I am not (as far as I know) allergic to hops, but I can't stand the taste of beer, so the One Ring Net exhortation is too narrow for me, but (at nearly three times the legal drinking age) I still toast The Professor with alcohol, whether it be scrumpy, single malt whisky, wine or something else. I don't mind the disclaimer in the least and I hope those to whom it applies are sensible about it, without feeling too hard done by. Slainte mhath!
