Once again our illustrious panel convened to discuss both the Caylee Anthony and Haleigh Cummings cases. Alas Denny Griffin was unable to join us, he is on his way back to Sin City, but the rest of the crowd were in attendance, Jan Barrett, TJ Hart, and William Cobra Staubs.
We kicked off the program with an update on the Caylee Anthony case. While the prosecutors keep their lips zipped on the case, the ‘Dream team’ led by Jose Baez seem to have a unique ability to open their mouths and insert their feet. This week was a classic example. Because Jose Baez has such little experience in capitol cases (he still has his training wheels on the death bike), he was forced to tag up with an adult. He selected Andrea Lyon, her credentials looked solid, and to date she is happy to brag that she has never had a person she has represented put to death.
I have to admit that I am no fan of capital punishment, in fact I would vote against it every time I had the opportunity. There is another part of me though that says that people that take a life, should forfeit their life.
Ms Lyon’s managed to make the news, and yet dodge the news this week. WFTV launched a deliciously tasty article about Andrea Lyon concerning a lecture that she gave. In it she accused jurors of being killers. Needless to say, some feathers were ruffled, and according to the Orlando Sentinel, WFTV took down the article at the request of the company that organized the lecture. The internet though is very much like the genie and bottle story. Once it is out you cannot push it back in. Within minutes of one article being yanked, the recording of Ms Lyon talking about killer jurors was found on YouTube. The good old boy network does not seem to work as well with YouTube (link is in the article) as it did with WFTV.
One wonders if Ms Lyon will call the jurors killers to their faces when Casey Anthony finally hits the court system. I think not!
The Haleigh Cummings story was equally frustrating this week. It was another week of aggravation for everyone involved. Hank Croslin Sr managed to get himself arrested for ‘doctor shopping’, apparently he managed to amass some 300 tablets of Oxy’s and who knows what else. I honestly had not understood the financial gain, but as best I can understand a pill might cost $3 at the pharmacy, but can be worth $30 in the right market.
The search for Haleigh Cummings continues, it is frustrating, sometimes it is so frustrating that I just want to throw my hands up and say ‘ENOUGH”. To do that would admit defeat, it would be easy, it would allow me to walk away and find new projects. But neither Jan nor I are willing to do that, I know that TJ has the same mind set. Bill to his buddies, Cobra to the masses is the same way. We all want only one thing, Haleigh Cummings comes home safe.

This entire case is frustrating.
I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be as a journalist to to keep writing articles when little if any new information is coming out.
You’re trying to keep this little girl’s name out there so she isn’t forgotten, but getting no cooperation. Why aren’t they holding news conferences asking for more information? Anything they could possibly do to make sure people know they haven’t given up is better than doing nothing. NG is giving her some air time at least. Very little, but some.
If LE is truly & actively investigating this case, they have to be equally frustrated. I really hope they are just holding their cards close to the vest. To your average citizen it would appear this case was cold from the beginning. Is it really that hard to get someone to talk? With the location along with some of the actions of the people involved in Haleigh’s life I understand why they don’t believe it was a stranger abduction.
I have to comment on the oxy’s. I’ve had the misfortune to have had friends that have gotten mixed up with drugs, pain pills in particular. It depends on where you live and how desperate you are. Also the milligram. It’s not unheard of to get $30 or more for one pill. It’s become a real problem. The Doctor prescribing this medication is supposed to test for compliance in those patients receiving it. If they aren’t taking it, it’s not hard to figure out what they are doing with it. It’s caused a big increase in violent crime.
Let’s hope questioning these people going in and out of jail brings some kind of result.

I guess I should mention that I worked for an MD for several years. You should hear some of the stories people give to try and get pain meds from the doctor. It’s hard to believe how many kids out there accidentally knocked their parents pain meds in the toilet. Lol
Funny if it weren’t so sad. They make it hard for the doctor and for the patients that are truly in pain and need to be treated.
I’m so pi**d off with these people and their drugs. I watched my husband suffer for for 2 years with cancer before he passed refusing to take pain pills prescribed by his doctor because he couldn’t think straight when he took them, which his medication cost over $5000 a month. I watched the agony he went through 24/7. I know I should be more understanding with people with a drug habit but give me a break. These people are using our tax dollars for their addiction. We used insurance and money out of our pockets to pay for my husbands treatments. What are the Croslins contributing to society? Yet they seem to suck off of society to fee their drug habit. Now my tax dollars are going to feed people like this? What’s wrong with this picture?

Polly I am sorry about your fathers condition. My father has stage 4 copd and his meds for his breathing alone run about 180.00 a month and the rest I am not sure how much they cost. He has to do breathing treatments two or three times a day and has an inhaler in case of an emergency. He is in and out of the hospital constantly. I will keep you in my prayers.
I do believe whatever happened to Haleigh is drug related. I still believe the answers lye in Satsuma.
Lets just stay united and pray for Haleigh. We will not stop until Haleigh is found and receives the justice she deserves. We just want the right ones to pay for the crime they committed against this beautiful little angel.
It’s not just Florida, prescription drug abuse is an infestation worse than the worse case of fleas one can imagine.
We’re seeing this played out, in this case like a bad reality show, but the truth is - even people with money, who are highly educated are becoming trapped in this nightmare too.
It’s a money making scam, that many clinics are involved in. Get the people hooked, coming back each month or they don’t get a refill. Faced with the choice people will pay the fee to be seen and buy the drugs before they buy food and pay their bills, which causes the most innocent (young children to suffer). Or some people get the drugs and sell them to supplement their income.
It’s a vicious cycle.
I take vicodin and oxycodone for the treatment of this disease because the doctor prescribed me after a thorough examination, seek information and findrxonline logically points out that these medicines should be tightly controlled by its high content of codeine and this makes one induces these opioids the use of these pain medications without a prescription.
Simon and Jan, thank you for at least trying to keep this story alive and online, out in the public eye.
Cobra and TJ, I sent both of you proof of the fact that Misti and family will lie, to the point of getting someone convicted of a crime to make money. I don’t see how or why the information that Misti was running with Cousin Joe who supposedly touched her in a bad way surprises either of you.
Medical pot could go a very long way towards solving the pain medication addiction problems that this country has, if only enough people would stand up and say something as a group. Sorry, but that is the truth of that matter.
Maybe that is the way that someone should attack this whole issues of the people who are involved in the Haleigh case. Financially I mean. Find out how they are living and where the money to do that with is coming from.
Given that Lindsy and a relative own the trailer that they are all living in as far as the Croslins are concerned, how are they feeding everyone? How are they paying bail money out? Put it out there.
Drug addicts can get SSI. Being disabled myself with two kinds of arthritis, this whole thing makes me furious. I get regular Social Security Disability because I worked for 30 years and have to depend on it to live. They are running out of money because they are giving it to people who don’t deserve it. I’ll bet there is some of this money going into the Croslin home.
I was truly leaning toward the Sheffield side of Haleigh’s family abducting this child. CS could never really be called a “mother”. What a waste she is, she had no time for those children, she’d rather be doing drugs! Plus all the $$$ she owed Ronald. The timing was perfect.
Since then I’m leaning more toward RC & MC. I think they accidently gave her too many drugs and she died. When I lissten to the 911 tape and I hear RC stating “I was at work” my hair just stood up on the back of my neck. It was like the Ramsey’s saying “we’re Christians so we couldn’t have killed JonBenet”.

Pinkey32/HUMBLED, I agree with you 100%. I posted prior on Ron saying the lock was sideways in the 911 call when clearly it was not. I thought the same thing you did. That he was going to damage the lock but LE got there to quick. Ron even brought up to Cobra that he thought the lock may have been bumped, but Cobra let him know that it was not. Then you have Misty saying on the 911 call Haleigh was wearing a pink t-shirt and underwear, but in the police report about 20 minutes later she says Haleigh was wearing a pink shirt and tan shorts. That leaves us with not even knowing what Haleigh was wearing, especially since Misty found the shirt in the dirty clothes that Haleigh was alledgedly wearing when she disappeared. I have always felt the answers are in Satsuma, but knowing the other side is investigated throughly as well would make me feel content that all is being done to make sure they have the correct perps.
Misty wanted everyone to look at “The other side of the family” so they could get the heat off of the Croslins. LE knows imo where the focus should be placed and that is why the Croslins are getting caught in the crimes they are commiting. LE is doing their job, these people have broken the law. They act like these are trumped up charges and they are being singled out. What a load of BS. If Lindsy cared even a little for those kids she would tell the Croslins to leave. I believe they all know what happened and that is why they are staying close to each other. Each one has some connection to what happened.jmo jmo

My theory:
1. Tommy stole Rons gun the first time it was missing.
2. Tommy (and maybe Joe) decide to rob Ron.
3. Tommy unlocks the door after Ron leaves for work.
4. Calls Misty to get her to babysit and leave the MH , Ron says no and Misty turns off phone.
5. Ron later calls Tommy to find Misty. Tommy takes this to mean she has left the MH.
6. When tommy(and maybe Joe) get to the MH they brick the door for easy exit, hands will be full of stolen items.
7.Enter and turn on kitchen light, Haliegh wakes up and drug induced panic causes her death(sorry).
8. Misty wakes up and they all panic,they take her body away in the van. Misty stays with Jr. and washes the blanket that was peed on when they killed Haliegh.
9.She waits for Ron to come home, but first calls her Mom to see if Tommy is back home.
10. She is paniced alittle on the 911 because she is afraid of Ron and messing up her story.
11. She does mess up a little but trys to cover it with polys and acting immature.
12. She is protecting herself as an accomplice, and if she turns her back on her family where will she go?

I also believe Misty loved Haliegh just not enough to go to jail for her death. That is why she really crys, for Haliegh and for herself. Crystal doesnt cry alot because she is on drugs that cause her not to be emotional.
Ron doesnt want to believe that Haliegh is dead, he is in denial , which is expected.
He is grasping at any theory that would bring her back home alive.

Pinkey32/humbled I have to agree with you again. I cannot say that Ron directly did anything , but I believe he knows. Tobias your theory has some validity, except that Misty went against her family and put a restraining order on Tommy. The only person she has lied for is Ron besides herself. I believe LE feels the Croslins know what happened as well. I believe they find them to be weak and can find more leverage to break them down.

Let’s all face it now, Haleigh is more than likely dead. If her body has not been found by now, it may be years before she is found, if ever. A lot of bodies are not found until years after disappearing. If the illiterates surrounding her have not been arrested by now, chances are they wont be, and do not know anything about haleigh. Throwing out theories about what may have happened will not lead to arrests, or make people talk. Theories require proof, and there does not seem to be any. My prediction……years from now someone may incidently come across Haleighs body. With the elements in Florida, though, it is most likely that her body will never be found. This will end up like so many other missing persons cases…unsolved.
Tobias, your theory sounds very viable to me. It is possible that Misty did leave the home and took the blanket down from the window to signal to Tommy that the coast was clear. (”Pee” story was only a contrivance.) Possible that she gave the kids some legal prescription drugs to make them sleep. Possible that this affected Haleigh fatally because of her medical condition. Possible that this was discovered by Misty at 2-2:30 when she returned to the home. Possible that Misty called her brother(s) to come get Haleigh’s body and the “kidnapping” plan was hatched.

Aligoo, the only info we have on Mistys phone is that it was turned off from 8:30pm until A little after 3:00am when she tried to call Ron but did not reach him and then called her mother. Misty said in the voice analysis test that Ron arrived home at 3:24am. The only call we know of that went to Tommy was from Ron @ 9:00 pm and Tommy said he was at the mh between 9:30pm - 9:45pm. It would have taken a little while to remove Haleigh and stage the alledged abduction. I do believe that Tommy is connected though. I wish we knew more from LE. I would like to know if Tommy called Ron back, but that info has not been released.
bonanza, You are correct, they most likely wont find her body. That is why Tim Miller has stopped looking. I think she was taken to a pond and that is why Misty left for Orlando. She doesnt know which pond and maybe thought they would find her. Remember she cant call Tommy to find out if this is the pond he used.
If there is evidence than LE has it , I think they will eventually solve the case. jmo jmo

Even the police have to hash over all the theories. That’s the way cases are solved.
We bloggers may not solve the case, but there are some very smart people here. It’s possible one may throw out a theory no one has thought of. You have to connect all the dots.
Sadly enough, it is more than possible that Haleigh is no longer living. A lot would depend on the reasoning for taking her to begin with. I’m not stating this as fact, but in my opinion, I don’t believe they would continue to want to question the Croslin’s if LE didn’t believe they knew something. For some reason I can’t get out of my mind that Misty was not at home when Haleigh was taken. I know it’s strange being that no one has actually come forward and told LE Misty was seen elsewhere, but everything in this case has been strange. It seems they are all covering for each other. I know you can’t arrest someone without probable cause, but somehow the heat needs to be turned up on these people. You have to think, what is it that would make someone keep such a secret for so long?
Since Haleigh hasn’t been found, I would like to keep hope alive. It would be next to impossible to keep someone hidden this long when everyone is searching for her. Or are they?
All we can do is pray this sweet little girl is found soon. My thoughts and prayers are with her family every day.
Since the new year 2010 is just a month away here are my predictions:
This angel of death row Lyons woman will also be pimping her book on all the talk shows and bookstores that will have her.
1) Baby killer Casey will get convicted with LWOP.
2) There will be appeals, but to no avail.
3) SINdy and Georgette will be going all out to pimp their fiction book at any bookstore that will have them and any talk show that will have them. They will still continue to spew their lies and BS to anyone that will listen, however no one will believe them.
4) Prosecution will be angry at SINdy and Georgette for cashing in on their dead grandaughter and charge them and their son Lee with perjury and obstruction of justice ( well justified IMHO.
5)SINdy, Georgette and Lee will be found guilty and to save some money, will just throw them in the same cell as baby killer Casey.
6) There will be appeals, but to no avail.
7) Jose Baez will either get his own justice show or be a constant guest on other legal talk shows like Nancy Grace (snowball chance in Hell for that to happen. LOL!!) More likely, he will team up with his buddy tabloid reporter Geraldo Rivera.
9) Other players in this soap opera, Brad Conway, Dominic Casey, etc etc will cash in one way or another.
10) Caylee will forever will be remembered in our hearts as one of our own. Rest in peace, beautiful child!!!!

If LE gets enough evidence to show she was involved in Haleighs disappearance she will be charged at that time, but if she admitts to not being home she would immediately be arrested and charged with 2 counts of child endangerment and whatever else they would throw at her, especially if they ended up finding Haleigh deceased.
Ask yourself, why in the heavens would Lindsy still have them all there when dcsf are going to take the children? Something is up with that, it is not normal behavior. A mother protects her children no matter what, at any cost….Any mother would tell you no one not even the father would stand between her and her children. jmo

Let me give you some information you might not be aware of.,
In the matter of your Fathers illnes.
There is a wonderful organization across the nation called Hospice. They are in just about every town in every state,.
It has been my pleasure to have been helped by this organization for 2 of my family members.
Once on Hospice, all medication is paid for by them, any special aids your father would need. is paid for by them, it cost you or your parents nothing. Zelch!!
They provide you or the caregive at home with your father members to stay while you go to the store or just get out of the house for awhile to gather ones thought,.
THERE IS NOTHING I CAN SAY THAT WOULD EVER BE ENOUGH TO TELL YOU HOW GREAT THIS ORGANIZATION REALLY IS. ONE JUST HAS TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR THEMSELVES.

Just piping up from the peanut gallery over here. No one in Texas even knows Haleigh’s name. Trust me. I talk about her all the time and no one knows who she is. So tell me, are they looking for her, or not? Our Amber Alert system is failing. That’s the sad truth. These children should be pictured EVERYWHERE. They should have Amber Alerted children at the end of every news cast. Just music, thirty seconds, they don’t have to talk. I should see Haleigh’s name on every sign over the highway that’s flashing. So are they *really* looking? That’s what I’d like answered.
I’m not talking about beating the bushes either. I’d like to see EVERY last one of them, any one who was in Haleigh’s life poly’d. Or asked to be polygraphed. And if they refused, I’d say we have a little problem, yes?

But then a thought hit me, Haleigh isn’t the only child missing, so would it be fair to put only her photo up? No, so what about a TV screen on all the pumps that cycle through all missing children’s photos? Maybe just put the state on the bottom of the photo and say if you have seen this child call 911 and let LE know.
By the way polly I’m so sorry about your dad, He will be in my prayers. My grandfather had lots of different types of cancer because it spread, but brain cancer was his ultimate downfall, it is a very awful thing to watch someone go through.
I would like to comment on MomLinda’s message to Polly. Polly, Hospice is a wonderful organization. They took care of both of my parents. My mother had brain cancer and they came in to help my dad with her. When my dad was dying, he was fortunate enough to be in a Hospice Facility. If you decide to call for Hospice to come in, please make sure that they receive funding from United Way. My daughter works for Hospice Family Care in Huntsville, AL. There are many Hospice organizations here.
HOSPICE FAMILY CARE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT IS NOT FOR PROFIT. The others will bill the patients family but don’t reveal that until after death. When you hear the name Hospice, you think of good care at no cost to the patients or the families and that is not always true. Just do some research and be sure to go with one that is helped with United Way funding. Ever since they helped with my mother, I have considered the people that work for Hospice as the true angels on earth. They are absolutely wonderful!!!!! Hospice is even there to help families after death in the grieving process, so it does not end when the patient dies. They are always there.

My understanding is that NayNay’s child lives and is taken care of by her (the child’s) father, Donevan Spells. While a lot older than NayNAy, he does not have an extensive criminal record in Putnam Co. I hope he is taking good care of his child.

Just sitting just reading tobias I agree with you its going to come out soon and all of us bloggers will all learn what happened to this precious little baby girl. I live in florida been watching the news just to see, it may not be on local news as breaking news but you can always count on even though i am not a fan of nancy grace but she will report it as breaking news on her show. I even watch her shows just to see.

Not sure where you got your info about Spell BUT it is not accurate. I counted about 18 criminal cases on him and at least 8 paternity/domestic cases against him (different women).
A little older then Nay Nay? He is 48 years old, bedded a young teen girl who was living with his girlfriend as her caregiver. He not only bedded a young girl when he was in a position of authority to her, but did not have the decency to use protection so that she would not become pregnant or catch some disease from him.
To try and make D. Spell out to be some kind of “good guy” IMO opinion is WRONG. He not only should not have been given custody of this child, but he should have been charged for sexual crimes against a minor child.
He was 45/46 and was bedding a 15/16 year old. Not only is it sick, it is a crime.
But then he had KP help him get custody so what do we expect!

I am from up North. We had HaLeigh “sightings” up here, and sadly, hardly anyone knows WHO this sweet, precious baby is. It was in all our local newspapers (Boston Globe & Boston Herald, plus on all the local news stations for 2 days). Still, no one knows her face. Unless you have followed this case like ALL OF US, or unless you watch Nancy Grace or HLN faithfully, chances are you do not know who HaLeigh Cummings is. Sad. The entire COUNTRY should know every child’s face that is the subject of an active Amber Alert like our HaLeigh.
I was happy to see Adji’s face on one of those coupon flier things “Have you seen me” with his face. Sadly, I don’t think anyone looks at those, just throws them away. I always look HOPING & PRAYING FOR HALEIGH! Nothing.
HaLeigh’s face, and all missing children with an Amber Alert, should have their faces plastered across the country! That’s MO, and I hope the opinion of people everywhere. HaLeigh could be ANYWHERE, and all missing children could end up anywhere!
As for the polygraphs - YES! Give them to EVERYONE! Anyone in HaLeigh’s family - BOTH SIDES! Not those lousy ‘voice analysis tests’ either, POLYGRAPHS! And ask the RIGHT QUESTIONS! JMO!

And I did not say he was a little older than Nay Nay-I said he was a lot older. And I did not know the circumstances of their “relationship”. I agree with you, he should of been charged with a sex offense.

thanks posters for keeping the facts real and up to date concerning this “spell” guy who is in his forties, and apparently impregnanting girls in their young teens. Gross. Gross, and shous be a crime, hello Le, are you reading? nope, not their job to make a move, or arrest, always someone elses job to do somethings that’s why we have to wade through all of the criminals, it’s no one’s responsibility to take action when they could and should.

I am so sorry about your Dad. I lost my sister to brain and lung cancer. There is no good time, but so close to Christmas is really bad for all of you. My prayers are with your Dad, you, and all your family.
I stopped by to see if there had been anything new come to light lately. I have seen where the most recent 2 or 3 Amber Alerts were resolved within days, if not hours. Let’s hope that this is a turn for the better. Quite possibly this case has brought so much negative attention to the LE handling it, other LE offices don’t want to take any chances on being compared to them.That plus thier sincere desire to find the child in question. So, no new arrests? Darn…
Yes Putnam County D Spell. I did not mean to get snippy BUT the fact that this pedophile, and yes that is what he is, was able to get custody of a baby, is a real sore spot with me.
He was an authority figure being the BF of the woman that was caring for Nay Nay. It just really upsets me that PCSO did nothing about a young teen being sexually used by a man in his 40’s. There was a baby conceived so it is not like PCSO did not have evidence that the crime took place.

It seems that there is no law against it there, at least not one that is ENFORCED. Where was DCFS? Do they need workers there? I could use a good paying job!
hangon you are absolutely right!! D. Spells should not have gotten custody of that little baby. It was reported that D. Spell was dating Amber Brooks not so long ago. This little baby is living around a bunch of druggies. What a shame!!

LE can not do anything if it is not reported and her parents evidently dont care. She also probably didnt let anyone know who the babies father was until she turned 18.
These young girls do this all the time, they have the baby and claim they dont know who the father is and then claim support and food stamps.
I believe this is a parenting problem and we should not blame LE or DCF they do not get any information to work with an arrest.

I’m afraid everyone is right, young girls are attracted to older men because it’s suppose to be this “popular trend”. Also, ’cause they (girls) think that they will obtain stuff, like money, cars etc. It’s sad!!!
Tobias I was also wondering why it is so quiet in Satsuma. Do you know if Mistys dad is out of jail yet?
They bailed him out right before Thanksgiving, but that is all that was reported.
Misty is going to turn 18 on the 10th I believe, wonder if she will be partying?
I wonder when all these cases are to be heard in court? Lisa and Tommy have been on bail for their first offenses for a while, and when is Ron due in court on the battery charge? Will they just get slaps on the wrist and move on?

well I have been thinking… Misty’s family says she is a hard sleeper. She had been out parting over the weekend. Got back with Ron. And what she says really happen..Then Ron being insecure with Misty.. he calls and calls,,no answer..So he calls her brother to go over and check on her.. Brother goes over, bangs on door, wakes up lil haliegh but not misty..Haliegh opens the door, he comes in..He steals what he wants, as misty is asleep, but not haliegh. He then gets ideas, takes haliegh with him,leaves light on and door propped open..Goes off , does what he wants to lil haliegh, does her in, and then tells Ron Misty was not home..later he gets rid of his vehicle..Her brother and Misty are the ones last at that house.Not locks were jimmied, meaning some one opened the door…Look harder at misty’s brother..my question is , if Ron had fights with Misty’s brother, why would he calll him to go check on misty? Misty has her thoughts,no proof, but blood is thicker than water…and she is in deep doo-doo over all this…
Thank you Tobias for the info on Hanks release. I wonder if they will get slaps on the wrist as well. Ron has a really good lawyer. I wonder what if any punishment will be rendered on Ron for the battery as well as the ratgate incident. Tommy has gotten into alot of trouble since the brawl with Ron. I am sure this does not look good for him as far as character goes. It will be interesting though what will happen.
My2cents you know I have been wondering why Misty would turn off her phone. Usually young girls that have an argument with their bf get on the phone with their friends and tell them about the situation at hand. They let the voice mail pick it up. This way she would have at least knew his demeanor. If she did leave the home she could have at least knew if he was threatening to come home or not. Mistys phone was off from 8:30pm until 3:00am this does not make sense to me. Ron called 20 plus times. TN made a very valid point that if he were that worried he could of called her; so why not call his mom? Ron calls her for everything else; why not this night? I do believe Tommy and cousin Joe are somehow involved. I do believe Misty knows. What will it take though to get her to tell what happened to Haleigh?

We all know what it will take for Misty to sing, her butt sitting in jail. Tommy needs to sit in jail until he hits withdrawl then he may tell what happened. You are really never going to know if its the truth though, they lie so much. I came upon a wesh news video of Tommy and Lindsy when they were told about what Misty said in her poly. This is the only time I heard him talk, he is really wacked out on drugs. My opinion is he did it and she knows it and knows because she didnt report it right away she is guilty too. She cries real tears alright but they are for herself. jmo jmo

He is not the smartest person but I believe he loves his kids.imo Ask yourself only a few facts who was at the MH after Ron left for work? ( Misty, Tommy) no forced enter on door, so it was unlocked after Ron left for work.
Who told LE he was at the MH at 10 ?

the time line is alot tighter than you think.
Ron would have been home at around 12:30 but he worked over 3 hours because a barge was late coming in.
10:00 to 12:30 time frame from when Tommy came over till Ron would have actually been due 12:30. Time enough for Misty to wash sheets and think of a story. She was more nervous than afraid on the 911 in my honest opinion.
I worked shift work when my kids were little and they would always wake up when I came home.
They miss seeing you while you are asleep in the morning and they have to go to school and only see you for a short time before you leave for work in the evening. Remember Ron would have to leave shortly after she got off the bus. And got home while she slept. jmo

No one has forgotten this precious little girl. I just get tired of all the fighting and arguing on here cause if someone isnt perfect with spelling or if we have our own opionions. I just log on to see if there is anything new about Haleigh or any words on the other missing children that are out there.
Everyone in the media is going nuts over Tiger Woods, I say who cares really. There are more important things going on then his stupid affairs. This isnt news its crappy and his wife will do what she has to and its really just their personal life imo.

It must be quiet in old Satsuma Florida? I heard its raining alot down there. We probably wont hear much till Misty has her 18 birthday party on the 10th. I wonder how she feels now that Ron is dating another woman (an exotic dancer) so soon after dumping her? That is pretty telling, you would think if she loved him enough to marry him she would be really upset that he is dating and she is not.

I live in florida we just got a round of storms last night and again calling for more all day friday and saturday.
I am not sure what is going on I just wish someone will come forward and tell the truth about what happened and where is Haleigh. I dont think she is no longer with us but I do have some other stuff that doesnt make sense.
If you all remember right if Ron isnt involved like some of you think he isnt then why did he make that comment of if he had 3200 he could get Haleigh back. What ever happened to that? I know that someone else written out the check for that but what happen to the check and apparently no word on Haleigh. I really believe that he knows where or what happened to his daughter, just like Misty does. Why didnt she not call the cops before calling ron why did she just wait that was stupid. Alot of things just doesnt add up and I believe they both hold the key to what happen to Haleigh.
Its sad that while he is involved in another girl there arent anyone looking for this precious little girl. What the hell is wrong with this precious child’s parents. Get off your drug asses and go look for your child who gives a rats ass with the cops. With drugs involved I am sure there is more to it as well. Just pray so hard that someone would have a heart and say where Haleigh is so that she can either be with her family or have the proper burial if she is no longer with us but that is how it looks though for being ten months that as gone by and no sign no word no nothing on Haleigh. I am not sure if LE has anything or knows anything but dang lock them all up where they are away from their drugs maybe just maybe someone will spill the beans.

I just wanted EVERYONE to know WE are still here in several counties around Satsuma, working for Haleigh, We are NOT giving our findings to the local L.E.. We have found them to be crocked; everything we find is given to the way higher-ups.

I am happy to hear you are not giving up and hope you can uncover something that leads to what happened to Haleigh.
There are many people who won’t give up on Haleigh-thanks to all of them!
The story that Tommy told about going to the house and beating on the door did not make sense to me from the beginning. When they showed a view from the end where the back door was at you could see the front steps, if you were standing at the front door and walked back down the steps you would have seen that back (side) propped open. That was more a side door than a back door from the looks of the picture.
Drug and alchol to me are not diseases. Cancer is a disease. People choose to drink in excess and not sober up, people choose to take drugs that are not prescribed. People do not choose to die from Cancer. I know other than smokers but then again every smoker does not die from lung cancer.
Was the fbi or FDLE were they ever involve in this case? I was just wondering cause normally when a child goes missing they do but i never recall any mentioning them so i am just curious. I wouldnt even trust the law in that county that county doesnt make no sense to me at all.

Lawshrink, I am very glad to see you here and hear that you are still out trying to get answers in this case. Things have been much too quiet..almost like the calm before the storm.
Seems that there’s been a decrease in posts lately; mainly because there just doesn’t seem to be any new news to post about. I’m sure, as I do, most of the bloggernews regulars still come here and read everyday, praying for any updates and praying for resolution in this extremely sad case.
I hope you will keep us updated as much as you possibly can. I can’t help but feel that something is about to break. I wish you all the luck in the world in getting to the bottom of what has happened to make this whole case seem as though it is disolving before our very eyes. SOMEBODY knows something. We just have to hang on for HaLeigh’s sake. We can’t allow this case to go cold. It’s not going to go away. There are too many people who have grown to love this beautiful child and want her to be found, one way or another and justice served.

I read somewhere that there is a vigil planned for Haleigh on December 10th. Isn’t that Misty’s birthday? I think when Misty turns 18 she is going to learn very quickly that the rules regarding how she is treated by le is quite different than the way she was treated as a minor. I think le wants this all to go away and it is clear it isn’t going to go away until Haleigh is found.
I think the sh*t is about to hit the fan in Satsuma.

I believe Misty still goes to see him, she has been updating on her my space from walatka and if I am not mistaken that is Rons Grandmas MH. I think the lawyers advised him to get away from her in case she is involved and she was refusing to tell anyone what happened. imho
Also does Ron act like the type of guy who would let a girlfriend pole dance or lap dance for other guys. She probably went out with him to try to cheer him up a little but thats about it. jmo jmo
I also have a question for Cobra. Did you ever interview the Lindsey, that lives in flagler estates, about her time with Misty on that wild weekend? Just curious. Also the AC guy that never was identified, why so secretive about who he is? I am not saying they are involved just curious what they may have to say about things going on when they were there.
