie: Treece, Vaquera, Kool Look, Blstark, and a few others. Are you saying you don’t want to hear what they have to say about it? I thought you would since they were also there when it all was going down. I’m pretty sure it made a huge impact on them as well. Might even explain why some are so defensive about that side of the family. They, we all, witnessed the heinous actions of some. Some of us were even victims of the people who were controlling the information that was allowed to be posted. If a Crytal theory was even mentioned then, you could kiss your b*tt good-bye, at least on that forum.

Welcome to BNN! I hope you stay. Since we don’t know what really happened to Haleigh, IMO, we need to explore every possible avenue. That means everyone who had any access to Haleigh at all. Neighbors, SOs,family members on both sides, maybe even a link between Somer Thompson’s murderer and Haleigh’s abductor. I have posted recently that I thought we should see look for any persons Dienda Thompson & Crystal may have had in coomon since Crystal DID live in Jax for a time. There could be a person they have in common without realizing it. I know many here do not want to “walk down that road” since it would most likely mean that Haleigh is no longer alive, but I still think we owe it to these girls (both Somer & Haleigh) to check into it.

When I think of the possibility that this side of the family is responsible for Haleigh’s disappearance I think of not only Chad but members of the older generation.

Chad may or may not have done it, or even know about it, but his engagement to and baby with Crystal may have been a catalyst for what happened - in addition to the mounting custody debt, legal problems, court dates and long-held resentment/hatred? of Ron by some people in this family.

No one on that side needs to squawk or turn on anyone or try to get a better deal because there has been nowhere near the scrutiny or pressure put on them like there has been on Ron, Misty, Tommy, etc.

I am not suggesting this theory over any other. To me, it’s just good to have this one on the table as well as the others since we don’t seem any closer to finding Haleigh at this point.

So she may not have been as truly attached to the children as she has claimed. She could have “swatted” Haleigh too hard or gone to sleep and Haleigh got into mischief and was hurt. Lots of possibilities there.

Some of the “grow houses” I researched had deisel powered generators put in…:0 Many times they are caught due to the power drain and the power company looking for the reason and finding their wires have been spliced into. So, IF Haleigh is being hidden, I can’t imagine they (whomever) would risk the power company catching them, so it would have to be a self contained system. Also if not growing “pot” and only providing light & power for a small child and 1 adult at a time wouldn’t need that much electricity. Only if there is no growing except of Haleigh though. Some also use geo-thermal energy. I’ll try to find out more.

Not m2c but I don’t and I think that voice stress test is a bunch of voodoo crap, too.

What I mean by “bashing” is viciously attacking someone (like Ron or Misty) in a hateful way often for assumed or imaginary wrongs, rumormongering (about that person) etc. Basically character assassination. It is my opinion that that is not a good thing.

And especially when the people who do that do not want to allow others to have different opinions. That has happened here very recently. That is what I tried to explain to Blue Moon earlier when she seemed to think that some people don’t want ANYthing bad said about R or M. Not true.

If Ron haters and Misty haters want to come on here and spew and that is considered some kind of acceptable “opinion” then well it should be equally acceptable for others to disagree.
