This is from the PCSO Incident report involving Ronald Cummings:
Direction: South on State Road 19 to 308B
On December 30 2009, I responded to the above location in response to a possible Assault.
Upon arrival I spoke with Charles Jones III who advised he was driving down County Road 308B when he drove up behind a white truck he knew as Ronald Cummings. Charles stated at that time the truck tried to run him off the road, at which point the front of his car met with the back of Ronald’s.
Observation of Charles vehicle showed old front end damage but no new damage.
Charles also said after Ronald parked in the middle of the road and stuck a gun out the window and said “I will kill you mother fucker”. Charles said he sped by the other vehicle. Charles said the gun was black and could fit in the palm of your hand. Charles also stated he clearly identified Ronald Cummings as the driver and there was no one else in the vehicle.
Charles stated he wanted to pursue charges. Charles then signed/completed a voluntary statement and a charging affidavit. Charles was supplied a Victim’s Right’s pamphlet.
I then met with Ronald Cummings at 126 4th Ave.. Ronald advised he was traveling down 308B when he came across a car parked in the middle of the road. Ronald stated the vehicle belonged to Charles and as soon as he went by Charles pursued him attempting to run him off the road.
Ronald stated Misty Cummings was in the truck with him and he had her call 911 about what was occurring.
Ronald stated he was picking up Misty from Buffalo Bluff to get the rest of her belongings from his house. Ronald stated that he did indeed have a gun but did not carry the gun with him. Ronald said he kept the gun in a gun cabinet inside the house.
Ronald then supplied the location to the firearm and access to it. Ronald stated the gun is always secured inside the gun cabinet in the house and he did not have it during the incident.
Ronald signed/completed a voluntary statement.
Upon observation of Ronald’s truck there was no evidence of a rear end collision.
While there I spoke with Misty Cummings who advised Ronald went to her house and picked her up so she could get the rest of her things from his house.
Misty said Charles raced up behind her and Ronald flashing his lights in an attempt to run them off the road. Misty went on to say Charles attempted to pass them a couple times and at one point he almost collided with an oncoming car.
Misty stated Ronald did not have a gun during the incident and she never saw one.
Misty signed/completed a voluntary statement.
The charging affidavit will be forwarded to the State’s Attorney’s Office for further review.
In view of the above information this case is deemed exceptionally cleared.
Any further reports will be
completed in a timely manner and submitted as required.

Driving Directions: Highway 17 South, Right on County Road 309, Left on County Road 308B, Right on 4th Avenue (Last residence on the Left)
While investigating a related incident (see PCSO Case# 2009-11512), I was made aware of several threatening and harassing phone calls which were made due to the events in the aforementioned case.
Misty Cummings told me that she’d been receiving threatening and harassing phone calls from Charles “Charlie” Jones, and his father, who is also Charles Jones. Misty said that Charlie was leaving messages regarding the incident in 09-11512.
Misty told me that Charlie’s messages were verbally abusive, and that he boasted that he would get female friends to beat up Misty due to the earlier altercation.
Misty had at least three messages from Charlie. Misty said that Charles had also called and left several messages. Charles’ messages threatened to do harm to Ronald Cummings.
Charles, in his messages, demanded to know where Ronald lived, and what his phone number was. Charles said that he wanted to “talk to Ronald if you know what I mean” and said that he wanted to confront Ronald prior to Law Enforcement making contact with him.
Misty played the voicemail messages while in my presence. Misty wished to pursue criminal charges, and was allowed to sign a complaint affidavit against both Charlie and Charles for Harassing/Threatening Phone Calls.
I relocated to Charles residence, and made contact with him. Charles was advised not to call Misty any more. Charlie was not present during my interview with Charles, but Charles said that he would advise Charlie to not call anymore as well.
The complaint affidavits will be forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for further review.
In view of the above information, this case is deemed Exceptionally Cleared. Any further reports will be completed, in a timely manner, and submitted as required.

These events are not related to the Haleigh Cummings investigation in any way. I have attached copies of the two Offense Incident Reports filed last night by the investigating deputies.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office will not be participating in any formal interviews or providing statements regarding last evening’s incidents. The main focus of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is solving the Haleigh Cummings investigation.

In Ron’s account Misty was not in the truck, was not there at the scene of the incident.
Why is Charles/Charlie calling Misty about said incident then? If she was not there why does he have “beef” with her about it? Does anyone else think it’s unlikely that an event like this would happen on the exact day Ron picks Misty up to get the rest of her stuff? That this day was the only day she was in his truck? Is there a secret between them?
Is the date on the press release wrong it says 12-20-2009, wasnt this the 30th?
Ron needs to stay away from Misty, he is playing with fire too much. Everyone she comes into contact with ends up in some police action. I dont beleive the story about picking up belongings.lol jmo
Maybe its my imagination but I get the feeling Ron is always trying to rescue Misty from trouble she gets herself into. Maybe I need to walk away for awhile? Rons truck is pretty easy to recognize with the Only God Can Judge Me in the rear window. And if I were Ron you can bet I would be protecting myself, that place and the people Misty gets involved with are dangerous.jmo

The Kathleen Jones that was arrested on Dec 29 is from Pomona Park FL, the warrent she was “picked up on” was for that county. The offense happened outside of Putnam county. She is currently 37 and smiling in her mug shot.
Correction: Pomona Park IS in Putnam county. The arrest page says the warrent was from outside of county.

I don’t think they have their facts straight…imagine that. Ron hasn’t been arrested and the only charges he has is from where Tommy trespassed at the Sykes house and he got beat up. That’s the last charges on the court records from back in Aug.

I found the article and the two separate incidents are harassing phone calls to Misty and the alleged road rage incident. The paper states that RC has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon in a road rage incident. If this is true why isn’t he on the booking log? IDK but I think that charge would be a felony.

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — The father and former stepmother of missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings have had more run-ins with the law, but this time Misty Cummings is the victim.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office says Misty reported she has been receiving threatening and harassing phone calls.
Also, in a separate incident, Haleigh’s father Ronald Cummings has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon in a road rage incident.
Haleigh Cummings disappeared February 10, 2009 from her home in Putnam County.
Would they really admit it if it were true??? Not saying it 100% is, but would anyone admit to those actions willingly? Nope!
They say rare things happen “once in a Blue Moon”…well tonight is a Blue Moon. It is the 2nd Full Moon this month, hence the Blue Moon. They only occur once every 2.5 yrs (approx). Maybe it will be lucky for Haleigh.
No wonder “people’ are starting to act like luna-tics. lol
Like I said I didn’t believe it back then when I first heard it and still don’t. I’ve seen 10 months of constant lies and BS rumors when it comes to the Cummings and especially since all that came from some anonymous source.
I wrote wftv and asked them to show me where Ronald was arrested/charged for that separate incident, I’m not holding my breath about them correcting their article.

CJ was probably POed that Misty was with Ron. There might not have been a lot of traffic on this road at whatever time of night it was. Ron did not stop. He went by. All that this “news” does is start a feeding frenzy, and renewed attacks on Haleigh’s family. None of this pertains to Haleigh’s disappearence. It is mearly a side show. Seems like the frenzy SHOULD be at LE, who have done little to solve this case.

That comment by Charles Jones is very interesting.Charles Jones the son and father are on booking details,father is alot older than the boy’s mother.She was in booking a couple of nights ago.If you put her photo with the son,you can see how they look alike.The son’s myspace pic doesn’t look like him,last updated in 2008,till you open it up and put it next to his booking.His hair is cut for the booking detail.

I really don’t care how many times Ron and Misty show up in the “news”. This small town justice (chased on attempted to be run off the rd)…who cares. Are they secretly trying to meet, spend time together, who really cares? I for one don’t, if they love each other and want to be together…go ahead, if he picked her up to get her clothes, get them.
The truth is we will probably never know what happened to this child, yes I pray she is found safe but it is not likely. For that to happen a family member would have had to have taken her…Ron was at work, where would Misty hide her, and Crystal was uninvolved in her kids lives, so why would she take them other than the child support.
If it was a stranger abduction, it was probably a pediphile as there has been no ransom note.
If it was an acquaintance it was probably revenge.
I for one am leaning towards the idea of stranger abduction but either way the outcome doesn’t look good, its time for the cops to do their job and for everyone else to stop with the accusations, let these people live (as best they can) their lives. We can hang them if and when they are found guilty!

Call me crazy if you want but I think Misty’s timeline doesnt add up because she’s covering for Ron. I think his timeline needs to be investigated again, I just do not believe his timeline either. I was at work. Maybe so but what about before work. I’m thinking he was mad at Misty for leaving and took it out on Haleigh. He is a hothead and with all the friends seemingly doing drugs…well, addicts will do anything for drugs hmmm lets say even lie to the police about a missing child…

I don’t understand how 2 men fighting over a douche’bag like Misty has anything to do with finding little Haleigh.
May 2010 bring closure to this case. Hopefully she will be found and be brought home to rest in peace.

Well it only took ten and a half months for Haleigh’s own mother to stand up and demand answers. She is right, it has been too long without answers. It also tells me that the families aren’t getting any more out of le than we are. Shame on them.
I have never posted, but have been reading and keeping up with the case. The statement I pasted below, the activity in the past week with the Croslin/Cumming crew lead me to believe they have finally got to a point in the investigation, that they are now honing in on their prime suspects. I have read daily Hollysgmom (Hi!), Tobias (Hi!), and many others. Imo you all (if you don’t already) should work for LE!!
I think this is coming to a head, really quick. I am hoping and praying that we all have the answers to our question, “Where is Haleigh????” I think we will find out soon. I just pray that she is still with us.
Greenwood said some new information has come to light about what happened in the days leading up to Haleigh’s disappearance - as well as what happened the night she vanished.

Okay, I am going to lay it out…
The Putnam Co. SO is corrupt (imo)..I come from a rural Floria county where the SO is soo corrupt, so much so, our dear family friend lost his life (at age 15) to a sexual predator, who WAS a Sheriff Deputy (who is now in prison for 15 years). In these rural areas, drugs and sex, cops and civlians, are all the same. My brother’s best friend was killed by a Deputy, because he is a Sexual Predator (the cop). Why do you think that LE did not want TES and Laura Group there?? These folks will find out the dirt. CS NEEDS to get FBI active in this case. It will be a cold case if she doesn’t. It sounds like from the most current update, there may be some new information. Keep in mind folks, it took 2 YEARS for our situation to be brought to justice to put this predator behind bars. I don’t think LE is trying too hard, because they are probably up to their eyeballs in the situation. Please PM me if you would like links to my familys case. It may give you a better understanding of the mentality of our “FINEST”.
PS.. I am not saying PCSO DID anything to Haleigh, I am saying that they are more than likely willing to cover up any scandals that may be within the Department. IE Drug ring…

Great post Jan and I agree. Something does smell about this Charlie Jones. I want to know why he inserted himself in this case to begin with and posted about this case back in Aug. and now is pulling this crap.
About a month ago a supposedly Charlie Jones called 911 and told them Ron was riding a 4 wheeler harassing him with a gun. Ron was supposedly in Jacksonville at the time. Then the 4 wheeler got stolen not long after that. Now this incident. My gut is telling me all this is happening because someone is trying to get Ron thrown in jail so they can go after custody of Jr since all the other attempts to get him jailed or have DCF remove Jr. has not worked.

I am interested to know your story. I too come from a corrupted LE county. My Sherriff was indicted for kick back scemes and that’s just what they wanted to find, it goes a lot further.FBI was involved and may still be investigating as more and mor officers have been “terminated” since August.

Ronald had nothing to do with Haleigh’s abduction. I would bet my life savings on that. I don’t think Misty did either.
Why is it so hard to think she was taken by a predator in the neighborhood?? With all the idiots in this case, I can’t believe anyone is smart enough to get away with murder!! So the only other scenerio is Haleigh was abducted by a stranger. Misty & Ron’s way of living may have made it easier for him to get to Haleigh, but that is as far as there connection goes.
Unless this predator strikes again and is caught, we will never know what happened to that baby girl.

Also, what no one seems to get is nonstranger MAY be someone the parents/Misty don’t know well at all (perhaps a neighbor they said “hello” to in passing, a friend of a friend they met once or twice). Also, home security lapses happen all the time, and may in fact lead to a child disappearing from their very own beds (read about David Westerfield and Danielle Van Dam). Incidently, David Westerfield would be considered a NONSTRANGER abduction, even though the parents only met him a few times. The bolts on the cummings door may have been unlocked for what ever reason (Misty leaving for a time), or NOT LOCKED, as Ronald remembers. It DOES NOT MEAN that the parents or relatives or friends HAD to have done it. That is ridiculous. Throwing out accusations are not responsible, and are not helping in the least to find Haleigh.
PCSO made a statement in the press that they have new information as to the days before and that night. They are not releasing the info.
They also claim that FBI FDLE are on this investigation. This statement was added to the Crystal story from action news.
BOLDONE3, you are suggesting we give Ron the benefit of the doubt here that he is a grieving father, to treat him with human kindness.
JAN, you suggested that we have a heart, see that Ron is hurting, treat him like we would want to be treated if we were in his shoes, to consider how terribly painful his loss has been.
I am sorry that is not happening here right now. Lately, these post have little to do with Haleigh, It has much more to do with prying,dissecting, analyzing, judging and crucifying Ron and Misty and a few others that get near the case. I’m very sorry but much of what is posted here is heartless, arrogant and a disgrace. Many innocent people’s private lives have been invaded and violated. This is freedom of speech in it’s most abusive, perverted form.
Probably because I am Teresa N’s age my heart breaks for her terribly. She has lost her precious granddaughter and then has to listen and see the world harass, judge and condemn her son. That would be a double heart breaking blow to me. I am praying for them all.

I’ve mentioned the RSO possibility for a long time - just as a possibility.
There are literally thousands of RSOs from all over the country that the police have lost track of. They have no idea where they are.
Recently there was an article from a Georgia paper saying police there had lost track of 250 SOs!
Considering what happened to Somer Thompson and the proximity of Florida to Georgia (her being from Florida and her body found in a Georgia dump) it’s not a reach to think that someone from there could have done it and/or it could have happened to another little girl.
It’s just a possibility - not one I’m promoting or trying to “sell.” Just one I keep “on the table” so to speak.
Any guesses as to what the “new information” is? My guess, Misty was not home part of the night. It would explain most of her inconsistencies, and why the door was not bolted. She may have come home to find the door wide open, and Haleigh gone. Very tragic.
I believe I also read that there are RSOs within the family trees of all three families: Cummings, Croslin and Sheffield. Some are several times removed cousins perhaps or related by marriage but still, I believe they are there (some known and some NOT known). So that’s another way to be a “non-stranger” abduction without it necessarily being Misty or close family.

Someone who should not have gone there perhaps. Someone who Ron would not want there or who Misty should not have been seeing. Might not be Misty’s fault. And when he left she might not have locked the door properly and then gone to sleep. There are a lot of scenarios within the “visitor” theory.
Everyone naturally assumes that when a child is missing it has to be somehow sexually motivated. That is one possibility but not the only possibility. We must think outside of the box sometimes. jmo
Also a 5 year old startled while sleeping and not wanting to be awake usually makes alot of noise. I have 2 children and remember several occassions of trying to put them to bed after they fell asleep on the couch. They are heavy and can be surprisingly strong.jmo

Oh! I thought it was the opposite! lol! That the first, most obvious possibility was that the last person to see the child (Misty) and/or the parent (Ron) did it.
After months of hearing a lot of speculation about that possibility I decided, “well,yeah. LE and a lot of people have that covered so let’s look at some other possibilities.”
The one mentioned above (RSO) is one.
Another is that Misty was not there, someone went in to steal, a child saw them and had to be gotten rid of.
And another is:
As a woman in debt for $12,000 (and increasing monthly), Crystal probably didn’t look like a very good candidate for marriage. What guy would want to marry into that kind of debt? Especially when some states will garnish the pay of a parent (or parent’s spouse) if they do not voluntarily pay? I can see a boy friend or relative or father wanting to help get Crystal out of that situation (just out of the debt even without the potential marriage problems). Some men really do not want to pay for other men’s children. And Crystal’s dad was already mad at Ron for taking the children years before.
I am not suggesting this theory over any other. It’s just one to consider along with several others.
Crystal’s apparent disinterest in Haleigh and Jr (as mentioned by another poster) and the fact that she had a boy friend/fiancé and was pregnant with his child – IMO – support the possibility that with or without her knowledge someone cooked up a scheme to get the custody payments stopped. This is why it happened when it did and not years before. Because Crystal was going to get married.
They could not take both children or Crystal’s family would be the very first suspects. But they could take Haleigh – being a girl, people might think SO or think Misty or Ron hurt Haleigh. Anything would be fine as long as it did not reflect on the bio-mom’s side.
The plan would be to hide Haleigh and make Ron look guilty or incapable of taking care of the kids so the court would give Jr to Crystal so her payments would stop. Or - at worst - the court would leave Jr with Ron but reduce the payments (supposedly). It’s interesting to me that one of the first things Crystal did after Haleigh disappeared was to get a lawyer and file for custody.
That failed. Kim P quit. The Bar complaint backfired and Crystal’s fiance and father of her new child bailed (they broke up).
I do not think for a minute that Crystal masterminded this and she may not have even known about it. More likely it was a family member or close family friend. It’s just something I’ve thought about and posted about a number of times since long before Kim P’s revelations in the Bar complaint. It’s just a theory –along with several others - to keep in mind.

IMO “thinking outside the box” is looking at a predator.
That, after all this time, is the only thing that makes sense.
I have 10 nieces and nephews. I can guareentee that when each was 5 years old, I picked them up when they were asleep in front of the TV and put them into bed, and they slept threw it all like logs. The children who vanished from their beds–Danielle Van Dam, Jessica Lundsford, did not make enough noise to awaken their parents. And if Misty was in fact not home at the time, noise would not be an issue (except for Rjr, who may have slept though it anyway).
Yea, you ever have a sleeping kid “put on the brakes” so to speak. LOL Not always, just a reaction sometimes but is somewhat comical if they are older than toddlers.
Tobias, I am not trying to put down your theory. It is a valid theory. But I believe there ARE other possibilities that should not be ruled out yet. There is not enough evidence to rule them out yet.
I don’t want to argue with you on every thought you bring up to put down other theories. But for every reason you mention that it could NOT have happened some other way, there is a reason that it COULD have!
For example, a chloroform soaked rag over a child’s face will keep them asleep. Maybe Misty was not there and there was no one to hear Haleigh cry out OR Haleigh KNEW the person and went willingly and quietly (as did Sarah Foxwell).
Please can some of us just express some other possibilities? You are more than entitled to believe the one you want to - as is everyone - but I’d like the rest of us to be able to mention other theories, too.

If Crystal married Chad ,he had 2 kids and Chloe. With Haleigh and Junior that would make 5 kids to support. Sure no child support but could you imagine raising 5 kids on just Chads income? Remember Crystal does not have a job.
Haleigh and Junior had ongoing medical problems also. And you would have to be really heartless to put all these people in such distress not to mention poor Junior. jmo
Tobias, if Chad had a job and married Crystal, the court could have decided to garnish Chad’s pay for Crystal’s child support. It happens.
She was already in $12,000 of debt - and mounting. That counts when you go to buy a house or get credit etc.
I am not pushing this idea. Just suggesting it.

What worries me the most is that LE has or will latch on to ONE theory and ignore everything else. How many times has that happened? And later we find out it was not the person that LE had suspected for years?
So I’m trying to reflect what I hope LE did from the beginning and keep an open mind. Of course LE has more info and evidence (I hope!)

I know it’s heartless but there are custodial kidnappings all the time. And whoever did it may have thought it would be over and done with in a few months. They may not have thought it all through or something may have gone wrong - like KP did not fight for custody for Crystal and she didn’t even get the payments stopped after Haleigh disappeared.
Please, I’m not trying to shoot down anyone else’s theory. I’m just trying to put a few others out there. Everyone is free to take them or leave them. No problem!

Agreed. LE has latched onto ONE theory and it is shaping their whole investigation. What if they are wrong? One need only look at Jaycee Dugard-the stepfather being the suspect and it seems the sole focus of the investigation. LE should be leaving the door open to EVERY possiblity, leaving no stone unturned in their search for Haleigh.

I have always thought that they knew something about Haleigh being safe as they were not seriously concerned about Haleigh being missing, no signs of real distress or emotions such as we saw with Teresa Neves.

You know I really wish that I could believe in just one way it could have happened. It would be so much easier for me. Instead of worrying and keeping trying to think of other things that could have happened and all those other cases where it turned out to be the last thing that anyone had expected.

There’s been a great deal of debate about whether Crystal was really very attached to her children or not. I don’t like to think that she was not (although I have not seen the kind of emotion I would have expected either), so that’s why in my theory I blamed someone close to her for doing it without her knowledge - or maybe without her knowing beforehand. Maybe later the person could say, “Don’t worry. She’s safe.” Maybe Crystal would believe that. Maybe it’s true.
I think a lot of us hope for that.
We’ve had some wild theories on here and some serious allegations against specific individuals so here’s one more wild theory but not aimed at any individual. It could be a member or close friend or associate of Crystal’s side of the family. I don’t know who.
But say, they wanted to get Crystal out of at least some of the child support, would love to make Ron look bad, well, hide Haleigh OR find people who want to adopt her! Babies and children are adopted - for money under the table - more often than we think.
The money is funneled thru the woman in Texas who paid the $12,000. Then Kim P was supposed to get custody of Jr and stop the continuing payments for Haleigh.
I can see a man behind this plan because giving up a girl child with medical problems and keeping the male child is the kind of priority some people (often men) have. (Sorry guys. It could be a woman, too!

I know the biggest flaw in this theory is that Haleigh could be highly recognizable because of her medical issues. I’d rather imagine that people could find a way to deal with that than imagine that she was taken or sold for other kinds of reasons (you know)?
Well, I said it was a wild theory and it is. But it’s still possible. Nothing that I know for a fact would rule it out. And taking and hiding her her giving her up for adoption are the only ways I can see that she’d still be alive. And that is my dearest hope. So I’ll hold on to this theory for a while (along with the others).
m2c I have to agree that a kidnapping for or by Crystal is probably the only way Haleigh will be coming home to live. Just about any other “theory” puts here as most likely deceased. I too want to hold out hope that Haleigh is alive and well. I am encouraged that the LE are claiming to have new information, anyway. I hope it’s not bad news for Haleigh….I really do.

So, if Misty was in town for at least two incidents in the last couple of months (counting the Hank Sr. vs. Tommy fight featuring a bag of dvd’s, and the double-incident of the road rage plus phone threats, as two), it makes me wonder once again, is Misty really living in Tennessee, as reported a while back?

- Misty was only in Tennessee with her grandma for a couple of weeks. She’s been back in Putnam County since then. Shortly after returning she had the restraining order against her brother withdrawn and then lived with her family. Not sure where she’s living now but it’s definitely in that area.

I feel extremely sorry for TN and GGM. They are suffering so much. I really feel they may have been involved in the cover up, but I believe they felt they had to do it to save Ronald. And, as I’ve said before, I believe whatever happened to Haleigh was an accident. Either ingesting something (like Ron and Misty’s drugs) or getting between Ron and Misty when they were fighting and she got hit by mistake.
Anyway my prayers go out to RN and GGM and I suppose Ronald also, because he did NOT hurt her on purpose!
I don’t think that is the case. I think the pain would be less on TN if she knew she were dead then it is waiting and wondering what she might be going through. The unknown of what Haleigh might be going through and fear of never knowing would be worse, to me. The pain I have seen TN in has been much deeper than a grandma that knows her grandbaby is gone imo. I just don’t think they are part of a cover up BUT what ever the truth is I pray it comes out soon.
I hope this Papa Jeff is good to her and supportive, she needs all love and caring she can get. And also GGM.
WHo is Papa Jeff?
He is TN’s long time boyfriend. He cooked the Thanksgiving dinner.
OK so he was the boyfriend at the prayer vigil in the beginning when Haleigh was 1st missing.
I am thankful he is there for her and hope he stays a strong support for her. That was so nice of him to do the Thanksgiving dinner for the family. I am sure all of this has taken a toll on him too. Thanks for the info.
To treece said: I truly believe he is very supportive and caring for her. I don’t think I have ever seen such suffering before I saw TN. Whatever happened that night try to put yourself in her place. Would you protect your son? Would you lie and cover for him?
Be true to yourself: I have two wonderful sons, however, I cannot, in good faith, tell you what I would do in TN’s case.
4Pirate, I am so glad Jeff is so caring for TN. You are right we don’t know for sure what we would do until we were in the terrible situation so I can’t say for sure. I too, have 2 sons in there 20’s that I love dearly and would die for. I know when they are hurting for any reason it wears me out. But the best I know I would still want them to face the truth even though it would hurt me terribly. I would not want them to live the lie. I would not want everyone else I love to live thinking she was lost, wondering is she is hurting. The best I know I would want my son to face justice. I would also want to do my granddaughter right. Now, no matter what if my son is a prisoner or the president I will always love him and always do what I could for him. I would visit him in prison or wherever he was but I wouldn’t want him to live such a lie and cause so many other innocent people so much other pain. But like I said, I know it I haven’t had to walk in those shoes. How about you, you have 2 boys would you cover something like this up for them?
Don’t misunderstand me I don’t think this happened and I don’t think TN did this, we are just talking hypothetically.
to Treece > You sound like a very loving, caring mother. I truly don’t know what I would do if this ever happened to my sons. What you are saying is honest and true and they should face justice, and I thank God I don’t have famlies like the Cummings, Croslins or Sheffield. What’s in the air down there anyway? I have never heard of such disfunction in one small area in all my life!
4Pirate I am thankful to God my sons have made good choices and don’t live that kind of life style. But I think, if it weren’t for the grace of God there go I. I know there are some very good people that get sucked in or are born in and don’t hardly know how to get out of that rut.
I think some of them would like to make a different life and I hope the chance to do that comes their way. Best wishes to you and your boys.

Yeah, you are CJ3 alright! I saw your picture and if I had been Misty I would have crawed out of the window also!! However, you are NOT CJ3, you are just a very unhappy, lonely man that doesn’t have a life!!!!!!!!! Get one and get OUT OF HERE!!!!!!
