Upon reflection, though, it is kind of funny.
I wonder if George remembers the night that Sindee tried to choke/strangle Monster - right before Monster disappeared with Caylee. Maybe it DOES run in the family, George. You better sleep with one eye open! lol!

I have been stupefied by Sindee and George's defense of their monster. I was hoping that the gruesome detailed description in the hearing on Friday of what was done to Caylee would slap them back to sanity but it didn't.
Yesterday in a TV interview they still supported her but now I know why.

This is ALL ABOUT SINDEE AND GEORGE! NOT Caylee and not Casey. Sindee and George cannot believe that THEY could have brought someone into this world who would do that. Please see what G said in that interview below. I've also provided the link to the article and video. It is sickening. THEY are sickening. Complete denial because of their own PRIDE!

George:
“I don’t believe my daughter could hurt anyone, I really don’t believe that. I don’t believe Cindy and I could bring someone into this world who would want to hurt somebody, especially their own daughter,” George said during an interview Tuesday morning on The Today Show.

George and Cindy have kept their mouth shut for so long. that even when they volunteer information now no one believes them. Naturally, because whenever they do speak they try to protect Casey. I believe no one will ever beleive them until they publicly apologize and acknowledge they will no longer try to protect Casey. Casey is a liar and I believe she is such a good liar, she has now succeeded in getting her Mom to believe her. It takes a real compulsive liar to get dressed every day and pretend you are heading off to work. she needs life in jail as this girl destroys everyone's lives she has touched, friends, boyfriends, family and lets not be surprised if her parents marriage aren't having difficulty from all this.

I loved Geo and Cindy walking out of the courtroom. What I don't get is where is there outrage and anger for their monster child for killing their grandchild? How can they not want justice for Caylee irregardless of who is to blame? How can they claim to have loved Caylee when they want her murderer to go free? I know Casey is their daughter but she committed a terrible crime. How can they stand by her and turn their backs on Caylee? Just don't get it. Not sure how they'll ever make it through a trial. They can't even make it through a hearing that lasts but a few minutes.

Casey didn't turn on the tears until Bozo Baez whispered something in her ear. Then suddenly, the tears began to flow. He probably told her "you need to cry-show some emotion" because prior to that she was stoic and looked like the stone cold monster we all know her to be. JMO

m2c you are correct. Realization is setting in. Baez says with a heavy sigh " we are trying". Caylee deserves JUSTICE and Casey and her high priced defense team need to understand right NOW! GOD is in charge of this trial.

I just keep praying that Haleigh is found safe and unharmed. I do not want to believe otherwise. I really do feel compassion for her families, but at the same time I am not sure if one of them could be guilty of her disappearance. I pray for them as well as I do Haleigh. I pray for her little brother more than the others. Little Jr. must feel so scared and he is not sure what has happened to his best friend and sister.
I just wish the truth would come out!! Haleigh needs to be at home with her little brother. He needs her to come home.
I get so frustrated and even angry that we are no closer to finding Haleigh than the day she was reported missing. It is a crying shame!!
Please bring Haleigh home!!!!!!!!

That's right, looking for justice. And the lead up to that was her own lawyer, Lyons', very descriptive discussion about putting her to death. I'm sure that worked up those tears, too. I really hope this woke her up to her real situation. And I hope it hit Sindee like a ton of bricks too. Both of them have been prancing around too long with their heads in the clouds (or rather "where the sun don't shine"). It's long past time for both of them to face the facts.

I was watching the 5pm news and I believe that everyone was so suprised that Casey was actually shedding tears!! We all know that she was crying for herself. Where were her tears those 31 days before it was reported by Cindy, not herself, that Caylee was supposedly abducted. I guess thats what was greasing the pole she was dancing upon while she was out partying it up and making excuses where Caylee was!!!! I believe she had just re-lived those final moments of what she did to her beautiful daughter and once she heard the prosecutions horrific description of Caylees death as he went through each step, she knows she will never be free again and she more than likely knows she will be executed for Caylees murder.

That hearing was really interesting - on all the motions. I learned a lot. A lot of important issues were discussed. But what did virtually ALL of the Florida news web sites state as the headline? Some version of “Casey Anthony Brought To Tears At Hearing.”

That's it. That's what the great reporters reduced it to. Just gets sympathy for monster. Reduces a morning's worth of terrific meaty debate to "casey cries." Makes me sick. I guess they think we (the public) are beyond stupid. Well I think the reporters are stupid.

I got a feeling at the end that the prosecution's description might have been truly gut-wrenching for mother of monster. I watched as they left. Wouldn't be surprised if she threw up when she got home. But I'm afraid it won't change her mind about defending her monster off-spring. I wish it would, though.

I agree with you both, JB and Justice!

Apparently Lyons still doesn't know Florida law so most of her argument was irrelevant. But we got a glimpse of her "emotional" appeal that she's so famous for. That's what will "get" the jury in the end (she hopes). I'm hoping that doesn't happen until after they've convicted Monster. Then Lyons will go to work trying to get the jury to not vote for the death penalty. Or will Lyons be involved in the trial before that? Do you know?

Looking for Justice - wasn't Lyon's statement pathetic? Not sure why she even wasted the time to get up! Nothing said was profound or even thought provoking. Did she even spend any time preparing a statement? Didn't sound like it.

And yes, the prosecution's description was gut wrenching! However, I was wishing he would stop getting tongue tied as when he messed up, it caused his statements to lose a little of their punch...but at least his statement had a punch. The rambling Lyons did could have been done by a blindfolded 3rd rate 1st year law student running on no sleep for four days! LOL If I were Strickland I would have been left scratching my head as to what it was she wanted me to do! LOL :D

JB I watched the hearing also and am inclined to agree with you on Ms. Lyons. The prosecutions description of Caylee looking into the eyes of the very person murdering her and how afraid she must of been and the fact that it was her own mother brought great emotions for myself. I began to cry. I could see it in my mind as the prosecution described in such detail. I began to wonder if these images constantly play over and over in Caseys mind. It could explain the sweats and nightmares Tony stated Casey was having.
None has the right to take the life of another human- being. Only God has that right.
I do pray for Casey. Everyone needs prayer and forgiveness. Casey must understand that even if she should ask for forgiveness she still has to be punished to the fullest extent of the law for her crime against her daughter.
Caylee must have JUSTICE!

I watched the hearing for Casey Anthony this week and noted several details. One, that Casey actually showed an abundance of emotion and sobbed as the prosecution described how someone placed duct tape over Caylee's mouth and nose and most likely drugged her to prevent a struggle. The described Caylee looking into the eyes of the murderer...who the prosecution believes to be Casey...as these things were done to her. I found myself for a moment feeling a hint of compassion for Casey as I watched her cry as I thought maybe, just maybe she was feeling shame and horror as she relived that moment through the prosecution's statements....then I realized that her tears were not shed for Caylee but for herself as she faces the death penalty. It was somewhat refreshing to see some sort of emotion from Casey....as selfish as it might have been.

And as far as Ms. Lyons goes...I wasn't the LEAST bit impressed with anything she had to say about why the death penalty should be taken off the table. If that was her best, I'd hate to see her worst. She basically said nothing at all in her rambling and rather short statement to the judge. Maybe THAT is why Casey was crying! I think if I was in Casey's shoes and having heard the mad ramblings of the rabid cow I'd be crying too! LOL
