It will be a great injustice if he gets away with rape...especially as the courts already know that he has a history even though it may not show as criminal. If you look up his name in the Washington Courts database (which anyone can access) it clearly shows in Thurston County under case #08-2-30211-1 hearing start date 4-3-2008 that he had a protection order. If I am correct on their coding then he also had a protection order in Pierce County 02-2-02255-9 starting 8-20-2002. This guy needs to be off of the streets and his sister-in-law is helping ensure that the opposite is true. She should be held for aiding him. Heck, this is great publicity for her as a DUI Lawyer- if she can help save her brother-in-law from multiple counts on a felony then I would love for her to get me off of lesser charges if I got a DUI.
