		<description>don't need to have family member to know how bad the turmoil, in our country.  bribery is always been there, corruption in all region, the question is, when will it stop?  wipe them out is not the answer, we are like weeds - it will always spring out the ground!! its all about educating the new, realize the history, learn from mistake, do away with bribe - easy to say and very hard to do in our poor state of economy!!!</description>

		<description>my bro-in-law is a police officer in the philippines and that area has always had its share of turmoil. The muslim factions in those areas push for their own autonomous region separate from the gov't and whoever wants to be bribed will be with an economy that poor. Otherwise military would simply be sent in to wipe them out.Corruption rund deep in that country.</description>
