If anyone takes the time to do a bit of reading on Neurofeedback (the technology by which this game functions), you’ll find that the current practices lean towards SMR and Alpha protocols. For those without knowledge of what this means, there are various frequencies when it comes to your “brainwaves”, ranging from delta associated with sleep, to beta and high beta associated with normal every day concentration and anxious concentration respectively. Now, the current practice leans towards SMR or Alpha because SMR is associated with a relaxed kind of intense concentration, while alpha is generally more relaxed. It’s much more complex then this, employing databases to see variations in your brain and that of others, and if you care you can wiki it :).

I know other mom’s are having trouble finding them, so I wanted to let everybody
know how I got one.

I’ve seen some posts from Moms that are wating outside Toys R Us for new shipments to try and get one, but frankly, I live in New England and it’s COLD at five AM!! I wanted to buy from Amazon.com because they have free shipping on like, everything, but the only ones they had were being sold (at WAY marked up prices) by third parties.

HOWEVER, one of my girlfriends told me about gograbber.com, which is a free website that will “watch” items for you on Amazon and let you know when amazon has them in stock at regular retail price.
It was so awesome! I was just doing the dishes, I heard the gograbber alarm go off on my PC, hopped on and bought the zhu zhu pet! It worked so well I now have gograbber watching a whole bunch of stuff for me!

The best free tool I use to watch for an item to come back in stock is az-grabber.net (http://www.az-grabber.net). It automatically watches Amazon and alerts you the instant an item is back in stock. Then you get a link to snatch up the item before others.

Another way to avoid the markup by buying from a private individual is to join Toys R Us website and they will send out email alerts to let people know when and where certain toys are going to be in stock.

I have seen the Zhu Zhus listed on Craig’s List locally for up to $200.00 a piece and some people are paying that.
