You know I never believed in the death penalty when I was younger. I startred believing in the death penalty when little Shelby Cox was murdered by her next door neighbors son. It made me so sick that he actually went out and was searching for Shelby knowing the whole time he had her hid in their shed.
I believe the prosecution has everything they need to convict Casey and prove that it was Casey that did murder her own daughter due to jealousy and revenge against her mother.

Yes Lee & Mallory are expecting a child. Not sure how far along she is. When they went on the cruise the media had a field day making fun of her in her bikini. I thought that was cruel. As far as we know Mallory hasn’t done a thing to deserve those nasty comments. She just happens to be Lee’s girlfriend and was thrown in the middle of this mess. Yes, she had a little belly, but for goodness sakes she is pregnant. You see celebrities wear bikinis while pregnant and they don’t get that kind of grief.
I don’t think she would leave her child in the care of monster. I can only hope Lee feels the same way. If justice is served, we will not have to worry about that.

Stormgardner: It’s a GOOD thing to vent and this is the place to do it! And it’s a good healthy thing to do. Not good to keep it bottled up inside. Plus you are surrounded by people who understand and many who are in similar situations with only our friends here to talk with about this case.

Caylee is the first case that I became “obsessed with” too online. So I know what you mean. I think a lot of people don’t blog about it so much now because they think not much is happening. But I’m very interested in all these motions and hearings. Also I’m afraid some people may take her conviction for granted. I don’t. I’m still holding my breath because we all know sometimes justice does not prevail.

I had not heard that Sindee and G have another grandchild on the way. Lee’s and Mallory’s I presume? What an awful thought. I wonder if they’d ever let monster babysit? LOL!

m2c♥: good point, I hadn’t thought about that. I’m sure she is so resentful and full of rage at this point. She would put on a show for the cameras for sure. Definitely would not look good for the defense. You know, I don’t want to bash George & Cindy because I’m sure their pain is unimaginable right now, but they are the ones putting themselves out there defending Casey. Yes, I can see to a degree standing behind your child, but not at the expensive of your Grandchild. It’s not like she killed a stranger in self defense. I could totally see standing by your daughter, but this was a defenseless little girl, her little girl that she was supposed to be protecting. If she didn’t want the responsibility of raising a child, she had a way out. I believe exactly what came out of her own mouth. She is a spiteful little bitch. I do believe she killed Caylee in part to hurt Cindy.
There comes a point where they have to just look at the facts and come to the realization that their daughter in fact murdered her precious baby. Only then can they move forward with their lives. They have another grandchild on the way that deserves to be loved just as much. Until they deal with this, I don’t think it can happen. No one can take Caylee’s place, but I believe this was God’s plan for George & Cindy.
I’m sure Bozo will never let Casey take the stand. If so, she would hang her own self just by her own actions. The jurors would see right through her. I don’t believe any amount of coaching could make her look like a loving Mother.
If for some reason this little monster get’s off and walks free because she has this “dream team” of a defense, I will have even less confidence in the justice system. I believe it is failing our children now.
Wow, I didn’t plan on getting so emotional and upset this early in the morning. Caylee’s case is the first one I got really involved in emotionally. I like a lot of others was to the point of being obsessed with the case. A normal person just can’t fathom that something like this could happen. Good thing I took my blood pressure medicine.
At least for awhile, I’m going to concentrate on my own family today and thank God for giving them to me. My heart is so heavy this morning. Maybe it will help the rest of us to cope if we just think of Rev Grund’s butterfly story of Caylee.
Sorry to get on my soapbox this morning. Just venting a bit to others that understand. Even my own family doesn’t understand why I’m so upset.

I agree, Stormgardner. I can’t imagine parents staying away all this time especially ones who SINCERELY think their daughter is innocent.
I think the fear is that the truth will show on their faces and in their behavior to her!
Not just how monster behaves.
I don’t know how to find out how much is in monster’s jail account but I thought it was kind of funny/strange when her account was low a while back that Big Daddy (G) donated a whole fifty bucks before heading off on his cruise! No wonder they don’t want to be taped. Monster’s very likely to “go off” on them!
No, I have not heard anything about Lee except he got to go on the cruise too! And they have monster and poor dead Caylee to thank for it.

It’s doubtful that she’s ever shed a tear for Caylee. She may have shed a few for her selfish nasty self. Personally, I don’t think I’ve seen a real tear. If Bozo is giving her acting lessons, then he’s not doing a very good job. She’s still the same little Prima Donna she always was. She is playing the game, but want’s to make sure she doesn’t mess up her make-up. Who knows, some idiot might see her pretty little self and start sending some money for her commissary goodies. Unless someone has been adding recently, that dried up a few months ago.
She may have good attorneys, but the world has been watching her. I think the majority have seen just who she really is. I don’t care where they move this trial to. She is still the same Casey.
Just out of curiosity, has anyone heard anything about Lee recently? He seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.
If Cindy & George really wanted to spend a little time with Casey, they would. They wouldn’t care about cameras or what the media would say. I’m sure Bozo has advised against it, but if they truly believed she was innocent they wouldn’t care what anyone thought. For that matter, if they just wanted to support her, wouldn’t you think after all this time they would have arranged a visit?

Michelle, I saw that and I think it’s awful, too. Bozo dug up his whole life and is turning it into dirt and I suppose will try to use him as “reasonable doubt.” Hopefully it won’t fool a jury anymore than it’s (not) fooling us!

Everyone in any way connected with that monster is having the lives turned upside down. Something is very wrong with our criminal justice system when that kind of thing happens. Just awful. Just wait for the fraud trial. I wonder how bozo will treat poor Amy Huizenga! I really feel sorry for her!

BTW, did you read the story for Casey in where her lawyers are going to dish out all the dirt on that guy that found Caylee’s body? (Maybe I am behind on the news) It is so bad I half way considered this a possibility. There are just too many questions and lies on Casey’s side and it just doesn’t add up to believe that Roy Kronk killed Caylee.

It is hard for me to understand why Casey doesn’t seem brokenhearted, I know if it was my two little ones I think I would want to hang myself if someone took their lives. They are my world. It just makes you realize that she has no heart, and some moms are like that out there. They should have never had kids, should have given them up for adoption or gotten sterilized. I’m sure whatever drugs she may have been doing numbed her maternal instincs if she even had any. I hug my daughter every time I see little Caylee’s face, she is 3. Another thing I think about is what went through poor defenseless Caylee’s mind and heart while her mommy hurt her, but then I make myself stop because it angers me so much and I can’t handle it.

During all the appearances of Casey, she has feigned tears. I have carefully rewound and watched over and over as she pretends to cry. When I cry, water runs from my eyes every time. She evidently has no tear ducts, she never ever sheds one drop of water from her eyes. The tissue never gets soggy, it is always the same as when she stuck it to her eye to make it appear she cries. Good actress. Baez has taught her well. When I see red, swollen eyes, a soggy tissue and a snotty nose from crying, then I might believe it. She is performing, for the judge and the media who so thorougly covers the appearances. The girl has no morals, never was taught by parents. She places no value on human life other than her own. If she sheds one tear it is because she has been caught and she finally knows it but there are no tears. The rest of us would have cried until we could not stand alone from day one but she has smiled and beguiled her way through this. Maybe she is going for an Academy Award.

Thanks again, Jan, for keeping the plight of these poor children in the public eye. I am also haunted by the images of their sweet faces.
As far as Casey’s tears, when I cry, tears are streaking down my face before I can catch them. The eye dabbing she does just shows me that she is either pushing real hard to squeeze one out or there were none in the first place.

THere are a TON of people she’s really hurt and mostly her daughter. So maybe I’ll leave it up to them and to God AFTER she is sentenced to appropriate punishment in THIS life.

mark @11:32 - I’m glad we have the system that we do, too. But I don’t think you can blame some of us for believing the “evidence” so far.
I don’t think Caylee died accidentally and then monster (or friend) said, “Hey, I’ll put duct tape all over her nose and mouth and make it look like murder!” Doesn’t sound reasonable to me.

In any case, please don’t worry. Monster has the best defense money can buy and will get a fair trial. That I firmly believe.

I think it is so sad that Casey chose her own destiny. I find it sad that she likely saw Caylee as an inconvenience and not a blessing that she was. We cannot judge her, only God can, but there is mental issues here with her,even if you call it selfishness, selfcenteredness whatever,it is not normal healthy behavior. It is sad to me that her parents never caught onto her lies early on, or they just didn’t care to give her the guidance that parents are supposed to give their kids. Casey is an adult,made her choices and has to pay, but her parents have to take some blame in this as well. I know that little Caylee is in Heaven, and Casey is going to suffer for what she’s done one way or another. From a Christian point of view, I sure hope she makes peace with the Lord before she goes.The Lord forgives no matter what you do,as long as it is true repentance. I wonder if she is really sorry or not? Only God knows! On another note, I notice that I have more compassion for Casey than I would a man or some of the other women who murder their kids, I can’t figure out why that is so, but either way even the murderers can be forgiven if they are really sorry. Im not saying they shouldn’t be punished, but we are all the same in God’s eyes.

I have a hard time thinking any sort of human thoughts of Caylee’s mother, but there is still the slightest chance that through some fault of her mom’s, Kaylee died and mom covered up. With all the publicity, she may have becomed trapped in her lies and prejudged for a crime that her punishment does not deserve. Of course, she could also be a selfish spoiled immature party bitch who killed the daughter that slowed her action.
No offense, but in these days of viral media attention, I’m glad we still have trials and preponderance of evidence, since the innocent until proven guilty in the court of public opinion seems to be outweighing the more traditional approach. Monster or just a simple loser. One requires death and the other a living hell with whatever sort of conscience the quilty can muster.

Well, Jan and others, this is what I saw… she first started to shed her tears when her attorney started talking about the reason she’s not visited with her family is because they were taped but how she needed the support/love or whatnot from her mother. I didn’t think she started to cry because of Caylee. Furthermore, the thing that stood out in my mind the most is how gently and carefully and methodically she dabbed at her eyes, checking the tissue every time to see if she lost any eye makeup on it. Does that seem like a grieving mom to you? Biotch rot…

“I don’t believe my daughter could hurt anyone, I really don’t believe that. I don’t believe Cindy and I could bring someone into this world who would want to hurt somebody, especially their own daughter,” George said during an interview Tuesday morning on The Today Show.
