BREAKING NEWS —- Abducted Child has been rescued by Police
PHOENIX psburton— The Phoenix police have issued an Amber Alert for a 5-year-old girl who was kidnapped by a man from the Saddleback Mountain Apartments located at 12430 N. 19th Ave which is on the city’s west side.
Phoenix Police spokesman Sgt. Andy Hill described the victim as 5-year-old Natalie Flores who has shoulder-length red hair and freckles. She’s 4 feet tall and weighs 60 pounds. Natalie was last seen wearing blue stretch pants, a pink shirt and pink and white tennis shoes, police report.
The kidnapper is described as between 30- & 40-years-old, a white man standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing between 180-190 pounds. He has a thin build with very light blond or white hair last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and peach knee-length shorts, carrying a camera.
Phoenix police are calling the kidnapping stranger abduction, Police report the kidnapper had been taking photographs of children in the complex. The kidnapper left driving southbound in a red or brown four-door pickup truck possibly a Ford Ranger with possible Arizona license plate No. 3HG377 or 3HG477. The truck may have a ladder holder on the top.

yeah she was abducted from shadow mountain apts. i know cause i live there
Now we just need to be sure this guy doesn’t get back out just because he didn’t kill her. And wonder how many others he has abducted and not got caught. This guy needs the death penalty.
I moved from these apts. myself and the children playing unsupervised was one of the reasons, that and the dog owners who dont pick up their waste, and the apt. falling apart, drawers falling off, carpet stained when I moved there I was shown the model which was beautiful and was told that the apt. I was moving into was just as nice. When I got there with the movers and they gave me my keys, I had no where else to go after moving from another state and they basically said just take this one and we will work on another for you to permanently move to. Its my opinion that if management had any integrity annd stood by their leases other than the threat of eviction, than that little girl would have been supervised and that troll of a pervert would never have gotten his hands on that angel. I know we can blame a lot of people but I blame management for not enforcing its policy that all children be supervised.
