What irks me no end is that BECAUSE of "what's wrong with that picture" (political correctness out of control IMO) and the utter failure of the safeguards that are supposed to be in place at the highest levels of our government (Embassies, State Dept., FBI, Homeland Security etc) - ALL of us will have to pay in future for their mistakes. It's not even Umar's "mistake"/crime that we are paying for! It's the failure of the bureaucrats who claim to be protecting us. A bunch of cowardly "pass the buck" desk jockies. That's where the blame lies as much as it does with Umar (IMO). If one ounce of common sense had been applied to the situation, he would never have gotten near a plane to the U.S. But common sense is not a requirement for most government work. At least not that I've seen. In fact I'm afraid that it's regarded as a detriment. If I can figure out how to rate your article I will give it five stars. THANK YOU!
