Another post...sorry. I just talked to a co-worker who is more computer savvy than me. He said that it is easy to phish for this information when you download those applications on Facebook, like "Which Celebrity are You". I'm sure everyone has tested those out when they first started Facebook. Anyway, steer clear of those. Simon and Jan, you may have already talked about that on a 14th post, but I just wanted to relay my knowledge of this.

All Facebook people beware. One of my mom's Facebook pals was online when someone pretended to be my mother and started to chat with her. They proceeded to tell her friend that she was in England and needed some money to get home. Her friend was smart enough to ask questions that only my mother would know, and the thieves went offline immediately. They had to have hacked into Facebook. I asked her what her password was when I found out what had happened, and it was some random letters and numbers that had nothing to do with her personally. So, it isn't something they just figured out through simple passwords. Scary! I'm thinking about getting out of Facebook, but I love it so much. Just a warning to you all. If someone pops up online by email, or Facebook (or whatever) asking for money, be smart and be suspicious.
